I would never come back here for anything. I wouldn't even drive past. I came here with an acquaintance (who took advantage of my good nature to obtain a mode of transportation for herself) in August of 2022. Ed, Joe and October are completely useless. All they wanted was a sale. I don't know how they felt a car payment of $564 was a good deal. And then when you try to follow up with them -- they magically disappear. Well the car has been returned via a tow truck. The acquaintance was so lazy that she did not make any effort to try to obtain the car in her own name - leaving me with a ruined credit report. I don't know how she was able to get another vehicle. Unless she gave a pity party and some other sucker showed up. I have also heard negative reviews about this dealership from other people. Shop somewhere else.

See Nick Trybulec if you are looking for a new Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM sales associate that will go the extra mile. The sales managers that worked on the deal were honest about their pricing and worked with me to get the trade value I was hoping for, and no one was pushy. Overall great experience. Will buy from Kunes of Sycamore again!

Jesse Flores set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience! From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Jesse was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. Armani welcomed us the second we walked in the door. His ability to naturally connect both personally and professionally is one of the reasons I was so comfortable signing the final paperwork the same day I walked in only to inquire about a new jeep wrangler.Not only showing me the new car I am walking away with he took the time to make sure I understood the other options. Walking me to the other wranglers on the lot to explain everything from engine type, roof style, wheel size, interior options and everything in between.Overall I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

I was happy with the work done on my vehicle, but the communication is subpar. I took my Jeep in as I had a tire puncture and my start/stop was not working. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and was not in a hurry. I told them they could look at it on Saturday. I was told they would call me first thing on Saturday morning. After not hearing from them, I called a little after noon on Saturday. I was told the individual responsible for my jeep was not in that day. The gentlemen I was talking with said he was going to call him and call me right back. After not hearing from them for over 2 hours I called back to check on the status. I was told the tire did have a puncture and they were tracing the start/stop problem. I was frustrated with the lack of communication so I told them please fix the tire as the vehicle could function just fine without the start/stop function. All I ask is for better communication. Please don't tell me one thing and then I have to continually call for updates. I will be taking my Jeep to Rochelle, St Charles or Aurora from now on. I have a Honda vehicle as well and the communication from Kunes Honda is wonderful. Honda department is always punctual in calling back and communicates at a high level.

Needed a new remote key fob programmed for my Grand Caravan. Dropped in the Friday before Christmas. They got me in right away and told me it would take about an hour. During that hour I remembered that I needed new windshield wipers as well. Found the person who took my info and asked if I could add the wipers. He said of course. Got my van back in less time than they quoted me. Great job. Very happy with the new wipers and a key fob that works.

I bought my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland new at this facility in 2011, and have consistently returned it for service as I have been very satisfied with the service. However, the recent 100,000 mile service took 7 hours when I was told it would take 3 hours. I requested a loaner car for the day a week in advance, but was told no loaner cars were available. Consequently I had to wait 7 hours while the car was serviced. Better customer service should be offered for a 12 year customer. The mechanical service provided was very good.

So this is really only a 5 star review because cody in service was able to get the situation resolved.1) the sales team- 2 stars. On dec 31st we went to buy a vehicle and the sales team sold us one they did their job well in that aspect however the sales manager promised things that were just not a reality. I called the sales person 3x a week and just hot brushed off for 3.5months. Then finally talked to the GM2)the general manager and sales manager. 5 star rating. I contacted the general manager on April 18 and he said first time hearing about this give him an hour and he will get back to me. 45mins later the general manager had the service manager cody contact me and we came to an agreement on the promised item and he had me scheduled and installed today 4/20. Tony was great at keeping me in the loop as they changed the oil and mounted the tires.3) the install person. 2 stars. The item was a set of tires and they are great however the balance job done on them are something of an untrained or non caring person. The amount of weights used and placement says i dont care i just have to get it done. No vibrations they are balanced however Truthfully will probably be going to another shop to have rebalanced. So in summary i gave a five start review because the general manager and service manager resolved an issue fast but the issue wouldn't have been there in the first place if the sales manager wouldn't have promised things he cannot provide but my better half loves her truck. While the truck has a warranty it will go back do to the actions of tony and cody

Absolutely the worst dealer to ever have service done by. I brought my jeep wrangler in there because jeep told me the warranty would cover my blind spot sensor. I waited for 4 days with no rental car for the sensor to be "replaced" paid the 100 dollar deductible. 2 minutes down the road the light came back on. I then took it to another dealership and they told me the sensor was never replaced that they basically rigged it back together which is clearly noticeable and the dealership says now the warranty will not cover it and it will cost me 2500 dollars to repair. I have tried contacting chrysler and there is no response to any of my cases.

I had my son's car repaired at this facility and they treated me with respect, were very fair on the price and completed my vehicle in a timely manner.I would highly recommend this service center and it staff.I give them 5 Stars

We came to Kunes in Sycamore because they had the vehicle we wanted, a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. We were immediately greeted by Alex Toleski, hands down the most helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. The entire staff was amazing! They all worked with us to get the payment we needed. Buying a car is always a long and involved process but Alex made us comfortable and a quite enjoyable experience. My original review seems to have been misplaced by Yelp and Google, but I saved it in case it disappeared. This happened soon after it switched from Bemis to Kunes.This place used to be Brian Bemis and those guys were awesome. I've been taking my truck there for years and they've always been fair and did good work. This last time I took my truck there I found out it was Kunes, none of the guys that worked there before, who knew me by name, knew my truck, worked there anymore. They also lost all my 5 years of history. I talked to Shane who said he would waive the diag fee since they lost all my history and had to recheck the truck. They called me and gave me absolutely ridiculous prices for the parts and repairs, twice what the previous quotes were. I told them to just give me the truck back, and since I wasn't available my wife went to pick it up. When she got home she told me they charged her $180 to get the truck back. I called back, talked to Shane, and he said he never told me he'd waive the diag. He also told me he had my history but didn't seem to know what work I had done when I asked him about it. I'm taking my truck, car, and my family's vehicles, elsewhere from now on, and I will tell everyone I know not to bring their vehicles to this place. I give them 6 months before they have no customers left.

As soon as we walked in the car dealership, we were greeted by an employee with a smile and their name. We asked many questions and they were all answered professionally. We were treated with the upmost respect. All the employees we dealt with were very knowledgeable on the vehicle we purchased. We are so pleased with our Chrysler Pacifica and the price we paid for it. We would recommend Kunes Chrysler Dealership if you re in need of a vehicle. Thank you to Dave, Mike, Travis and Jesse.

The guys in the service center have been amazing!!! They were so helpful and made sure I had a loaner. The service is impeccable!!! I appreciate them so much!If I could give 0 stars to sales I would. The sales is horrible. Rude pushy and secretive. I ve had my vehicle 9 months and already have had the transmission go out!!!

We had a fantastic experience at Kunes. We worked with Kate and she was amazing! She was so friendly, personable, and dedicated to finding a perfect car for us. We would absolutely work with Kate again and will be back whenever we need to look at another vehicle. The sales manager Alex was also great. He worked with us to find a price and deal that worked for us. Excellent experience overall. And we love our new Jeep Compass!

My appointment was originally set for this past Wednesday at 1pm with a totally different salesperson that was unavailable at the time I arrived. My salesperson ended up being PEYTON who I absolutely appreciate wholeheartedly. The process was a little lengthy and I did start to get a little doubtful that I would be able to actually leave with a vehicle. Regardless of my mood and how I was feeling PEYTON did everything he could possibly do to keep me in good spirits and his professionalism alone is unmatched from what I ve previously witnessed at other locations. Regardless of how many other customers entered that door my salesperson remained by my side from the beginning to the end. If you are considering this place for a vehicle please don t believe the negativity that some people may have said if I would ve listened to others I wouldn t have my black on black 2017 Ford Edge (that s fully covered by the way) stop by and see PEYTON today. I promise you won t regret it

After having a bad experience at the Kunes in Belividere we decided to come to the sycamore location and we are so glad we did! The minute we walked in the door we knew we made the right choice. We were greeted right away and Jessi worked with us most of the time. He was amazing from the very beginning to the end! After we decided to buy the Pacifica my husband dealt with a couple more people (Aaron,Matt) to finish the process and he had nothing but good things to say about all of them! They made the process so easy and worked well with us! We were feeling so discouraged until we came here. It really was a fun and enjoyable process! Thank you guys so much!

I have prepaid mopar oil changes for my ecodiesel and everytime this dealer complains they lose money on the deal. Well then take your name off the list of mopar approved dealers!I sent my wife in the last time and they tried to up sell her on tons of stuff. Idiots didnt know i have trained here well.They wanted $490 to change the fuel filter!! I changed it myself for $40. Dealers need to get a clue.

Tony is knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. He is by far, the best service manager that I have worked with. Whenever I have a vehicle in for service at Kunes Sycamore, he keeps me updated on the progress from start to finish. I have had terrible experiences from other dealerships in the area so I am grateful for Tony and the excellent service he provides.
