Bret was so helpful. Found me the right screw for my battery, put it on in the freezing cold without me even asking. Recommended the right wipers for me and then put them on. After going to 4 other auto parts places where the gentlemen in 2 of the stores wouldnt even come look at the car to see the right screw, Bret was a breath of fresh air!

These people unprofessional , I jumped my car backward and I burn the main fuse. I went to this branch to buy fuse the guy he told me you have to bring me the old one or go to the dealer, I went to O Reilly parts. I give the guy the year make model my vehicle, and he gave me the same fuse right away.

I stopped by to get brake light bulb for my 2014 Toyota TundraI asked them if I could borrow the screwdriver to remove the 2 screws and was told by the Manager on duty that I would have to buy that tool neededI only wanted to take the brake light apartI was going to do it myselfThey have signs outside that says you can borrow tools but not for me I guessI m very disappointed with themI will not ever give them my business

Not too interested in helping the customer. Told me the aisle, gave me the part number, and sent me on my way. Bulb I was told I needed is not the right bulb. But hey, conversation with co workers and visiting family at the work place was more important.

Never have much luck there. Overpriced, the other part stores are cheaper. Last thing I bought there was a air filter that didn't fit . When I returned it the counter guy said it has to fit and I wasn't installing it correctly, finally he gave me a refund. Funny the filter from auto zone slid right in.

Experience in 5 easy steps: Purchased a part, wasn t correct part with different part number on receipt (noticed later), went to get correct part, was told I didn t purchase it there even with receipt. I didn t even want a refund, just the right part. But, the duller behind the counter couldn t comprehend that. Needless to say, don t use this AAP.

Online it said this store had everything I needed in stock. Drove to the store and they didn t have a single thing I needed. All of the workers were useless which is normal with parts store workers except for one guy. He went out of his way to look for the parts. Not sure of the employee s name but he had crutches. He was the only one there that knew what he was doing and actually tried to help & apologized. Management really needs to make sure the rest of their employees are doing their jobs they re getting paid to do instead of sitting around in the back & talking to each other.

Most of the people here are helpful and knowledgeable. The have a decent selection of products to help you with your auto DIY needs. I appreciate that I can drop off my used oil here after oil changes too.

I was just in there again today to grab a filter, oil, rotors and pads. Mike helped me out and even went outside to double check if I was grabbing the right size rotors.This isn't the first time I've had great help here and I will continue to come back.

Trying to get home from Northern Michigan to Peoria, IL, I found myself needing to replace an ignition coil and 3 spark plugs on my van, on a Sunday night after having off and on issues all day. After trying another parts store, I called here and got Marty. He asked good questions and told me had plenty of both parts.Once I limped my van the mile down the road from where I was, Marty asked me more about what had been happening and suggested my air/fuel sensor could be the issue as well. He set me up with the parts and even the loaner tool for oxygen sensors knowing I'd be just out in the parking lot. Once I got everything replaced (the O2 sensor wasn't the fix) he made sure I was all set. Marty took care of what I'm sure was clearly a rather exasperated and frantic dad trying to get home to his family on a Sunday night, and did so like a freakin legend. I've worked as a mechanic and dealt with a lot of parts stores, and I'd give this store more stars if I could. I have no clue about anyone else here, but Marty was one of the best interactions I've ever had at my parts tore anywhere.Oh, and I made the last 2 hours home with 0 issues.

My Battery died on my vehicle. I jumped it and brought it to Advance Auto Parts today. Mikey and Brett helped test my battery to confirm I needed a new one and installed a new one quickly and efficiently. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Very helpful sales clerks. I needed windshield wipers. I went to other auto stores and they seem like they didnt want to help me. Being a female is always at a disavantage when going to these type of places. I may not have needed new wipers but it was the caring approach that sold me.

If you're going to be a counter person, you should be good with customer service. Walked in to grab a bag of oil dry. When I asked the guy standing behind the counter, he seemed inconvenienced. I asked how big they were and how much and after an overly exaggerated sigh, he said he doesn't know he need to grab it to check size and pricing. Price isn't bad for a 40lb bag of oil dry but I would suggest not come to work if you have a poor attitude, especially when you're dealing with the public, and having to answer questions throughout the day. 2 star only for price, 1 star for bad attitude

Poor customer serviceWe wanted to open a business account for our newly opened auto shop and was not assisted. Due to poor customer service to open an account I decided not to open a business account at all w advance auto. I wont want problems with my accounts later down the road. As I want to provide the best quality and service to my customers as well.

The guys that work there are all awesome. Matt is really helpful and takes great care of his customers. I wouldn't go to Any other auto part store. He always goes further and beyond than what he really needs to as does Anthony and the rest of the employees. Thanks guys!

If you re looking for good customer experience, don t come here! There are many other places nearby. I came in Friday noon (today) and asked for a replacement light bulb for 13 Hyundai Sonata, guy gave me an H11, had to come back after I removed old bulb which was different. Went back, young lady with such bad people skills attended me, previous guy (mid aged) told me most people make mistakes and confuse bulbs. Went back home, drove car to advanced auto since it definitely is low beam bulb (H7 which I looked up online), young lady attended me again, pointed me in direction of light bulb... finally got correct low beam light bulb!I m not buying here if these 2 people are still working here!!

Advance Auto is my favorite auto parts store. Usually well staffed with knowledgeable employees. I usually buy online and pick up in store. Coupon codes available online brings the price down further than any other parts store usually.

Had an A B S tone ring code. Most tone rings are on the axle. Ours is located inside the wheel bearing. Another store couldn't help figure this out. Called talked to Marty, got the correct part ordered.

They had the longer flex pipe for my car when none of the competitors did they price matched the exhaust clamps to the cheapest competitors price without hassle at all it was a great experience and I would recommend this place to anybody first
