A good, trustworthy mechanic shop is worth their weight in gold. I've been bringing multiple vehicles to Bockman's for years and have always been impressed by their customer service, professionalism, and friendliness. Love that they operate a shuttle service too.

I must say I m pretty satisfied I had quite a bit of work done to my car .I was able to get a loaner car through them, which was great. The prices were fair in my opinion . The customer service was excellent I will be returning thanks guys

I recently had my vehicle inspected for possible safety issues. I was very pleased with the smooth transition from booking an appt. to getting shuttled to and fro. Everyone seems to work as a team at Bockman s and I felt welcomed. Questions I had were answered and I appreciated the prompt response that I received in person as well as via texts. I will be returning for future repairs!

I can t thank this shop more than enough for their friendly staff and honest thoughts. I went in there with a screw in my tire, it wasn t repairable by a fill and had to get a new tire, Jordan I believe is her name (front desk) was unbelievably friendly and was able to order my tire for next day delivery, also she gave me a call in the morning to let me know the tire had arrived. Along with the complete breakdown of exactly what they charge, so no surprises which is extremely nice as I ve had previous issues with other shops in past years. I highly recommend Bockman s auto care for any car needs you may have!

Excellent staff and excellent service! Very friendly and professional environment with knowledgeable people. Honest and upfront with services needed. If they feel they can't service your car properly, they will recommend where to go. I will continue to bring my car here for service!

Bockman s saved my Thanksgiving eve. Travelled from Chicago to pick up my daughter at her roommates house in sycamore for break. Picked up nail in the Peace road construction zoneHer roommate quickly recommended Bockman s and they were absolutely correct. Got me in quicklyTire was not fixable but they put on spare no charge and we made it home safely. Thanks so much!if I lived closer this would be my go to shopGreat work

I normally do my own work and was having some trouble diagnosing an electrical issue in my Buick. They quickly found the cause and let me know what needed to be done. I offered to pay them for their time and they refused since it was an easy diagnosis. I will definitely be back for alignments and other jobs I am unable to do myself.

There is not one complaint about Bochman's Auto Care in the many years I have used the company as needed. The services are professional; I have not been overcharged. Not had to return because the service was incomplete. Bought my last set of tires from them, prices competitive. Highly satisfied customer.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I brought my car in once before to have a flat fixed and they fixed it at a reasonable price, but tried to also get me to have thousands of dollars worth of work in addition to just the flat. I got a flat again two nights ago and had roadside tow it to this place as I was hoping to having them work on my vehicle again. However, this time around my experience was anything but good. It was dropped off two nights ago, but yesterday when they began working on it they said my battery needed to be replaced. Mind you, I only brought it for a flat and the battery was working just fine when I last saw my car.They also said the tire was beyond repair and I would need two new tires, not just the one. My husband brought a spare from storage yesterday and they said they would have the car fixed by today (next day) in the morning.I called multiple times today as they hadn t called with an update on my vehicle and it was already well past 2pm, and they finally told me they would not be putting the spare tire in my car. They tried to force me to buy a new tire for $272, and said they wouldn t be releasing my car with the spare because according to them the spare was unsafe. I said I d have to talk it over with my husband as the total bill would now be around $650. I called back asking to just fix the tire and we would get the battery replaced at another time and Jordyn said they would need to order the tire and my car wouldn t be ready until tomorrow. I told her they had told me it would be ready today and she mockingly and with a very condescending tone told me it was our fault the tire wasn t ordered because they called us yesterday and we didn t answer. That s untrue; I have no missed calls, and they communicated with my husband yesterday and not once did they mention that they wouldn t be putting the spare until today. We also called multiple times today and they decided to tell us this just now. I told her I d be leaving a Google review and she then transferred me to Sam who was even more rude. He said he didn t need to talk to us since we d be leaving a negative Google review, he hung up, and left our car on the flat tireUPDATE: I picked up my car yesterday and the battery was working just fine! I guess they just wanted to sell me something I didn t need. Makes me wonder how many people they get like this.

They are very truthful! I went to a dealership ( Jeep -St Charles) to get a oil change (they were across the street from my work) and they said I needed brakes. I had only had my car 4 months and there was no way!! I made a appointment with Bockman s and told that they had no clue why they would have told me that when I have a ton of pads left.Safe to say I won t be returning to Jeep even for a quick oil change!! Thanks for being honest, you have always done amazing work on our cars and at a fair price!!

Update: After seeing Bockman s response to my review, I called the number that was provided three times over the course of two weeks. I never received a call back. I stand by my original review. I highly encourage all individuals to stay away from Bockman s, unless you want to pay astronomical prices.DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A FAIR PRICE!Story: On Thursday (10/28) I took my wife s vehicle in because the check engine light was on and it was misfiring. About three hours later they called and gave me the estimate to replace my six spark plugs and 6 coils:6 Coils - 227.89 x 6 = $1,367.346 Spark Plugs - 42.35 x 6 = $254.10Labor = $537.64Supply Charges = $43.17Hazardous Material Charge = $13.37Sales Tax = $134.24TOTAL = $ 2,349.86I have no qualms with the labor rate (slightly high, but fair for good quality work). My issues are with the cost of the spark plugs and coils. As soon as I saw the estimate, I couldn t run away fast enough because of how outrageous that quote is. I ended up buying 6 spark plugs from Auto-zone for a total of $55.35, bought a coil pack for $157.89, and doing it myself.This place takes advantage of individuals that they believe, don t know the first thing about cars. It s really upsetting because I have a jeep that needs a lot of engine work done, and if they gave me a fair price on my wife's car, I was going to take my car into them as well. I will stay as far away from this establishment as possible and highly recommend everyone else to do the same.

Bockman s took such good care of my Jetta. I called multiple times and they were so kind with me reassuring everything will be okay. They truly are doing gods work. They found the problem and gave it back in one day. Highly recommend!!

I was very pleased with the service I received today. They were able to get me in quickly, and they fixed my car as soon as I dropped it off. While waiting to have it fixed, I listened to the way they communicated with other customers, and I was so impressed by their cordial communication. I ll definitely be back.

Luke provided excellent attention to my concerns regarding my tire issues. They went above and beyond to help me. It needs to be said anytime a service is provided in such a professional manner. My young adult daughter went to this shop because the AC wasn't working on our 2018 Ford Ecosport with only 64,000 miles on it. They quoted her $2,000 to replace the compressor. I called my local trusted shop and it is a $1050.00 repair with labor and a new Ford OEM compressor.... if it was required at all. The final bill was $1581.25, which was better than the quote but still $500 more than it needed to be...even with the belt replacement. It is a shame that there are businesses like Bockman's Auto Care that take advantage of people.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Bockman s has always been more than reliable in fixing any car problems in a short period of time. They will not tell you something has to be replaced when it does not. They keep you posted as to problems as they check your car. You know what has to be repaired and the estimated cost to repair it. Bockman s has a very customer service oriented staff who are friendly and helpful. All your questions are answered and you feel like they care. You also get a credit each time they work on your car which can add up and help with future repairs. I just had a $56.00 credit I used on my last visit. I would not take my car anywhere else for maintenance.Services: Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance
