The absolute best car buying experience I ve ever had. I was contacted by the sales manager David within seconds of my online inquiry and setup a time to come in. Upon arrival I was able to work with my salesperson Ryan S. through the entire buying process, including the trade-in evaluation process. We were in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes with our new car at the price I wanted coming in. What a refreshing experience. Thank you!

This is the worst time to buy a car but we didn't have a choice. I'm so glad we went here. They were so patient with us as we did our research and asked questions. This didn't mark up the price with thousands of dollars of dealer mark ups. My husband finally has the truck he has always wanted.

If you want the most painful service experience choose this place. Say one thing and do another. Had truck in for repairs never started repairs, ordered wrong parts. Service rider said one thing and did another.Sit there for 5 minutes in service and listen to all complaints. Don t buy a car if they can t service. Worst experience ever.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My son was referred to Bettenhausen. He purchased a vehicle from them. The referral was supposed to get a $100 referral fee. Three months later they still don t have it. I don t recommend this dealership since they don t honor their policy.

Everyone has been very efficient, friendly, and professional. Easy to get appointment. However last two visits didn't have parts needed in stock and resulted in multiple trips each time.

Came here twice with my boyfriend to get the car fixed. Everything was covered under the insurance. We first went here a few months back to replace an engine. It took about 2-3 months for us to get the car back. We also asked for a seatbelt fix, which they said they were able to do, but they never did. They told us last minute that they had to order the seatbelt part and would give us a call when it came in. Never called.Now recently, we came back again for an AC fix and seat belt fix. They said they could fix the seatbelt. We got the car within a few days (thankfully) but turns out they did nothing with the seatbelt. My boyfriend had to call them again and they said they had to order the part again and would a give a call.Overall, we re forced to go here because there is warranty under the car. But if I had a choice, I would go somewhere else.

I went to get some parts for my van. They were great in assuring I got all the parts I needed. And actually, their parts for my engine repair were cheaper than all the auto parts stores in the area. It is worth checking their prices before going elsewhere.

Customer service could be a little more hasten considering there were 5 people at the desk and it took me 10 minutes to be called with no one in line but other than that good service everytime!
