While the technician was polite and extremely helpful identifying the problem, he was unable to make repairs as he could not get the part needed. He made multiple calls to his Supervisor and other sources to no avail. Ultimately, I have to order the part and once received, call back to reschedule another service call to get it installed..

The service man was outstanding, but I have a problem with the bait and switch on the price of the service. I received an email for $50 off service and it wasn't honored unless I purchased a warranty plan.Also, the price of the service was unreasonable once quoted for a simple fix. I refused the service and will go elsewhere for service in the future

I was very disappointed in this Sears experience. I was given a vague 8:00am - 5:00pm time frame when I scheduled appt. On day of repair, time kept changing from 2:25pm, to 3:00pm and finally 5:04pm via email. There was no phone call and repair person showed up at 3:20.Part charges were reasonable, but labor would have been $418.00 without $119.00 diagnostic fee subtraction! (Even $299.00 seems like a lot.) I felt rushed into making a decision on whether to repair or not.Paper work was emailed and says washer is 20 years old; it's only 12 which I told repair person. Also, he told me I would receive a 25% coupon for purchase of new washer from Sears and haul away was available. The coupon I received by email was only 10% and site says no haul away.Sears service used to be excellent - what's happened??? Sadly, it's doubtful we will ever use Sears again. The end of an era.

Very professional. Very courteous. Ran all tests on our washer. We are confident this technician did the job done right the 1st time. Highly recommend him.

Tech thought he was going to be later than window Sears gave me and called. He actually arrived during the window given to me. He noticed that thermostat needed batteries and waited for me to get some i had on hand. He seemed to be neat vacuuming the inside of furnace. He asked me how often I change my filter which is once a month during heating season.

Sears is horrible people are horrible who work that company!! I have a contract no where does it says what they kept telling me about my contact. I said show me in my contact the words you are spewing!!! No they couldn t!! Sears will not abide by our contact No Where does it says after 3 yrs no more coverage on anything!!?? Those words do NoT appear in out contact or on Sears website. I couldn t find those terms. Why are we paying for a coverage that you state no longer is covered?? I am contacting a lawyer to go over this!!! I have contact!!! We had this coverage since 2011 every 2 yrs I renew!!

This company gives false information and makes terrible mistakes and expects the customer to pay for the. On 9/4 23 a technician said it was the lock on my washer that was in need of repair. Waited a week for the part than on9/11/23, another technician came out and said it was the mother board. And now they're telling me I have to pay for someone to come out again to do another diagnostic. What is wrong with them. This is the service that was suppose to be provided on 9/27/2023 I never got the chance to meet Monty. It was suppose to be free of charge for the unprofessional diagnosis of the first two technicians who came out earlier this month. Still all lies I still don't agree that I should have to pay for their mistakes.

This is the second time this technician has been in my house. The first time he came a few months ago he refused to just look at the thermostat problem and I had to call a private company out to replace a a thermostat that he could have just did it which cost me hours and time. This time he came barely looked at my furnace and then just told me that he would charge me $50 to clean it which I felt that should have been part of the inspection.

The tech that was assigned to fix our issue was extremely judgemental of our problem. He had very poor customer service skills which made us feel very uncomfortable. The technician kept repeating himself on how we have been doing things wrong and that is why our washing machine was in trouble. He changed a piece on the machine and after showing us how to continue with the process he kept stating that he was done and there was nothing else for him to do because it would take hours for the entire process to be completed. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Tech was nice but couldn t really troubleshoot my issue, picked something that *COULD* be wrong and went with it and stated it couldn t be fixed. Still charged full diagnostic fee even though he couldn t really say what was wrong.

Abdelkarim was thorough in servicing our furnace. He also checked our carbon monoxide detector and reiterated we keep it up to date for our protection. A very nice gesture, and very much appreciated.

The technician assigned to my issue was extremely judgemental and a bit argumentative. He had good intentions but needs to work on his customer skills. This is not an issue with Sears repair service as I ve never experienced this before.

He called to let me know how long he would be. Once he arrived and cleaned my furnance, he advised me to continue using the filter that was installed and not what he replaced.

I like the fact that they will send the service workers out but if it take 9 or 10 times with the same issue and everyone come replace the same part 4 or 5 times I don t like that about the service.
