I recently started hauling material to this landfill several times a day. I've been to several landfills throughout the country, these folks are AWESOME! The scale and all the guys in the field could not be more professional and helpful. Just a top notch crew!! Makes my job so much easier when they truly care about safety and my equipment. Very much appreciated.

For 15 years no problem, then waste management bought Advanced disposal back (again) After that customer service went downhill. I had no trash pickup for over a month. After 3 phone calls they finally came to get my trash. They only picked up one of 3 trash cans that had been filled over the course of time. I called again and asked what s up. They informed me I had to call in advance if I had anything more than the usual one can to pick up . Went to another trash service, lo and behold, my 100.00 For three months became 100.00 for 5 months! NEVER AGAIN!

I got service in February. By September they had missed me 3 times. The final straw was when I called 3 days after being missed and my trash was sitting out for 3 days, I was told I would have to wait 10 more days until they could pick up my trash.I canceled and got service with Morgan Disposal.My trash was picked up the following day and they have not missed a single day since.Kicker is Advanced Disposal or Waste Management still has not picked up their trash tote/can! A constant reminder of their garbage service .From my experience, I suggest staying away from this company in Charleston IL.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. Had them less than a year. Awful in every aspect. Missed our pick ups and wouldn t do anything about it. They just left it until our next pick up. Left trash on the road that fell out of the cans when they were dumping it. Left my cans blocking my drive or fallen over. Rude customer service reps. The list is endless

Due to driver shortage, WM has missed 4 of last 9 scheduled pickups. No advance warning. Missed pickup is referred to as a "reschedule" for regular pickup following week. No response to e-mails. Credit is obtained only by calling & sitting on hold for 15-30 minutes. Very poor customer service doesn't warrant higher prices than competitors. Very disappointed is WM.

I love WM! They've been great to work with so far. Trash and recycling pickup has been punctual, and they treat our property with respect. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful.

Please never use this company! They left me without trash pickup for almost a month. I called seven times and was given a new date each time and they never came! They said they didn t have enough drivers! That is no excuse and info a customer should never hear. I have changed companies!

They charge for 4 monthly trash pick ups, but are only picking up every other week. Trash overflow is disgusting and ridiculous! If you are only going to pick up half of the agreed upon and billed upon time, then adjust our billing immediately to reflect the reduced trash pick up!

I really don't know what to say. Every time I attempt to call Waste Management, i can NEVER get a live person on the line. The automated service is terrible! The service over the past fifteen years has really gone down a bit. I am aware that there have been cutbacks at Waste Management, but the customers should not have to suffer for it.

Great service! Pick ups are on time and when there is a holiday or delays, this is communicated through phone. Very responsive and customer service is great. Love that they have a larger time frame to pick up yard waste. Will continue with waste management service! Thanks!

Send emails saying to be patient about their staffing shortages. PAY YOUR EXISTING PEOPLE MORE!! You offer sign on bonuses yet current employees are quitting non stop.

They don t complete the job as they should. My trash man lies all the time. They sent me a container I never asked for and then charged me for it. After several attempts they removed the charge from my account only to still leave they container in my yard, still til this day.

Awful. As soon as they bought our local company service went downhill. Excuse after excuse but trash and recycling was spotty at best. Discontinued service 6 months ago and the containers are still at the house.

I tried ask if the landfill will accept an old fiberglass boat. The foreign person at the call center could only give me the address to the landfill. He became quite irritate when I said I knew the address since it is only 15 miles away. Guess I will have to drive there since the won t answer calls locally.

After labor shortages we're being skipped every other week. Previously, I paid for recycling but disappointedly watched as my recycling was emptied straight into the trash.

Literally the worst garbage company ever. I have 110 rental properties and the City of Cuba, I mean Decatur Illinois mandates I use this awful company.

Overall service is great. It was a little messed up when they bought previous provider but I think they got their act together

Absolutely ridiculous services , trash left up and down alleys and streets after every pickup , I have had to call in over 20 times for missed pickups on yard waste , this time they have left it for over a month and keep telling me they will be out by the end of the day , I used to tip my drivers picking up actual garbage waste , but when they started leaving garbage all up and down the alley I stopped tipping and it has only gotten worse

REQUESTED A CONTAINER TO BE MOVED BACK AFTER SEALING THE LOT AND WAS TOLD 5 TIMES IT WOULD BE MOVED. AFTER 5TH TIME I CANCELLED THE SERVICE.
