Just bought a new Honda Civic on Saturday. Started the process earlier in the week with Charley and he was awesome from beginning to end. He was never pushy. I have never had a car buying experience so relaxed and efficient. They even offered lunch for us. So please, if you re considering a new vehicle at Kunes in Sycamore, give Charley a call!

I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Kunes in Sycamore and had an excellent experience. Our sales associate, Charley Andersen, was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and fully respected the budget I walked in with. I had to drive almost two hours to reach them as no other dealership near me offered the trim/color car I was looking for. Charley honored my appointment time and made sure the car was available to me as soon as I arrived.Everything from the test drive to paperwork with the finance department was timely and efficient - it's currently the fastest car buying experience I've ever had. I can't recommend them enough.

My fianc� and I had an exceptional car buying experience. Neither of us had bought a car before were a little anxious about the process. We knew the exact car we wanted so the test drive and selection was relatively short and simple. Then we had to jump through some hoops with financing etc and this is where Teresa really helped us navigate the process and even though it took a few hours we ended paying exactly what we walked in wanting to pay. We also got to meet the GM and Service manager. Everyone seems easy going and happy to be there. Would recommend!!

My husband and I got stranded with a vehicle problem in Lake Geneva and Kunes Volvo of Sycamore had it towed to their location. We left it in their hands for a week and came back (5 hour drive) and they had it fixed. There were reassuring and excellent to work with. Professional on all counts in every area! If there were nearer to us we would regularly get our vehicle serviced there! The service manager also was very knowledgable and reassuring.

I recently leased a XC 40 from Kunes Volvo of Sycamore and they made the experience seamless and pleasant. Both Charley and Lou went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. From our first conversation through the delivery of my vehicle, I was treated with utmost professionalism and respect. Came in looking for a CRV. Initially there wasn't anything available. Charley told us there was a vehicle at a different location he wanted us to look at and that he would have it there the same day. He didn't disappoint. Not only did he drive it back to the Sycamore dealer, it was everything we were hoping for: Affordable, clean, and as it stands everything we were looking for. I would recommend Charley and the Sycamore dealership any day of the week.

I have bought plenty of cars over the years and I have to say I had the best experience at Kunes Volvo in Sycamore! Konrad was the best he was so helpful and made the whole process so easy! The finace department was great too! I will definitely purchase my next car from them! If your looking for a new or used car I highly recommend Kunes Auto Group!

Phenomenal service. Charley was exceptional and delivered the car a couple of hours away. A little hiccup with getting the deal done from across state lines but ultimately a great experience. Would recommend. Price was also unbeatable!

We purchased a used 2010 Mazda Miata. We worked with Adam Lake throughout the process. He was personable and friendly. All questions were answered and we were able to arrive at a deal satisfactory to us. We would recommend Adam to future customers. The signing of documents was actually efficient. I recently bought a car from Travis at Volvo in Dekalb and it was a great expirence. Travis was very professional and worked with me to get the car we were seeking at the price point we were comfortable with. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The team went above and beyond for myself and my family to provide us our dream. The deal was so easy I only had to go into the store to pick up the keys and have Ozzy give me a thural tutorial on our new car. The whole team I worked with Travis, Ozzy, and Michael did a graet job and I would highly reccomend buying a car from this dealership. Everyone I worked with was very passionate about the Volvo brand and provided a wonderful car buying expirence (not many times you can say this buying a car). Thanks again to the Volvo team

I wanted to share what a great experience we recently had with Kunes Volvo in Sycamore. We reached out about a car they had on their website and received a call back from Ozzy who was one of their Sales Associates. Unfortunately for him I had just left a local Volvo dealership with a bad taste in my mouth. Boy am I glad Ozzy and Travis were able to come through for us. Not only did they meet the numbers I was expecting (based on Volvos website- other dealership blamed Volvo for misleading me - BS) they were very cordial and prompt with providing me answers to all my requests, questions and concerns. Since we had to drive over 2.5 hrs to the dealership it was important to me that we knew exactly what we were getting and for what we wanted to pay. When we got to the dealership they met us at the door, had all the paperwork ready and it was an extremely smooth process. Very happy with our new S60 and the experience we had with Kunes. Well worth the drive if you want to deal with a honest and straight shooting dealership. Thanks for helping us get into our 1st, and definitely not last Volvo!

The whole team at Kunes was fantastic to work with. The process from test drive, to trade in, to purchase was smooth and painless. Travis and Sam were very helpful and I will be working with them for any future purchases as well. Do yourself a favor and stop in to take a look before making any final decisions.

Please Avoid! Attempted to purchase a vehicle from out of state - made an appointment a couple days in advance, called to make sure it was still there the day of - and made the hours long drive to come look at the vehicle. Arrived promptly at our appointment to find out the car was in service, and there would be a wait. After another hour and a half, we test drove the car to find out the package and features listed online are not accurate. We drove and waited 4 hours to test drive a car we wouldn t have even considered buying if it was listed correctly. Just looked today and it s still inaccurate. Buyers Beware!

It's always tough attempting to narrow down the exact car you need. Kunes Volvo of Sycamore helped ease the process by a ton! Cody Tucker is the team member who helped me and I was beyond impressed with his knowledge on Volvo's. Cody was the reason why I was able to make a wise choice on my next vehicle. Just bought a 2018 Acadia Denali from Devin Iverson, he was extremely polite, courteous & very helpful during the purchasing process, got a fair trade in for our old vehicle. I would recommendgiving him a call if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Great job Devin!
