Stopped in to have my wiper fixed. I was in and out in 5 min. They were very nice and even let me now they had coffee and water if I wanted any.

Caesar and Adam are great. They've helped me and my gf maintain our cars for 5+ years now, and they refer us to affordable shops for the heavy work that we need done. Great experience every time

Service is always good here. I don t feel pressure to buy extras and they make sure you understand any issues. AND I get a coupon every now and then to use which I love. 5 stars

Sycamore Grease Monkey is the best!!! I've had my Nissan serviced there a few times, always respectful and kind staff! Today I stopped in for brakes and Transmission fluid change and again could not be happier!!!

Been coming here for a while now with my 2005 Chevy Impala. Not only are they quick with oil changes or mechanical fixes, but i haven t had a bad experience with the workers. Only 4 stars because I haven t been to other auto places in the Sycamore area.

Sycamore Grease monkey is fantastic!!! I needed an 1/2" impact wrench to loosen a nut on a part I had and I was three hours from home. Went to Grease monkey and they loosened it right up for me. They wouldn't take a penny for helping me out. These guys are fantastic....because of them I was able to get home that night. Kudos to Grease Monkey!!!

I want to say thank you to the owner and his team for saving my day. I had pulled out of McDonald's and my muffler came loose and I had to pull over. They pulled my truck in to the shop and got me back on the road. A huge thank you again!!!

I just like say the service at grease monkey in sycamore il . Is gotta be one of the best service I gotten for my vehicles .Employees there are great especially Adam Heff. Just wanna thank them all for great service.

I love this place!!! You guys have a super awesome crew!!! I came in with my girlfriend for an oil change and a fuel injector cleaning and Cesar was very friendly and helpful in every aspect. David and his staff are amazing. Any time I need help with my tires, coolant or a new oil change they ve been very quick and easy to work with. They even gave me a coolant refill at no charge once since I come to them with any issue with my car. The diagnostic process they make super easy and they have me in and out and I ve noticed a huge, positive change with the performance of my car. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. They re one of the very few places I trust in dekalb to have work done on my car.Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

Went for an oil change today and was laughed at the whole time by the crew changing my oil because of engine sludge. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a place of business before in my life. Horrible service, rude staff. These guys were absolutely amazing. I came in on a Sunday at about 3:30 p.m. and mind you there's almost nothing else open at this time. They close at 4:00 but they took me in anyway because I broke my serpentine belt and my battery was not charging. Because these guys were dedicated to getting me home because I live in Chicago I was able to get there. They are not expensive at all and the service is amazing.

Over the years this place has only been as good as their manager. They have an excellent manager now (10/14/22), and he has been there awhile. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, and able to explain problems, systems, solutions in easy to understand terms. They are always fast and dependable. I've been taking my vehicle there since the business opened. I recommend them.Service: Oil change

The associate quoted me a price for 79.99 for a fuel injector cleaning and showed me this was the next maintenance item required for my vehicle, so I said okay. I noticed the charge on the paper was for 99.99 instead of the original quote and what was on the paper he showed me. I questioned the price difference and the associate check the system and saw 2 different prices in the system one for 69.99 and one for 99.99 so he asked his manager and the manager said the owner changed the price weeks ago and there was nothing they could do.Services: Tires, Oil change
