I needed a bulb replaced on my truck. Called and got an appointment the next day and had repair done in less than 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable. The atmosphere is professional but friendly. I will definitely be a return customer.

We were passing through town on the way to the lake when I discovered a screw in one of my tires. Sullivan Service Center got it fixed within about 20 minutes, & we were back on our way to go boating! Changing my review. I have been taking my Altima here for a lil' while now. I wish I had paid attention to the critical reviews on here beforehand. I am a single parent with no family to speak of who absolutely needs a vehicle and cannot be transported back and forth when it comes to the picking up of my vehicle so I am bound to having to get it fixed somewhere here in town. I have told them I have some sort of an oil leak that is affecting my coils and now have to have a coil replaced again I'm sure because according to them there is no leak. I can smell it. Taking it back in tomorrow morning. It costs 400 dollars each time to replace a coil. If they do not fix this mistake for free, there will be a major issue. Will update after.

I'm starting to notice a pattern here. Yes- they have top notch service as far as oil changes and tire needs and over all customer service. However, when it comes to repairing anything besides that- I recommend taking your vehicle else where. In the past I took me truck here- spent over $2000 with 3 separate trips to fix my brakes all while being assured I would never have another problem. None of the repairs they made fixed the problem- turns out it was the brake fluid tank which would be an additional $400. We havent gone back and I've warned everyone of our experience. I'm hearing from more and more of my friends having the same experience. You always hope it wont be you. They always assure that's the problem and then after you invest and it's still not right, there's nothing they can do because this is something different- new pieces, more labor, more money

I love the owners, they are always willing to help you and they try to get you the absolute best prices they can. I won't take any of my cars to any other shop now.

This is a well operated mechanical shop that does very good work. They are very good at not causing more expensive repairs than necessary. I like them a lot.
