Had a tire pressure monitor light come on my luxury foreign car. Most local shops didn t want to touch it and one tried unsuccessfully. Thought I would give these folks a try before I trekked up to the suburban dealer.A long shot but the right choice. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part delivered and I was out there 30 minutes sooner than they promised and under their estimated cost!!! Who does that?Friendly receptionist, excellent care, and clean waiting area.

Excellent Customer Service from Terry. I definitely would recommend Tire Tracks to anyone! Overall I am happy with the whole service I received. So if you're looking for someone that will give you great prices on tires and great customer service. Terry is the guy. I had a low tire sensor indicating a low tire on my 2007 Cadillac a year ago and we decided to take all 4 tires off rims to clean and reseal them as aluminum rims showed corrosion.I don't drive far and a few months ago a sensor showed low tire, they promptly fixed issue and no charge as they back their work.Today I returned with low tire again, they found two valve stem leaks, fixed again without a charge as only 1000 miles from original work.Very professional service and appreciation for their customers. Highly recommend them as they indeed back their work, not just fake warranty like other shops do.

Had an11:00a.m. Appointment. We dropped vehicle off at 10:55. Women said it would be 2 hours. Arrived back at store at 1:00p.m. My vehicle had not even been taken in. Woman said, I thought you were leaving your vehicle. told her we did leave the van the two hours you said it would take. ended up having to drive all the way home to Marseilles from Streator and wait for them to call us. It took them until 4 PM to put four new tires on my vehicle and do an alignment when we had an 11 o'clock appointment and we're told it would take two hours. It took them five hours. Terrible service. Don't recommend unless you want to waste an entire day.

Needed a patch on my tire and they were able to get me in quickly. Only took about 30 minutes for them to complete the job and they even aired up all of my tires! Price was reasonable, staff was friendly. Would definitely do business there again. Thanks so muchService: TiresService: Tires

Truly was blessed and saved by tire tracks I m so grateful for them working on my vehicle I m a delivery driver and they were able to get my whole suspension on the front of my vehicle done in two days so can get back to work !!! and the receptionist were sooo sweet and amazing to speak with !!! Liana IS SOO AWESOME WITH KEEPING ME UPDATED AND ON TIME WITH MY VEHICLE THANK YOU AGAIN LIANA!!! And the whole team at tire tracks !

Don t like the fact you have to schedule an oil change, but I understand with staffing issues , it s necessary. I just prefer to get my oil changed when it s convenient for me.

The tech was so helpful in helping me choose the tight tires for my Tahoe. She really knows what she is doing. Very impressed. And I just recently went to have those tires rotated and again, everyone was so helpful.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Apparently paying for a 10 ply tire & getting a 4 ply is okay! Blowing out your tire on the side of the road while traveling out of state. Calling & this place noticing what their worker did too keep the money & then says there is nothing they can do is okay. I do not recommend doing business here. Get your tires elsewhere!!!!! They are a rip off!

Visited a couple weeks ago to get new front tires. Not the first time buying from here. The customer service was excellent. Very welcoming. The service was done within 24 hours, as he had to order the tires. Definitely will be going back for the back tires and other services that I didn't know they offered. Charged 100$ for a front brake inspection. Week later breaks are grinding in the front. Only issue I had with them but enough to not go back.

Just had some major work done on my SUV. It should last another 10 years!!!! So grateful to have Tire Tracks in Streator! I m confident driving anywhere now. I was able to get taken in quickly. The sales reps were wonderful friendly conscientious and effective. They were able to analyze and get me in and out with no problems whatsoever. The tech explained what he did why he did it and the issue was resolved fully to my satisfaction with no shortcuts taken. I would heartily recommend this service to anyone who may have a thorn in their tread or need new shoes on their family or work car. These guys will get it done reasonably.JS RobertsonGary IN

After a great experience last week, I returned this week for additional services and could not have asked for a better encounter! Terry, the service manager, is very personable, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Additionally, his team of service techs is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as well! Throughout my entire encounter, I did not feel pressured into additional services, but instead was met with answers to my questions and a sense of understanding.One other great benefit of Tire Tracks- Streator is the addition of a digitalized report of my vehicle that was sent to my phone. Through this, I was able to see what areas of my vehicle were good, what areas were going to need serviced soon, and the areas that need serviced as soon as possible. Not only are there drop down categories showing this, but the addition of photos really puts it into perspective and helped me to understand what services are needed and the timeline of when they should be done.I simply cannot give this place a big enough recommendation. If you are on the fence, definitely choose Tire Tracks!
