I flew over 900 miles to buy a car from Kunes of Sycamore only to discover that they did not honor our agreed up price of the vehicle. I asked for the purchase order twice before leaving but never got it! I was told that the bank charged them almost $2000 to do the loan. I contacted the finance company and they didn't know anything about it! Originally I was happy to buy this car because this was supposed to be a Christian organization but this was no were close to Christianity! This was deception at its best. Furthermore, nothing was done about this experience after expressing my thoughts with the management team there! This organization needs to stop using Jesus's name anywhere in their facilities or anything that has anything to do with Kunes brand! They brag about how much they donate to Ministries abroad but seemingly they steal from others to fund that mission! DO NOT BUY FROM KUNES ANYWHERE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I received the best customer experience at Kunes Volvo from Ozan Ozdemir sales Rep. I was met at the front entrance by Oz we sat down to go over the steps we would cover to complete my purchase of the Volvo s60. The whole experience went so smooth and very detailed 2 hour intro to the features of the Volvo s60. once we started the introduction of the s60 Bells & whistles Oz introduced me to different Volo team members that I would have contact with at different point of pre sale and ownership of the Volvo s60. After walking me through the Finance options I was introduced to the General manager Michael Medina and the service advisor John Guzman. After going over my Trade in vehicle i met with the finance manager to go over the added Taxes and fees to complete the purchase. i would Highly recommend Kunes Volvo and Oz Ozdemir to any one looking to purchase any of the vehicles in the Volvo line.
