Had battery issues and went in totally lost. The manager, I think his name was Chris was fantastic. He explained everything, didnt try to oversell and helped me way above and beyond. This will be my go to auto store

I absolutely refuse to give this company my patronage. The Sycamore branch has lost out on thousands of dollars purely because they choose to block the parking lot. Hope its worth it gentlemen!

5/5 star review for my experience on 8/11. My car was jumped 2 times this day before I decided to go get my battery checked at O reilly s in sycamore. I was greeted by ALexander and he made such a huge impact on my day and my car. He tested my battery, which was good, but noticed the battery terminal connector was loose and some other part was upside down. So Alexander made the proper adjustments and tightened the terminal connector and my car has been running smoothly. That day was my moms birthday which allowed me to continue my plans with Her and saved my hours at a repair shop. Alexander deserves a raise :) Thank you again!

Went there to buy painting/sanding supplies for a project recently. They have some products for sanding, but not a lot in the finer grits (5000 and up). I realize they do not specialize in custom finishes. The staff was helpful and was able to supply the 2K two part gloss coat.

Came in here about a week or so ago for some parts to get my car running. They didn t have them in stock sadly but the lady working the counter I believe her name was hope (sorry I don t have a great memory) went above and beyond any auto parts employee I ve ever dealt with. She made some calls the other stores and was able to find me the parts IN STOCK at another oreillys. 4 stars just because the simple parts weren t in stock but 5 stars for her helping me any way she could. Will definitely be back for any parts needed.

Best knowledgeable staff in town their stock is incredible and if they don't have it they usually can find it or point me in the direction to get it always professional when I'm in there

Worst customer service ever. Most of the sales people aren t qualified to sell wiper blades. It s so bad I go online and get the exact part number before I even call. Front parts counter needs to be coached on how to use the commercial account system by me who has never worked at oriellys I just frequent the stores so often as a traveling mechanic that I know how it works. I sent someone in to pickup my parts that I already gave a po# for and was supposed to be ready to go. First they didn t know anything about it, then they put my name in the po# box instead of the number I already gave them . Now I get to call accounting and spend 30 minutes on the phone straightening this out. Chris the commercial was too busy chatting up all the other employees to even respond to have a good day . These guys are the special Olympics b team I gave 2 stars only because oriellys sells decent parts, Keeps a good inventory and if they dont have it, they can usually get it in a few hours.

I had to purchase a gas cap. Never realized how expensive they could be. Wal-Mart no longer carry them. Paid $11 for a basic gas cap!

Terrible experience. First and last time I will ever shop here. Get told one price, drive home and get the money, come back and get told that the rotors aren't in stock and it's going to be $42 extra on top of the $258 I'm already spending to ship the rotors from lakeville... Not today, not ever. Total BS. Went to advance instead, same rotors, pads, hardware and wheel bearing block for $20 cheaper and guess what... IN STOCK.

the worst service in all auto parts in the area, o'reilly auto parts has very good quality parts but the problem is the staff the guys serve in a very bad way their behavior will make me better buy more auto parts elsewhere

What does O'Reilly have that no other automotive parts outlet store doesn't have? Nothing. Prices are the same, and the carry just about the same stuff the other stores have. I like the location, and it's a clean store.

New store, train and/or mentor your new employees better. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes until an experienced employee is freed up to bail out the new guy helping me whose's lost in the sauce.

These guys know what's up. Older gentleman knows how to interact with customers and the younger guys are knowledgeable. Everyone there WANTS to help you. I had an issue with my car and they all jumped in the conversation to debate on the best solution. Needless to say, they saved headaches and I've learned a good amount from them. I've gone to Autozone and Advance Autoparts. They are garbage compared to these guys. QUALITY SERVICE 10/10.

Knowledgable and friendly staff. I am always more comfortable going into an O Reillys over some of the other places in town knowing that they are problem solvers. The Sycamore location is one of the best.

Employees are always super friendly and helpful but for some reason the never have the parts I need in-stock. Still better than Autozone though.
