I had a wonderful time at Bill Walsh and Streator to me. They should be rated number one my sales lady, my finance lady. She is awesome. Her name is Norma. Also all the people here are very friendly, very professional. I love my new car. They are highly recommended, so please stop by or give them a call.

Great place to buy a vehicle!We got a used truck there about three weeks ago. We shopped around many different areas and dealerships to find the right vehicle. So many annoying car salesman out there, got very annoying. Terry Rogers was a great help and more than accommodating. Terry went out of his way to offer help, even on his off day he was helping me get something taken care of. The finance person was very helpful as well. She even gave us a free box of cereal. Who does that!?!?!!!They managed to get all the paperwork and financing done in just a few hours. I don t give many places five star reviews but Bill Walsh in Streator definitely earned it

my experience with bill walsh is generally pretty good. steve biroschik was our salesperson and we felt relaxed with him. he went out of his way to show us different cars. we settled on one that at the time had not been shipped yet. happy wife, happy life.

Huge shout out to a good friend Skee Hartmann and the Bill Walsh Automotive Group in Streator for helping me find the truck I was looking all over for!!I ll be the first to admit I m hard to please, but Skee accepted the challenge and believe me when I tell you, he succeeded! Let me tell you, I would recommend them to anyone. They were absolutely amazing to my husband and I. They stayed well past their closing time to ensure we drove home that night in my Suburban. Everyone there so so nice. We will definitely be back in the future.

We made a girls day of it and couldn t have left happier. I purchased my first vehicle from a dealer here in March. Terry was an amazing salesman and was super personable throughout the whole experience. Genuine advice and has gone above and beyond as he has continued to help me and answer questions AFTER purchasing. He didn t stop caring after the sale and that meant a lot! The service department staff is friendly and give detailed reports so you know what s going on with your vehicle. So glad I went to this dealer!

Drove from St. Louis to buy a SUV they had. Had everything set up over a few phone calls and text messages. We were able to make the 4 hour drive(one way)and they had everything ready for us. Everyone we encountered was super helpful. They made it very worth the drive and would highly recommend this dealership. One of the best experiences I ve had at a dealership!

I had a great experience with Bill Walsh Streator! The entire buying process was seamless from beginning to end and the customer service was top notch. My salesman, Steve Main, was helpful, easy going, and most importantly not pushy! He allowed me to take the vehicles to test drive them on my own and only chimed in if I had questions. He even took the time to teach me how to use all of the bells and whistles on my new vehicle after I made the purchase. I highly recommend!

Received an oil change recently and it cost 66 dollars and when I get back in my truck I still have a low tire. I wonder if the multi point inspection even gets done. This was hardly a bad experience I have had great luck with the service here and the employees are always good to us.

Worked with Pete and Steve on securing a highly sought after 2022 Bolt EUV. With supply chain issues still being a problem and many dealers having significant markup, I was able to get it at MSRP with additional discounts. In a world where the dealership model struggles, these guys were absolutely great.

Terry was just wonderful to do business with! Not at all pushy and very kind. Probably the best car salesman I ve ever encountered. Anne was awesome with financing and paperwork as well. I can t thank them both enough for their help in purchasing my car! I love it!!

Found a vehicle at an amazing price! Customer service was amazing, and Joe made the entire process so nice and easy!! Before getting there I had spoken with several employees on the phone who all were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful getting me the information I requested and changing appointment times. They stick by what they say, unlike many car dealerships. Will be back in the future, and highly recommend!!!

Kyle S.I first wanna say Norma and Steve were awesome. We handled 95% of the deal over the phone and email since I had a far drive to the store. We did paperwork upon arrival relatively quick. They gave me a great price on my trade sight unseen. Had a minor issued we discovered which they fixed and delivered my new vehicle. I understand the van was marked WAY down. My only gripe was it really could have used tires. They are borderline but is what it is on that matter. Because of that 4 stars. But highly recommended store.Update: had some issues with our van caused quite a bit of inconvenience for my wife and kids mainly. All this is all on the service department honestly very shady repair practices. We ended up getting out of the van due to ongoing issues from when we got it. Norma again went above and beyond to get my wife happy and in a safe vehicle.

This dealership is highly unprofessional I bought a vehicle for a 108,000 and they told me I needed to take accountability for not asking if I had to pay for my own plates and tabsi ve bought Vehicles several times before and the tabs and plates were included so I was curious and called because they told me nothing and they were blatantly disrespectful calling me names.if i were you I wouldn t buy from this dealership. I will never buy again from them !

My problem is the right hand never knows what the left is doing. I asked to save an electronic part purely for curiosity sake. It never happened. When this happens with a part it makes you wonder... that is all I am going to say. The only reason I buy cars there is a close friend is one of their salesmen. Interesting they called me yesterday and wanted me to schedule a oil change. When I told the gentleman what had happened and why I was not going to schedule he really did not care at all.

This very nice service manager named John Rowe along with these three sweet ladies; one being the ever inspiring WBGL radio host Lindsey Capperrune, and her two thoughtful helpers LeeAnn and Jessica brightened up my day with their prayers. They surprised me with a package with all sorts of goodies like refreshments, a $25 gift card to Kroger's, much needed sanitizing wipes, a pizza cutter, pens, stationary, and along with miscellaneous items which was a token of their generosity and compassion for struggling single mothers like me. Bill Walsh's auto technicians provided a fast service, monthly oil change on the Single Mom Saturday event sponsored by WBGL. They are kind, patient, and trustworthy! I highly recommend them. I'm really glad I got to meet some great friends. They are a true blessing to the community, and I'm forever grateful. Thank you for your service and a wonderful time!Sincerely,Ms. Bridgett Orr

Would recommend staying far from this place! Here s my experience:Called them interested in a vehicle I saw on their website. They scheduled me a test drive then cancelled by text and told me to call to reschedule because they loaned it out as a service vehicle. I called, they had me leave a message and to expect a call in 15 minutes, but never got a return call. I call again, they say they will call me first thing in the morning to get it figured out, no return call. My wife calls one last time, they say they ll check with management and call back in 2 minutes...can you guess what happened lol?? That s right, no return callVery unprofessional and frustrating for what was a potential customer.

At first Jerry and Terry were willing to work with us. But Your customer service at the location is horrible. We drove almost 2 hours to look at a car that we seen on car fax. The car was nice until we got there.� When they brought out the car we noticed a big dent on the driver's side which was not in the pictures noted on car fax. We were willing to take this car but the check engine light came on they say when he pulled the car up. The return call after we left and settled on a price was not imformative nor did it sound like your guys wanted to sell us this car. After they received the price on what it would cost to fix the check engine light was all on you guys. After your quote was signed on paper, that price should have been honored. When we called back to see what was wrong with the car there was no effort to find out what was wrong. All he said, that's all they told me and the price is now 6900. This was a whippy move to say it nice. You had a car sold but now your dealer will be on my list of reviews at one of the worst dealers anyone can deal with.

This Is the first car I bought on my own. Going through a divorce is horrific but it s only complicated by the fear of securing a vehicle loan on your own. I went to Bill Walsh Streator and talked to salesman Terry Rogers who assured me they were there to help. Turns out it wasn t just a line... not only did they sell me a beautiful 2019 Sonata at an amazing price their financial officer Norma Vazquez made it quick and painless. Needless to say I drove off the lot in less time than it takes me to do a single lap through Target. I wholeheartedly recommend a trip to the Walsh Streator store no matter what your vehicle needs are. Thank you Terry Rogers and Norma Vazquez you made a nerve racking purchase into an awesome experience.
