Got my car fixed in a day even with a snow storm! Great prices too! They fixed my car faster than any place I ve ever took it too! Plus they were very nice and professional. I plan on taking all of my vehicles here from now on. I highly recommend this place.

Extremely dishonest and money hungry. I went there a while ago for a simple oil change. They performed a 'complimentary inspection and said i needed to change all four of my rotors for over $320 dollars. Not knowing any better i approved as I thought id be in danger of randomly crashing cus my brain system failed. Out of curiosity I called a shop down the road to see what the price was and getting the same work done was $150! Not even 5 minutes passed and I tried to get Midas to stop but the manager said 'Once he took the tire off he's legally obligated' which is a complete lie. I wish I had been a bit more forceful in dealing with them and their liesThis shop is extremely crooked and will take advantage of you, especially if you dont know about cars. Do not fall for their 'free inspection' and DO NOT go to them under any circumstance!

Wonderful service, decent price, definitely recommend this place! Our car's engine light came on right in front of the store, luckily we were able to make it into the Midas parking lot. It was evening, and the employees were in the process of closing the garage, but were nice enough to open back up for us, and run a diagnostic on our car. It needed some work, we were told they'd give us a call in the morning, which they did, shortly after opening. The car was ready to go and fixed before noon! They even came and picked us up, which was much appreciated :) Again, great fast service, reasonably priced - we will be back for any future car needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went in to get a new set of brakes and everything went smoothly. Fortunately there was a promotion that discounted my rate and was able to save money. The car works again which I m thrilled about.

They took my car in without an appointment. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes and price was less than I had anticipated. I'm going back there for all future services.

Not from around here so called Midas have had good work with them in the past told them I had a bracket break on my muffler to see if they could get it in today to fix and they did. great service quick and looks good thank you guys

Had new tires installed on my 2018 Dodge Journey GT and they dropped one of the rims while removing the old tires and didn t have the nerve to tell me or to say anything after I asked what they had dropped in service area.After washing the wax of the rim I found some very noticeable chips in the rim. Doubtful that anything will be done to repair. Very disappointing. This Midas was my go-to for my vehicle service needs. I would recommended anyone to inspect everything that is done at this place before you pay for any service.

I went in for an oil change and it was $72. I thought it was going to be less than that and only had $66 in my account at the moment and he offered my oil for $62. Super nice people, they also did a free car inspection and gave me the prices and things needed to be maintained.

The absolute worst experience I ve ever had with any establishment. I had an appointment scheduled for a front end alignment. I sit there for 30 minutes and Jonathan told me I had $2,000 worth of work that needs to be done before they could do my alignment and they couldn t release my vehicle until I paid a $35 fee. It s as if they know they are running a scam there. No one thought to tell me they had to charge me for an inspection before I got my alignment done? Completely unethical way of running their business. It s clear as day why they have such bad reviews and never have any business. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Today was a rough day for me I had to look for an oil change and surprisingly everyone prices was extremely expensive for my car one person asked for $170 another $200 and the cheapest I had found was $129 until I stopped by Midas and the guy was a busy doing phone calls and taking care of customers he didn t even have the time to scratch his head if it needs to be scratched yet he found the time to speak to me as soon as I walked in that I really appreciate them he told me that he will charge me for 5 courts of oil $62 and with the service it s $72 I was like I have a coupon he said I already applied the $20 off I was like whaat you did it without me even asking you wow I really appreciate that kind of service so I just really wanna say thank you guys so much and I really highly recommend this place

I was hearing a noise from my car as if the exhaust is corroded and having holes in it. I took the car there. Was told that they need to examine it so they can give me an accurate description of the problem and cost. Took 20 minutes to take the car on jacks and examine. Was told that two pieces are corroded and need to be changed and estimated cost is close to $1000. I was about to give them the job, but last minute decided to get a second opinion. So took it to another place. It turned out that the exhaust had no issue whatsoever and the sound was from the engine.

Slammed my hood without removing the hood rod when I had an oil change. Then their insurance paid less then I got estimated an antibody shop.Contacted Midas customer support and never heard back. Very disappointed. Dalboyoby!

They are very professional and kind. I went in for an alignment and they brought me back to show me that the alignment was good already. They explained things very well and worked with me to find a solution for why the car was pulling to the side.Excellent service and i will be going back for future work.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Great customer service overall and gets the job done!!! I took my car to get an alignment because my steering wheel was pulling to the left and as they was working on my car they notice it wasn t my alignment it was a strip bolt in my control arm that needed to be replace. They replace the bolt free of charge! Car is now back riding smooth! Highly recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Highly recommend this shop! I always bring my Rav4 in for brake work which is always top notch. I started having some minor issues with brake noise which was fixed in a matter of 15 mins and was sent on my way. Mechanic repaired flat tire. Repaired tire. The mechanic was friendly and courteous. Manager was knowledgeable and informed on the progress and what the price would be to repair the tire. Got 2 alignments done because my car was pulling, after both alignments were done, my wheels were still all over the place, I'd go as far as to say that they made it worse than before. I don't recommend and you shouldn't recommend either to anyone as far as alignments go.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

They replaced a coolant thermostat, a process that takes an hour on average (feel free to Google this). It took them one hour but they billed for three (aka, $360) because that's how long their book says it takes to do it. Complete rip-off. The Guy at front desk needs to get his attitude problem fixed, if he doesnt like his job he should probably Quit. I wanted to get my tires replaced and was quoted 800$ but the way the he was talking, i was not having it, Ended up paying 880$ right accross the street to Mavis just because of their customer service, im 100% sure this location is losing business just because of his Whiny Attitude.Service: Tires

Although the staff was very kind, they took me in for an oil change and did not have any more oil filters left. I was waiting for an hour for them to get one to be able to do the change. After the oil change, I was given a report stating incorrect information regarding my vehicle. They said my alignment was good (I know for a fact it s off from an old crash) and they also said my wiper blades weren t torn when both front and back were torn..

These guys have always taken care of me I bring my truck here and my daughters car they take time to check my car and ensure everything is in working order. Their work is 1st rate and good customer service. They never tell me I have to get something done like the other places I had been. My daughter sees how good they are and like me will be a customer for life.

We've been there for driveability issues that I've called in minutes before we've arrived, and they have us out ASAP. Came in because I was having brake issues with my car and was told what the problem was and that it would be fixed for a certain price only to pay them and them tell me the problem is not fixed and there is another issue with the brakes. I should have been notified of any other additional issues relating to my brake service during the service or before the service on my brakes had begun. Meaning the crew did not properly diagnose my cars problem before providing me information on the service to be needed to have my car properly fixed. I will be contacting upper management and the BBB regarding this concern until it has been reconciled.Service: Brakes

Very helpful and honest. Took my car in for a tire balance as it had a shake. They reviewed the car and told me it was the suspension (only 8K on the new car) and I should take it to the dealership. They could have sold me on the tire balance but were honest enough not to. You don't get that often.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place may be cheap but you get what you pay for. I ve been here twice and both times they ve mesed up my tire rotation. The second time they tried telling me no that s normal. UM NO SIR it s NOT. The young guy with the curly hair needs more training. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Went in to get my starter put in took the guy 10 minutes charged me $94. I go back to my car and my car still doesn t start on the first try so I asked the manager to see if he could diagnose that would take only 5 minutes and tried to charge me another $94. Mechanic even told me he tried to tell the manager that it wasn t the starter that was the issue and he didn t care and told the mechanic to just put it in anyway. Horrible service from the manager. He doesn t care he just wants to charge whatever he can. At least the mechanic was honest about it,

Very friendly staff that check you in and take your money. However, the mechanics do jot do good work. I brought my car here and they did more damage to my car and could not fix it after I spent over $700 on the repairs. I then took my car to a mechanic in Genoa and they fixed it for free. I would not recommend Midas at all, but Genoa Motors Auto Repair is WONDERFUL!! Go there instead.
