I ve had nothing but top notch service. if a service is going to take a long time they will drop you at home and pick you back up when it s complete. Ive found them to be the most honest of any mechanics in the area I ve been to & have been back many times. Thanks to Jay, Diane, & the mechanics.

I checked before hand how long a tire repair would take because I d prefer to drop it off if it s going to take too long; it ll be 30 min they said. They ended up fixing an additional tire so I ll add some time on for sure but nearly 2hrs. That s too long. As far as I can tell, the mechanic was just taking his sweet time; I ve fixed my own tires before n there s no way it should ve taken that long. Would not recommend unless you enjoy wasting an afternoon. Customer service was friendly but unfortunately they won t give me my time back.

Great experience! Great staff! These guys happily squeezed me in last minute, took care of the issue with my car & went a couple extra miles! I m so thankful my gut told me to go to this family owed & ran business, very affordably priced services. I will go to them for any car troubled from now on!

Just did my ball joints two months ago with a friend. Js had it on the lift saying it needed 1,200$ upper lower and for them to do it what a joke told them I did just do them myself actually started a whole argument just needed it aligned, paid the 25$ to get the **** out of there

Completed work on my tires quickly. They repaired my tires as I requested work to be done. Very reasonable prices

Do not trust them with your car. It cost me $400 and 5 days with out our car for a simpIe trans flush due to negligence. took my daughters car in for regular maintenance transmission flush and they did $260 of damage to her radiator that could not be fixed until the following day. No loaner car, no rental leaving us stranded, my emergency ride was to arrive at 6 but they closed at 5pm (kicking my daughter and I out in the rain) regardless of the situation they put us in.They were offensively rude, when they told me to tow my car some place else IF I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. They didn t repair the damage that they did which cost twice as much as the original transmission flush would have cost and they sent me a bill on top of it.

Great guys! Highly recommend! They fixed our Audi which is WAY more than I can say for other places in Streator who kept our car 2 days, charged us for diagnostics and then shrugged and said they can't fix German cars. Save yourselves a headache and head to J's!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst place ever! They are very unprofessional, lazy, and extremely rude!!! My fianc� needed 2 tires mounted and balanced for a work vehicle and he only used them because it was close to where he was and he needed them quick. They told him they would be done and ready at 1:10 and he just left there at 2:20 after throwing a fit!!! It set his whole day back and ruined our plans for today now that he has to work later! He is the head mechanic for a farm and he will NEVER use them again! My fianc� and I will also make sure we tell everyone we know personally and professionally NOT to use them!!!

I would not even give this place one star however I had to in order to leave a review!! I went to this place today to see how much it would cost to get my exhaust welded back on and they wanted to charge me $88 dollars just to look at it then charge me for an hrs labor and parts. Then I went to streator tire and they told me it would only cost $60 in total. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

How you gonna have an appointment scheduled and you get there and they say we won't get to it for a couple of hours. Terrible. I'll never recommend anyone to go there.

They Broke all my lugs by over torqueing them, now taking over 5 days to repair it, quite rediculous doesn t take a monkey to use a torque wrench.
