Jalon was super helpful with putting me in a truck. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Always there to answer questions and help with anything I needed. I recommend Jalon and the whole team at Jackson.

This is the second car I ve bought from Jackson s and they have been nothing but helpful. Jalon has been great to work with, and their service department went out of their way to make sure I had no inconveniences when my vehicle needed serviced. Can t recommend enough!!

****Update*** I spoke to leadership and they took extra efforts to fix the issue and apologized profusely for the experience. I will certainly give them another chance. Mistakes happen, but to see a company step up after the mistake is what makes them successful. Great job guys.Had an oil change yesterday because I had an 11 hour drive today, only to find that last night that oil was all over the back of the vehicle. I look down and oil is everywhere. The service center was closed so I left a message, but understandably they didn t call. I had to buy my own oil to put in the next morning at a cost of $30 just to drive it to the shop first thing in the morning. Two hours later they had it fixed but I wasted a lot of time waiting. What do they do to apologize for the mistake? Offer a free oil change. Didn t offer to clean up the oil at my house or reimburse me for the oil that I paid for. I bought our vehicle from there, but I m concerned about buying another one from there with the way this was handled. I will say they were pleasant but there was really no apology or strong effort to make it right.

Worst place to buy a car they scam and they will lie they will do anything to get you to sign that line but if you have a issue boy is it hard to get a hold of them DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM

This dealership is hands down a great one! Small Town Pride and Great Service!! Doug McFarland was my salesman and he went above and beyond with my purchase. He was super understanding, listened to my needs, AND did not try to oversell me.

This dealership is absolutely amazing! Sam in sales took care of all my needs. Despite being 3 hours away from the dealership, we were able to come to an agreement on price and they even delivered the car to my location. I highly recommend using Jackson family for all your car needs!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Purchased a 2011 GMC TERRAIN in Aug of 2021 in Decatur had issue from 2 days of having it. Made 8 to 10 trips to get it resolved. I was then sent to their Sullivan location for service. They kept it 5 months! While still making payments mind you, they wanted to "swap" me vehicles meaning starting a new loan for another 48 months losing my 2000 down payment and my 1800 in payments I had already invested. Said a 2012 JEEP COMPASS was the only other option. Having it less than a week had issues as well had to make another trip there upon leaving was told parts needed to be ordered. A week later the service manager Charlie told me they couldn't and wouldn't do ANYTHING else for me as they put 2 transmissions in it before I ever got it purchased. Definitely NOT the fauly of the customer. The sales manager Tate rude as ever agreed that its ok for me to be out if 4000 and it was none of my business if he would accept that type of treatment from a dealership. His boss Taylor did nothing but pass the buck to Linda who had no clue what was going on. Needlesstosay this family dealership sells high proced trash vehicles that comes from auctions as i was told that from the guy who delivered it to me because I live 2 hours away. He gets lots of vehicles from auctions for them. I hate I ever dealt with them. They made this tge worst experience ever!

Joel Goodrich will go above and beyond to suit your needs. I have never met a car salesman like Joel. He listened to what it was I was searching for and was willing to go the extra mile and do the extra work to do what it was I was wanting. Unheard of! A car salesman that was more interested in pleasing a customer than worrying about how much his share of the sale was. I am convinced that he was losing money on the arrangement, but he was insistent on earning my business by doing whatever it takes. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle, this is the man to call. Don't worry about what they have on the lot. Tell Joel what it is you are searching for. When he's done working is magic, you will be completely amazed at what this polite, non pushy salesman can do!CALL AND ASK FOR JOEL GOODRICH!!! Jackson is lucky to have a reputation building giant like him on the team!

It took me 3 weeks to get my car in here for a recall part that could potentially cause my car to spontaneously combust to first be told "they need to order the part" then to " we keep those on hand let me call you back" (with never getting a call back) then to " the part's been here for a week" and I just never got a call (they say they did but I can guarantee this was a lie). Also pretty sure they didn't even clean up the oil because it's been over a month and I can still smell it. Never going to this dealer again.

I bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Salesman Doug Mc. was a pleasure to work with. Got me what I wanted in a day. A couple hours of paperwork and we were done, out the door.

Had an appointment to test drive trucks got there and they didn't have the trucks that I confirmed was there before I left the house They did bring a truck to me to test Drive but after that they quit communication and didn't suggest any more vehicles I ended up going to ken diepholz in charleston. Jackson is a joke!
