I was very satisfied with the body work done on my brand new CX-90. They matched the paint color perfectly and the car looks brand new again. JDM came highly recommended and the quality of their work did not disappoint.The work on my car took longer than expected and I was very impressed that the manager called me right away and offered me a solution that I was happy with. I didn't have to hassle with them or get disappointed. They are very professional and easy to work with.You never hope to take your car into a body shop but if you do, you can feel confident taking it here.

I have been getting my vehicle repaired at JDM for as long as I can remember. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to help. They treat my car as if it were their own and the team makes me feel like family each and every time.

I google searched and read the good reviews on JDM Collision because my drivers side mirror cover disappeared while driving through the car wash! I ordered a replacement and took it to this establishment to have it painted the color of my car.This is the most friendly place I been to in a long time. Clean environment, great listeners, good communication, reasonable pricing, fast service, and excellent work. I will return as needed and I will recommend them.Service: Painting

JDM Collision did a great job on my daughter's car. John spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and they were great with keeping me updated on the status of my car. The car looks like new and you would never know it was involved in an accident. Unfortunately, I have used JDM Collision numerous times over the last 20 years. The service provided by John and his team is amazing. His professionalism and attention to detail has made me come back whenever I've had damage to my vehicle. I have referred him to anyone who has asked for recommendations and they have always been satisfied. If every business I've had contact with provided the type of service he's provided it would be amazing.

I have been working with John and his staff for over 2 years. Personally, I have always been treated with respect and professionalism from every person I encounter. More importantly, I immediately noticed a vast difference in how the customer's satisfaction and safely were of the upmost importance. I have seen John go to bat with insurance companies to assure that the parts and service were of the highest quality, meeting and exceeding expectations. Always greeting everyone with a smile and handshake, he goes beyond the normal business/client relationship. Referrals are critical in this business and I have witnessed numerous friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family continue to patronize this great organization.

Over the Past 7 years I have used JDM to work on my high end cars and I can not say more about there attention to detail and there service. I have had used other body shops in the past and JDM has exceeded my expectation every time I go for paint or auto body work. They have done things that other body shops have told me no or I am sorry that can not be done. There paint quality is so clean and vibrate in color. If anyone lives on the south side of Chicago or North West Indiana I highly recommend using JDM for all your auto body needs. I was referred here by a friend. My intentions were to get at least two estimates on the repair work needed on my sons auto. Needless to say I didn t even shop around. I bought all in by the appearance and professionalism of the shop and staff. Additionally I kinda had a ideal of what the cost should ve been. It was slightly more than I thought but I m not the professional. Also I was insured that I would have said auto back in plenty time for my sons return to college. The car looks great, this place rocks.

I feel I was talked up to make the deal and have my car fixed here. The few perks to bring my car here was telling me they would try getting out a few minor dings and fix up a scratch as well. The job took a few days longer than I was quoted, and when I picked it up, the job was not complete. They missed putting on the door protector. I called and left a message and never received a call back, so I took my car in to show the owner it was missed. He apologized to me and said they missed it and would have to order the part... Never heard from him again.

JDM Collision is the collision repair facility I have chosen to fix my family's vehicles that need minor to major collision repairs. My brand new 2016 Malibu was damaged in a car wash by an antenna stuck in one of the brushes. My car was damaged from front to back, including the windshield. JDM Collision returned my vehicle to like-new condition, joining me in the fight with the Car Wash's insurance carrier to fix my vehicle with genuine GM parts and compensate me for diminished value. While there were sometimes unforeseen delays and obstacles, JDM did their best, providing great advice and addressed each issue appropriately and professionally. I know that JDM cared about getting my vehicle fixed properly by their attitude, actions and ultimately the results. We partnered together to get my car fixed properly and that's what it takes to be successful at anything. Thanks John, Brianna and all the technicians that worked on repairing my vehicle.

It took 3 weeks to paint under peeling doors for a new Chevrolet and then doors were put on crooked.Chev of Homewood sent my car there. They had me thinking it was at the dealer.
