Passing through. Came in to get some food. Saw the ultimate combo deal with rewards. Bought all the necessary items. Checked out. System would not bring up the deal even though I was purchasing all the accepted items. Staff wouldn't change price if System wasn't accepting the items. Instead of paying 5.50 had to pay full price for items.

I m a truck drive so I travel a lot and Casey s stores are my favorite places to stop at but this one is pretty bad. Bathrooms are filthy with no paper towels or soap!! The floors throughout the store were stained and dirty, out of coffee, out of creamer, out of sugar, dirty/ sticky counters etc just a sad example of my favorite pit stop chain Luckily I don t come through this city often but Cooperate would be wise to take a stroll through this location unannounced.

Dont like how employees get away with being rude and mean to customers and other employees. They dont treat their hard working ones right when they leave everything on the hard working ones..... one is the store manager who shouldnt be the store manager and same with thebone thats the step down from that shouldnt be one either. They cant do their own jobs right. The other thing i dont really like is how the manager says about firing workers when the worker is being harassing by a customer who has been stalking my family. And the manager wants to fire workwrs over the workers being harassed. Id that right for workers to be fired over a customer whos been stalking someone and is now harassing the worker???? No thats not right at all. That will be involving a lawyer to sue the company over it. Either keep the customers thats harassing the workers out of the business or call the cops and press charges against that customer for harassment to workers....

purchased some of the little treat cups by the register and realized they were filthy with greasy hand prints and tiny pieces of food. threw them in the trash. should have gotten my receipt and got my money back. my pizza wasn't all that good either. tasted rather old and dried out. was very upset when i left and nearly got hit by another car flying up to the gas pumps.

I ordered a pizza tonight and was so impressed!!!I placed my order on the app and scheduled it for 6:00 p.m. pickup. I showed up at 5:55 and it was just coming out of the oven!Casey s has their sauces and any kind of condiment you can imagine, out in the open so you can help yourself and they don t charge extra.Btw, this isn t an invite for those of you that feel you need to clear out the condiment section! Don t ruin it for the rest of us! LolWhile I was waiting for my pizza to get boxed up, I was watching the person that actually made the pizzas! She definitely took pride in her work! I later found out, her name was Vanessa.I can tell she enjoys cooking ! She was super clean and tidy. Her work space was immaculate! She was also wearing gloves.She spaced out every topping perfectly, so you got that perfect bite. I was really impressed!Aside from the amazing pizza I ordered tonight, the entire establishment was super clean, tidy and organized! They were even throwing out all expired products for the day!I will DEFINITELY be back!!!!!!!

Was extremely hot in store today. Asked cashier why they didn't have the AC on and they explained to me they weren't allowed to control it. Don't want to shop at a store that treats their workers like this.

At 8:30 pm I tried to call this store to place an order 2 different times no one would answer , so I drove to the store walked inside and there were 2 male employee s working . I dialed the number again at the phone just rang and rang so I walked up to the counter and told them I would like to place an order for chicken wings, he stated the kitchen was closed for cooking that I could have anything already cooked in the warmer, I said if you had answered the phone before I drove 15 minutes you could have told me that, he stated he has been told not to answer the phone. I am contacting corporate about your style of customer service.

Where to begin. I stopped there to grab some dinner for myself because I'm a truck driver but they have no pizza made up but there are are people in there talking and having a good time. I settled on a cheeseburger and a Coke and I went to pay but their credit card machine is declining my card even though I have several thousand in my account. This place needs to get its act together. I drove down the road 2 Dwight to get some pizza and they had some there 10 minutes away...and my credit worked there

So rude when you call and order. I wont be ordering from them again. Management needs to teach these people about customer service. The man in the back is losing the company money. Theres plenty of other pizza joints around.

Love Casey's food but recently they can't get my orders correct for nothing. Missing cheese on sandwiches, missing bacon on others that cost extra. Hopefully they can get there stuff together would hate to stop going to this Casey.

There pizza is always great. Always a choice of doughnuts. Then add in at most stores. The fresh subs and salads. This is a great place to stop for fast lunches for urself or the whole family

Ordered a pizza today and was very disappointed my boyfriend and I got home and we opened it and the pizza was uneven (you could tell they just threw what was leftover from self serve into the box) And was very greasy and runny.Just very disappointing. Can t believe they took 30 minutes to put a pizza back together instead of just making a new one. Just sad.

Usually I have stopped in and grabbed a sub or pizza. The last 3 times (in the last 3 weeks) I have been told the sub station is closed. Today I was told they were out of bread! I guess I will just drive over to Dwight from now on.

Complete bullcrap! They only deliver over the weekends now?!?! Stupid! lost my service!! Going to lose alot of money and I hope it comes back to bite them...
