Our son came home on leave for Christmas. He was need of a newer vehicle than what he had to go back to base. We spent the majority of our day looking at a vehicle at another dealership that did not want to deal. We went down the street to SAC and met with Cullen. Looked at a jeep, test drove it, found only a radio issue that Cullen got fixed for us. Very easy to deal with, fair, and knowledgeable about Navy Fed loans for our son. Thank you very much for making our son's first car purchase pleasant, upfront, and easy without the stupid games at other dealerships. Should my wife and I be looking in the future, we will certainly look here. We appreciate your time, help, and fairness.

BEST used car lot EVER!!! He always works with me so I can have what ever car I pick, he just helped get me and my daughter into 2 beautiful vehicles at really great prices! I will never buy another car anywhere else..HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Doug is amazing to work with! If you re looking for a reliable vehicle he is the man to see. We just bought our 5th vehicle today from Doug. He has always been very honest and fair. This is the 3rd time in a row I have purchased/traded-in vehicles with Sullivan Auto Center. My experience every time has been amazing. Doug is fair, professional, and goes above and beyond. This is an amazing family business!! Even sends me periodic messages to make sure I am still happy and if I need anything. I will not buy my vehicles anywhere else as long as Doug there!!!Susan McCoy

I just had my first experience with Doug and Cullin Dyer and they have treated me like family. They were honest and up front about the vehicle I was purchasing. I test drove the vehicle and did not find anything wrong but when almost home 20 miles away I discovered a problem. I called an talked to Doug explained the problem and he said it would be taken care of 100% and it was and now I have a great truck to pull our rv with. I would recommend them for any purchases that you may need of a truck or car.Thank you Doug and Cullin.

I attempted to purchase a boat through this dealership. The owner Doug was selling his personal boat through his business and claimed to have a pristine boat in perfect condition. A deposit was sent for the boat and I intended to purchase this boat that was in good working condition per the owner. Upon arrival after driving five hours to see the boat and conduct a water test, it was discovered that one of the boat engines would not run above 3,500 RPM and the other engine had the serpentine belt fly off while driving it. Boat motors should easily run at 5,000 RPM without an issue. When the water test was finished and I informed Doug of the issues that he clearly had knowledge of prior to the attempted sale, he brushed it off as a non-issue and became quite confrontational and defensive. I kindly asked that I would like my deposit back, as the boat was not in good working condition as advertised. Doug then threatened to keep the deposit for wasting HIS time. I have yet to receive the deposit back from this man who has little integrity and becomes hostile once you expose any issue that he feels should be a non-issue. I have attached photos of the conversation. Make up your mind yourself if you want to roll the dice and make a major purchase from someone who behaves like this. If I could give this ZERO stars I would have. Buyer beware!

This place is trash. Tried selling us a broken truck then wanted us to get a credit app before anything was fixed. Very unproffesional to was rude to us both and called me stupid have the text to prove it and this was the guy that owns the place Doug. Nothing but a fraud.

Absolutely the most honest to deal with! Not only with trading/purchasing....the detailing they did on 2 vehicles we brought im to then was above and beyond what we expected!! Thank you Sullivan Auto Center!!
