First time here for wheel alignment for a Ford Escape awd. Put 4 new tires on recently. Recommend to me by our local Firestone tire man. They have a new accurate alignment machine needed for and cars. Alignment done ok with report given of all measurements and explained by serviceman. Scheduled at 8am on a Wednesday, left at 10am. On the phone he estimated an hour. Waiting area had coffee available with TV to watch. All employees were friendly. Only drawback was a half hour drive from our home town. Recommend this dealership based on this experience. Also, Sublet is a very small town, not much to do during the wait.

Wonderful to deal with! Explained everything in great detail every step of the process. I ordered this car and they explained how long it would take and updated me quite often on the whole process. I am extremely happy with this purchase and how Vaessen's dealership team handled this whole transaction.

Service is the absolute best. There is a dealer right here in town but I choose to drive to Vaessen Brothers because of the high quality service. I trust this dealer.

Vaessen Chev. has always been my dealership of choice for both sales and service. Having moved out of state a few years ago, I sadly find no comparison to their customer service. Our AC went out during a recent trip back to IL. Not a good thing in +90� heat. Greg was able to work us in to the schedule the following afternoon. Not only did they have the necessary part, but had us on the road in a couple of hours. I left driving away shaking my head and saying "Wow, I sure miss that type of care!" Thanks to all.

We ordered a Silverado High Country Duramax and Gary kept us informed each step of the way from time of order to delivery of my truck. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs and our 'add-ons' to the truck. He also spent the time to go all of the features and made sure we understood how everything worked before we left (and there were a lot of new features to go over).Many dealerships these days just care about the sale - Vaessen Brothers Chevrolet cares about the customer, and that is why we do business with them.Vaessen Brothers is our go-to dealer for all our vehicle needs because they ALWAYS provide the best service and are always very friendly. I think they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase (and service) before you leave. We appreciate everyone at Vaessen Brothers!!

Extremely professional and polite. It is a relaxing family atmosphere; my wife and I felt comfortable bring or child with. Gary did a wonderful job responding back to me and had all the paperwork and the truck ready for when we got there. He took his time to go over the truck with my wife and I. I have bought vehicles from them before and will continue to in the future.

This was the best experience we have ever had leasing a truck/car and we have been buying vehicles for over 35 years. It was so relaxed and everything was upfront and explained. Usually you walk out of a dealership feeling like you were baited and switched, NOT at this dealership. We actually felt like we got way more then we ever thought we could afford. Nick was amazing and explained the truck, the lease and followed up even before the purchase. We were out at Woodhaven and needed an oil change and Instead leased a new Truck lol I will for sure lease from Nick again, plus how great to support a local family business.

Picked up a vibration in my Suburban on my way to the area to visit my in-laws. They provided me with a loaner while they diagnosed the problem. They repaired the issue and had me ready to head back to Kansas in minimal time. Outstanding service from Dan and Jeff. Thank you to EVERYONE there... I GREATLY appreciate it...

I didn't know that buying a vehicle could be so easy and stress free! The staff is very friendly. Gary was fantastic to deal with and the transaction was amazingly quick. I had asked for a tire quote and Vaessen Bros. provided several options and was able to obtain an excellent price on a quality tire. They even worked with their available stock to allow installation the same day as my oil change. They always go out of their way to make things work for the customer.

I live approximately two hours away in the city of Chicago. I know with the hustle and bustle some dealerships forget the importance of customer service. I make it a point to stop in at this location while visiting my campgrounds. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly both at the front office and service departments. Scheduled getting LineX bed liner and asked for an oil change/tire rotation last minute. They were able to get it taken care of same day. Great service
