Sullivan Illinois amazing tire business & so much more. Oil change I can go on & on they treated us well. New tires for the winter and it was amazing deal thanks guys we appreciate it. Happy new year bye bye 2022.

Very accommodating to my schedule and needs. Everything was done well, and ahead of the promised timeframe. The employees were very knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, clean, and more comfortable with more to do while you wait than just about every place I have gone to before. I highly recommend going to this place for all your future tire needs. I know I will.

Neal tire is quick and knowledgeable, oil change in & out. Ask for josh he is quick and full of information. Awesome guy's. Don't go to car-x they suck. Neal's in Sullivan is the place to go.

We were on our way out for vacation when we blew a tire. I called and spoke to Rick, who was phenomenal, and he told me to bring it in and he would take a look at it. It was determined that we needed new tires and within 30 minutes we were on our way again. They were super professional and helpful.Service: TiresService: Tires

My son was in a fairly bad accident outside of Sullivan. After being towed to Neal, we were so pleased with kindness shown to us. We were grateful to be in the company of such good guys in such a bad time. Thank you.

Our church van had some issues when 17 senior ladies from our church visited Sullivan to see BASEMENT CHURCH LADIES at the Sullivan Little Theater. The Neal Tire and Auto Service gentlemen were WONDERFUL and took care of our issues. We safely returned to Catlin, Illinois thanks to the wonderful service we received at their business.

Alignment machine was down but answered phone right away and didn't put me on hold for 15 min like Mt. Zion John always does. Friendly and very apologetic.

We we re heading to lake Shelbyville when our trailer tire blew out. We called Neal tire which was about to close at noon on a Saturday. The man we spoke to stayed open an extra half an hour or more just to replace our tire. I wish I had gotten his name but he was certainly put in our path by God and I pray blessings over this business!Service: Auto tire replacement

Quick Tire replacement and they even shuttled me to subway while my tires were getting replaced,. The tires they replaced were semi van tires. Did excellent job,
