The process was fast and got approved in minutes. There very helpful and professional. The person who helped me brought the car to my house. Very hard working and amazing person. I was impressed by how they dressed.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Chevy Suburban from kunes Auto Group in Sycamore. Ed Bucaro, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He made sure to address all my questions and concerns, making the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. The Suburban is in excellent condition, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend kunes and Ed Bucaro for their outstanding service.

I ve lived in DeKalb County all my life and Kunes has to have one of the WORST service departments I ve ever dealt with. They had my car for 87 days and didn t even look at everything I asked for. Their communication skills are severely lacking and when asked their response is I have a lot of customers . We will not be returning.

I had the pleasure of have a strong sales representative like Shane Weber as my guide to find the car that would be affordable and reliable. Shane was very honest and put me the customer first by asking all the right question and building a relationship with me and not throwing me a sales pitch but giving me good loyal advice. He was very knowledgeable in what the company expected from him and what he could do for me so I wouldn t be taken advantage of. Thanks a lot Shane I m glad you gave me a positive experience.

The General Manager Demetrius Moore and Sales Manager Michael Bryant as well as sales man Shaheen were absolutely wonderful gentlemen to work with. Not only did they listen to my needs and concerns, but they also treated my daughter and I like family. Being a single mom if 2 they really showed the true meaning of Kunes Family. Without these gentlemen I would still be riding around in a vehicle that wasn t serving my small family well. I recommend these guys to everyone and anyone in need of a vehicle. They are very attentive and caring! They have my heart felt gratitude!

We have been car shopping for a while and Shane W. Has been very helpful in trying to help us find what s gonna fit us best and what fits our budget. We are definitely keeping him busy as we are rather picky lol. I would definitely recommend going to him for all your car needs. He knows his stuff.

The service department was great. When I found out my car needed some fixing and some cleaning, it made me very nervous. Honestly, for everything they had to do the price was expensive ( everything is when it comes to a vehicle), but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I feel very confident after driving my car off their lot.Jordan was a rockstar from the beginning till the end. Tony was very informative. For the machanics... who fixed my car..Thank You!Yes, I would take my car to them again.

WOW! I would give a sixth star if I could. What a fantastic company! I hadn t had a car of my own in over 5 years, I was nervous because I had been met with frustration at other dealerships. However, everyone at Kunes CDJR Sycamore was friendly, helpful, and I felt welcomed immediately. October in Finance and Jaryn in sales really went above and beyond, and helped me find a car that I love, at rates that I can afford, and they made certain to do everything possible to ensure that I was happy with my purchase, and understood the fine print. They made the experience so smooth and easy, 100% would recommend to anybody looking for a vehicle!

I went to look for a new car today. This nice man named Hemza helped me. He was very patient & kind. I had no clue what car I was wanting but he made sure I saw all my options and helped me find features in the car that would be of use to me. I was a little nervous because I had never gone to look for a car before but he was very helpful and made me feel like we had been friends for years. I would recommend Hemza as a salesman to anyone in need of a new car. :)

I went here to purchase a car yesterday. They are still working out the kinks. That being said, I had a great experience. I was greeted by Rayshawn Hayes and he helped me through the whole process. He went back and forth out in the lot getting me the vans that I was interested in. Doing this several times without looking or acting like he was sick of it. He had a super can-do attitude that you don t see very much anymore. He introduced me to Rowland. The only manager there at the time and he was doing his best to keep up with everyone. Making them happy, all while doing the paperwork and closing deals. He explained everything to me with great patience even as it was getting late and he had more customers waiting . It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely do it again. Thanks Rayshawn and Rowland, you made my car purchase the best!

Was able to upgrade from a Nissan Sentra to a Jeep Cherokee! Daniel M. and October were great help in assisting with this purchase, I love it! I was very straightforward in what I was looking for and how I wanted to conduct business, and they still were professional and informative the entire transaction. Although the process took a while I left satisfied with my new car!

I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this dealership was - Alberto was an amazing salesman who helped me buy my first car with no existing credit! CJ got me the best price to fit into my budget so I could drive off the lot that day. Jose explained all the paperwork so well. If you are looking for a car - GO HERE! They actually care about you and do their best to get keys in your hand.

Alberto and Manny were awesome. I was able to trade in my old car( for $200) less than I owed and they got me a great rate that was 10 percent lower than my old loan.They listened to what I wanted. I got the vehicle I wanted. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

Walked in on a Saturday morning knowing exactly what I wanted. Frank approached us and offered his assistance. No high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks, which was nice. Very kind, patient, and willing to work with us to get the car we wanted for the deal that we loved! Everyone else behind the scenes finalized everything very quickly and easily so, before we knew it, we were headed to dinner in our brand new Jeep! We loved the experience so much, we sent a close friend over to buy a Volvo two days later! Thank you, and we will be seeing you for our vehicle needs in the future!

We went to look at purchasing a truck for our daughter who will be driving here soon. We have purchased many vehicles over the years from here and have always had great service. We spoke with Paul and he was wonderful to speak to and deal with. Paul is truly amazing and they are lucky to have him at the dealership!

Terrible sales experience. I started talking with a salesperson and even a sales manager about purchasing a truck on a Tuesday. I live over an hour from the dealership and simply requested actual photos of the truck before making the drive. I told them both very specifically that I work Monday - Friday and wanted to come look at it that Saturday. They couldn't get me the photos until Saturday afternoon. I made plans to rush down after work Monday evening as they supposedly can't sell vehicles on Sunday. I then get an email Sunday from Car Gurus (where I found their listing) saying the truck had sold. No communication from the dealership or the salesperson. I tried contacting them Sunday and got nothing. Couldn't even leave a message as their "voice-mail is full". Finally get ahold of someone today (still no response from salesperson) and was informed it sold Saturday night at 8:15, 2 hours after their posted closing time. Sounds like I dodged a bullet; their level of professionalism in this experience says volumes about this dealership. Beware.

I never remember names but this place is amazing I got a 2016 Doge caravan with a lifetime warranty!!! And 0 down I didn't even have to pay for the plates then they detailed the van and put in extra gas because I live an hour away and the sales guys gave my granddaughter toy cars a basket ball and candy and a bottle of water she was in heaven then the sales guy took the car seat out of my old junk van and put it in my new van o yeah my credit score is only 530 and they still did all of that and my first payment isn't for 45 days and my first oil change is free this place is amazing I'll never go anywhere else these guys really saved me I'm in a wheelchair and my old junk van was on its last leg

I came into Kunes looking for a car and my sales associate Hemza was very helpful and friendly. He made me feel like I was his family member and the conversations were very natural. He helped me through every step of the process and was very honest. I recommend asking for Hemza when you come into Kunes.

Great service and support on intermittent issue on our RAM. Staff went over and above to make sure our truck was taken care of and fast. They had to order a part and they still had the work done in less than 24 hours. Tony and Cody did a great job in service.

Great experience, terrific customer service, extremely knowledgeable and personable. My family has been buying cars from Mike Stefanik for over 15 years. I have purchased both of my cars from him and can t say enough about the experience, even traveled over an hour to buy from him after he left my dealership. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Definitely go visit him at sycamore Chrysler dodge, if you are in the market for a car.

Now this is the second vehicle I purchased from Brian Bemis. This was an absolute UPGRADE and it s was great to do. I had Mike S. For a sales rep and he read my mind got me into a great new Jeep with all the bells and whistles! Couldn t be happier!!! I will say if you are looking for a great car without all the hassle check out Brian Bemis at any of their locations. Thanks guys

They had our van for 5 days, kept being offered a loaner but never received one. Called and asked for 1 two days in a row and was told they had none. When I was initially offered the day prior and agreed they had told me they had just unloaded 6 cars for loaners. Customer service was not good. Dealt with Jordan and no one else was able to answer any questions about my van because they said Jordan was dealing with it. Jordan was very nice but did not follow through with any of her promises of getting a loaner for me or having my warranty deductible waived. I was told my deductible was waived when I picked up my van. Then the next day was texted and told I needed to pay the deductible but then she said she would get it waived. Jordan texted back next day and she was not able to get it waived. Very disappointing

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a brand new dodge ram badlander a month ago and has been nothing but problems since I got it. Let s start within the first two weeks had an alignment issue where my steering wheel was sideways in order to go straight. I bring it there they claim they fixed it and when I pick it up steering wheel is now the opposite way. I had to bring it there again to get the alignment fixed. Then after that i seen my whole back end was rusted all they did was some what paint over it. Then I realize my front end was rusting. Also my service light came on for the start and stop option. Take it in and they replaced the hood latches and that didn t fix the problem. They have to order a brand new computer module for a brand new truck. Also have to order a brand new control arm for a brand new truck. Also when I hit 72-75mph the car shakes like crazy. Horrible dealership with horrible cars sold here. I am not the only one that went through these issue. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
