If you are looking for a used vehicle, go talk to Zachary. I left there with a great car and a very good deal. This was a way more pleasant experience than I've had at other dealerships! I was looking for suv. That's when Chris found me my car a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was great and explained and helped me know what I was getting into. There were a few minor issues but they fixed them right away. This is the place to go if you want a good vehicle and great customer service. Thank you Chris and Teutopolis Auto Sales!

Absolutely terrible customer service from the salesman today. By far worst experience I have seen at any car dealership. Guy needs to learn to be more energized to sell a dang car. Doesn t greet me outside how like any other amazing car salesman would. Terrible!! Wouldn t recommend going to the salesman here, rather go somewhere else and purchase a car. I didn t even want the car after how he talked to me.

Wife was looking for an Audi Q5 and kept having bad luck getting to dealerships and seeing junk.Phil gave us a detailed video call prior to driving in from stl and even had cleaned it up in that time.Had a check engine light come on that Phil paid to be resolved once we got back home. Great purchase experience.

Bought a truck from this company didn't even have for a couple of weeks and the engine started missing badly at first Zachary told me that they would cover my insurance deductible to get my truck fixed and told me to schedule a appointment at my local shop which I did I called him to let him know about my service appointment and about getting my deductible taken care of like he promised but then he refused to cover it which is fine but word of mouth means alot in a busines so Im putting this out there don't buy from them they even delivered my truck dirty and missing a wiper blade guess they missed that during the shop inspection lol I hope a hundred dollars cost you thousands .from this review review update got a call from the owner today and the apologized for the miss understanding and took care of everything so turns out they do stand behind there word and I'm a happy customer now plus love my truck thanks Phil much appreciated

I want to give a huge shoutout to Teutopolis Auto Sales and to Phil for the great easy experience purchasing our Jeep. Phil went as far as taking time after hours to answer questions and try to get everything ready since my schedule was so hectic. I will definitely be back when we are ready for our next vehicle

I got the EXACT car I was looking for! I had a specific vehicle with certain features in mind and they found an exact match! The price was fair and absolutely zero sales pressure. The paperwork was quick and easy. Strongly recommend. I'll use them again in the future!

What a great place to buy a vehicle! Friendly staff are easy to work with and love to go the extra mile to help out. I've bought 2 vehicles from them so far, and things have went very smooth both times. Thanks for being friendly and helping me get back on the road! These guys are sensational really. They got us in immediately regarding an electrical problem with our van and made us feel right at home. Very nice people that are amazing with the customer service. Although our problem was never fully fixed, they were able to get us a temp solution at short notice that competitors weren't able to supply. They are very reasonable with their prices. Thank you for the help

Yes, this was a correct review of you, Teutopolis Auto Sales. This is Steve Heinrichs, my son and I and his business partners bought the Sprinter Van from you.Absolute worst experience buying a car. They cleared the codes on the vehicle so when we went to get it checked out at a third party mechanic, everything looked fine... 10 miles down the road after purchasing check engine light came on and the oil light. There was $5000 worth of repairs needed and the dealership said sorry, you purchased it already, we won't take it back.I was there at your dealership twice, and you sold us the van and then when the codes came back 10 miles down the road and then you found out you had told us the wrong info, that your mechanic had actually reported that the check engine light was on but just dim and you told us that it was not on. And there were 6 errors in the computer that your mechanic had cleared and not fixed, before we purchased it. Though you made the mistake and sold us the van under mistaken claims, you still wouldn't take it back and refund us. We used 3 full days of our time driving back and forth to buy this van and then we are still dealing with fixing the 6 errors in the computer. It has been 5 months. You also said that you would potentially help us with the repairs since it was your error. Are you going to be helping us with the repairs or was that a lie?

Great experience from start to finish with these guys. Instead of the normal endless combing of the internet/driving to some random location that I normally do to find what I was looking for, these guys went to work and FOUND what I was after and got it in.The quality and cleanliness of the used vehicle was awesome, and we made the deal! This was the easiest car buying experience I ve had.I do not hesitate to recommend Teutopolis Auto to anyone who reads this.

A couple of weeks ago I told Tayler what I was after, what I was looking to spend, and when I'd be home on leave. In that time we emailed back and forth and he found me the exact car I wanted at a really great price. I was in and out of there in under an hour, including my test drive. Full tank of gas and a clean car. Happy customer here.

Last year I Sat down with my salesman steve I was very straight forward about my vehicle needing to last at least 3 years. When we test drove my ford f150 the check engine light was on. We informed our salesman steve about the check engine light and found out it needed spark plugs. Steve agreed it was no big deal and they'd take care of that. Sweet.... While they were replacing the spark plugs they broke some of the plugs on the head. In the process the head had to be replaced. (Due to them not to me) a week or two after we got it the check engine light came back on. I called again and they looked at it again and said they fixed the issue something had just come unclipped. The second go around I asked tyler if maybe they could work with the sales side to get me in something different because apparently this was going to be an issue. Tyler did not do what i asked so they fixed it again. In this same time I asked for a refund to cancel out my loan since I hadn't even made my first payment and was refused that as well. Long story short the issue is still the same and I'm now driving an $8,000 truck that has a timing and transmission issue. I left a 1 star review initially and was going to leave it at that but the owner phil asked me to contact him Friday so I did. I explained that I was still unhappy with the truck a year later, re explained what happened, and didn't want them popping up on my searches anymore because I wouldn't be back. He offered to do some research and get back to me if i could get him the codes from the check engine light. I sent him the codes Saturday and we agreed to speak again Monday. I hadn't heard from him by 5 pm Monday so I called him, he said he hadn't made it there and we agreed to talk Tuesday. Today i had to call him again having not heard anything back. After he called me back he asked what i wanted him to do. I asked what he was willing to do. I explained it sucks having to put off buying a house another year because of this and we missed a lot of family stuff because we couldn't drive it home to STL. At the end of a wasted 30 minutes he stated he wouldn't look at the truck or help fix anything. He kept telling me about how they went above and beyond. Point of a customer review is it is the CUSTOMER OPINION NOT YOURS! Above and beyond would mean my issue was fixed 1 way or another. Above and beyond would not be throwing 3 grand worth of work in my face like I should kiss your butt for it. At the very least please explain to Tyler that if a customer makes a suggestion at least give it a shot, if a customer says hey this isn't working give them a refund, and correct steve on if a customer says i need something to last and you have a doubt that it won't then don't say it will.

I drove 3 hours to purchase a truck that I have been looking for for a couple of months was very pleased with the vehicle purchase and they were very Diligent, at taking care of any issues that arose afterwards and stayed in communication until things were resolved ! I appreciate their professionalism and would do business with them again

Had an oil change, 4 tires replaced, brakes and rotors replaced, spark plugs replaced and an alignment done. They were quick and efficient. Less than 2 hours for all that work.
