Came here on 06/02/2023 for a few fresh produce items. The shelves were literally empty. I've never seen anything like this before.

Much better inventory and selection than the Pontiac store especially for pet supplies. I've never had a problem with any of their staff they all seem very nice.

Management is highly untrained, ignorant, completely unqualified unprofessional youths in desperate need of being retrained and readjusted on how to interact with customers. I've heard the CUSTOMER is always right but the staff here thinks that they are constantly right no matter just how wrong they are. It was a very inconvenient experience and managers this morning HIGHLY need retrained on values, and how to conduct themselves as even their decency as human beings have been bred into them wrong. For shame on the parents of these indecent excuses for people

Always racially profiling here. Cashiers,self checkout associates and managers. Even if u deliver spark for them. Even if the app says ur ok to go. If ur white here, u get the green Light to go. If you're not, ur guilty on Sight. Thought it was innocent till proven guilty..guess only in court.and not in walmart.

I shopped in the electronics department & was helped by a pleasant employee finding what I needed. The cost was a lot for ink cartridges, almost $30.00 each! But overall store experience was decent.

Nice place. Stopped here for OJ while in town for Doc appmnt. Our Kewanee, IL walmart never orders enough or extra so they are always out and the shelf is empty. I go to other walmarts when I can. Very clean store and more options also.

I m from Pontiac,Illinois.This Walmart has some that Pontiac Walmart does not have. We were able to find Hershey s Chocolate pot and many other options with chocolates that Pontiac Walmart don t have.However Pontiac Walmart has more stuff in total than Streator Walmart. I believe if you have to choose between the top to go if they both are at similar distance to you, I would suggest to choose Pontiac Walmart over Streator Walmart. Pontiac Walmart also has huge parking space compared to Streator Walmart. Also Pontiac Walmart has the auto care tire center.

Employees are lazy and eye roll you when you ask for help and the management are liars and just don't want to do anything especially their job. This walmart is the worst

I drove 45 minutes to pick up an online order because they were the only ones who had them in stock. When they have something available online, then they should honor it. Well, they were not having it! So, I asked for the manager, and a supervisor came out and she was totally rude so I asked for her manager and she told me he wasn't coming out. Well luckily I went in because he was very helpful and his name was AJ. He was very helpful and polite.

Dear Streator Walmart. You have way to many Pick up signs for this town. Lots of elderly shop here and they have to walk to far because because of these signs. They need to be moved to a different location. I never see anyone picking up items. Please downsize on those signs or like I said move them to a different location . Lasalle has them on the side of building.Thank You.

This is the cleanest and friendliest Walmart I have ever been too. It is about 10 to 15 miles farther to goto than 4 other Walmarts but well worth the drive.

I am handicapped do to leg amputation and they have plenty of handicap parking. They also have plenty of motorized carts that are always fully charged and ready to go. The store is very clean and organized. And it's never crowded like most Walmarts. You know, people standing in isle's chatting blocking the way,or inventory clogging up the isle. They are friendly and actually help you. I was very impressed as I HATE shopping at Walmart this one was GREAT

Always an older lady with short hair in customer service with no desire to help the customers, called over the phone and asked for a refund on a service and they said it s possible and told me to come into the store, I came into the store for the refund and the lady is leaning against the end of the counter and sitting on her phone, this was at about 7:35 pm and the lady said that it s closed and that the manager pulled all of the money from the counters, I told her I don t need any cash i m dealing with my card. Always having problems with the lady not wanting to provide service, i m a frequent customer here and have had to deal with her on multiple occasions. Sitting in a line of people while she jokes with one of her friends about how she gets paid by the hour and she likes to take her time, 0 respect for peoples time.

I went to cash my checks however they didn't tell me that I could only cash 2 a day, and I showed them that I had 5. So I signed all 5 right there in front of the customer service worker and she said nothing. Another worker came and told me about only being able to cash 2. So I said ok, I'll be back since I signed the others already. When I came back they could only cash 1. Now I gotta figure out how I'm gonna get my checks cashed because no one else will cash them because I've already endorsed them. And my checks are very legit. I don't get it why they didn't say something as soon as I showed them how many I had! What a headache!

Limited selection. Okay prices. Prefer Aldi or kroger.. but go here for some other items. Customer service could use work. Ecspecially in self checkout.. workers always seem to be busy texting and talking.. when you try and get their attention they act irritated because you, the customer needs assistance.. makes hitting the help button useless if nobody notices or they dont have the right attitude.. a lot of improvements could be made.

Went in to exchange a gift. With the original receipt it was the wrong size , was told they do not exchange clothes but could refund it and I could go get the size I need. I was handed a receipt and when asked how do I get my item in my size was told I would have to contact the person who bought me the gift. I was so confused. So I asked for a manager. Manager said they dont refund or exchange and merchandise only credit the card it was bought on. Made no sense . corporate agreed this was not the case. Be care at this Walmart a lot of shady clich� stuff going on . the elder lady at customer service with the short hair should be fired for what she did. Not My first issue with her .

The worse and last time, l will shop inside the streator walmart. I'm a single mother shopping for Santa gifts for my 6-year-old who was with me tonight. My order slot online got screwed up, so I couldn't get it till Monday. So, l had no choice but to go out in the brutal cold and buy her Christmas gifts. The self checkout lady should be fired . I was struggling ringing up gifts and bagging them, trying to hide them from my daughter. .l missed a pair of slippers that l must have bagged and didn't ring up. She came over, and we rang them up. l continued to bag the gifts on the floor while she watched me.The whole time instead of helping me.l have never stolen anything in my life! All of this could of been avoided if there was a checkout open!

Clearly was renovated not long ago, looks more modern than most Walmarts. Coolers were broken when we were there so barely anything in the grocery area

Cashier was nice but could not sell beer, asked a passing by manager they said they would be back in a minute, went to a different register and bought just the beer, had another young cashier try to tell me the process which was completely un needed. When we walked by the lady who should have co e to help we let her know we did it ourselves since she was more worried about the other employees and talking. I get the same service every time at a Walmart, managers don't give a dam about you and get paid to walk around and act important. At any real business they would be reprimanded for not taking care of simple things for customers. Your prices are almost the same as other businesses and you will continue to lose what you have with employees who do not take care of your business

The store complete mess , I'm handicapped but use dual arm canes and leg brace to get around. Ailes are so blocked and small you can not get through safely. No one in the store knows where to find anything. Why have self check out if you have to wait for some one to help when they do not work???? Register does not read label or the incorrect price pops up terrible just terrible. Then you get stopped and checked again when you leave. Ridiculous.

Can't stock their shelves properly, even though that's all they seem to be doing, since they've only ever got like 3-4 outta 12 registers open. If I could give negative stars, it'd be -3 outta 5.

I have that your business is now having so many self check out lanes. If you expect this then lower your prices and stop thinking that people are stealing because they go through self check out.

Not big enough. Can't find what you need. Some of the workers are rude.2022 Absolutely hate this walmart and most of the people that work there. They cant answer your questions, they visibly show irritation when you try and get help. Some employees will straight refuse to help you because its not their department. Had an old lady with blond hair grab my cart with my young child in it and demand to see my self check screen because she thought i wasnt scanning everything. Who does that? shes also accused my older kids of stealing. I dont like the way the self check out people stare you down like you are a common criminal. The lack of stock in products we purchase often has been a big irritant lately.
