Made appointment for oil and filter change and tire rotation for my 2019 Silverado Z71 LT.Nice waiting room. Clean restrooms.The vehicle was serviced while I waited and was ready in approximately 30 minutes.Friendly and courteous staff, did not matter if it was the Service Manager I checked in with when I arrived, the person who advised me the service was done and vehicle was ready or the cashier who handled my payment.Great experience. Will definitely return.

My car was towed there to have a key fob programmed to my car! It was found that the brakes were horrible so I told him to fix it. The master cylinder was changed a rear brake cylinder was changed and I don t know what else it was told I could pick up the car it was down, so $1346 later I pick up my car and go to drive it almost hit someone because the brakes are horrible. I came in on Saturday and address this issue with Bill Pinkston. He assured me that it will be taken care of so now, I will wait and see.

We bought a chevy silverado 2011 ltz on May 13 2023 from there and have to say it was a great experience. Jim, Dawn, Angel and the rest of the staff at landmark was very friendly and easy to work with. We are happy with our purchase and I would recommend landmark to anyone. You guys are awesome!! Thank you so much!!

Jim recently helped us purchase a 2017 Tahoe from them and all was online process. This was the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle through the internet and it was a little nerve racking but Jim went above and beyond. He was up front and honest about every single thing. He made me feel comfortable with purchase a vehicle I had never seen in person. He sent us videos pictures and everything we asked for. We flew in, Jim provided us with a ride and Lynn our driver was the most down to earth individual and it was a pleasure talking about our experiences living in the country. Thank you Jim for all your help, all your work and most of all your honesty regarding the vehicle and the process!

I'd asked for a few simple gestures. Check tire pressure in rear tires. And spray something on hinge of front door. It was easy to see the low tire warning light was still on, after closing my unlubricated door. Granted I was there for warranty work. I noted the thorough explanation to a woman about her tires were aired an wouldn't need rotated till her next service. Maybe if you are paying you get the gold star treatment.

Jerry at service took care of all issues. Car was repaired but strangely they had accidently done an oil change and my new car which has under 2000 miles. However, they took that off the bill. But the Corvette comes with Mobil 1 Synthetic, so hoping they used an equivalent oil.Previous: Had a wheel alignment completed on my new vehicle (less than 2000 miles) race alignment per Chevrolet owner's manual. When done, the steering wheel was 3-4 degrees to the right. This causes the launch control function to be disabled as the wheels (sensed thru steering inputs) must be straight. Returned vehicle to get this problem corrected. The male service manager gave my wife a hard time about getting this completed. She was upset the guy was rude and made comments that he's racing the Corvette. I did call to see if they understood the problem as I had to write it out and had my wife give it to the service representative. I was not present as I am in the military and currently at Orlando for the Warrior Games. Ashley took my number and said they'd call if they have any problems as they haven't started work yet. I have had great service at New Smyrna and Boniface-Hiers Chevrolet (You can see my 5 star reviews), was surprised on how rude and non-service orientated this dealership was with servicing a vehicle. Disappointed as I moved to this area, this is the closest dealership, and I was hoping to continue my patronage of Chevrolet products.I may change my review when I get my vehicle as it is still at the dealership. But, so far, my and my wife's dealing with the male service manager has been 1 star.

I made an appointment for service online and received a confirmation email as to the date/time for the service appointment. When I arrived at your location, I was not on the schedule and the person in the service department looked at me like I was crazy for being there. Only part of the requested service was completed...I had requested an oil change & tire rotation. The tire rotation was not done. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will not be using your service department in the future. I will take my vehicle to another dealership for service from this point on.

Dustin was very friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. A truck that I was after showed up on fb marketplace. I messaged Dustin and he immediately got back with me and assured me the truck was ours.My wife and I drove two hours to get the truck and while driving, Dustin took some info from us to speed the process up. Everything went very smooth when we arrived. We will definitely make the drive again to work with Dustin.

Brought car in for unscheduled diagnostic evaluation; instead of scheduling an appointment days in the future, service said let's see what's needed. They found out and within 30 minutes had fixed. Under warranty, no charge.

Had a warranty issue with my 2012 Volt. Taken care of professionally and quickly. Landmark did a good job. Thanks. BTW, the Volt is the best, most well engineered car I have ever had. I do not think GM has done a very good job of marketing this excellent car.

Took car in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation and my headlight being dim on the passenger side. They did everything except the headlight and no one told me they did not fix it Plus they had the car at 8am no one called and said it was done. I just stopped by at 5.30pm and got my car that seems a little excessive to me. They told me the recall would take 1 1/2 hours i can not imagine it taking the rest of the day for and oil change and a tire rotation, and we can not count the headlight because it was not done.

Went there initially for advertised 2015 Impala 2LT. After finding it was sold, started looking at new cars for sale. Was very happy with the pricing and the help in getting more deductions for what we wanted! Staff is very accommodating, courteous and knowledgable. We have already told several friends and family of our great experience with Landmark and their staff. A little farther to drive but worth the trip!

I prefer to drive to Taylorville dealership, than to utilize my free oil changes at the local Springfield dealership. Everyone in Taylorville is always nice, friendly, knowledgeable and always on schedule with appointments.

Recently purchased a 2010 Kia Soul from this dealer. The process was pleasant from start to finish. Our salesperson, Jacob, did a fantastic job showcasing this vehicle for us. After some work with the banks, the general manager was able to get us a reasonable monthly payment. They even managed to squeeze in a 3 year warranty and keep us in budget. Also, the car had a small crack in the windshield, but they so prompt in getting it replaced for us. I highly recommend this dealer for anyone, and I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

We had our car in for an oil change and once over on Thursday with the expectation that the work would be done right as we haven't driven this vehicle in a year. When we went to get on the road the next morning both headlights were not working. We had to wait for someone to open in order to replace them. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment.

We went to see a car that we assumed was already there. We were told to wait an hour before we left home because it wasn't there yet. Fine, we stopped off to see relatives. 2 hours after they told us to leave home we arrived (about 40 minutes later that we would have gotten there had we waited to leave) and we waited ANOTHER 30 minutes. The car was coming from Springfield and it took 2.5 hrs. We could've gone to Springfield and not wasted our entire day on what we found out was a junk car.
