Took my car in for a burning smell and slight smoke from the rear. I sat and waited for almost an hour for them to not even take it in the shop or call me back. I walk back in and a worker told me he drove it around and didn t notice anything wrong. After taking it somewhere else for peace of mind, turns out I had a seized up caliper that burned up the brake pad and rotor. Definitely didn t feel even close to a priority to these guys so the other shop gets my money.

Went for a routine maintenance for my company vehicle, which is a large oversize van. Called ahead and told me to come on by and they got me in right away for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. I inspected the vehicle prior to bringing it in and I can verify that they performed the work I requested, and did a great job in a timely manner. Staff was really friendly. I think this is a good neighborhood mechanic.

I moved to Streamwood in 2020 and needed a reputable mechanic for my business vans and my personal vehicle, I took my car and vans to Marco at MJ Automotive there in Streamwood. When ever they fixed one problem on my vehicles, another would arise shortly afterwards, I spent thousands of dollars needless to say over a three year period. I then moved to wheeling. I continued having the same problems with my vehicles that I had MJ Auto fix! I took my vehicles to Hi-Tech Automotive repair in Wheeling and they found that everything that MJ Auto had repaired, the parts had to be replaced12-15 months afterwards due to MJ Auto putting cheap after market parts on my vehicles! In one instance, my fuel pump had to be replaced on my 2011 Chevy Cruze, there are two different sizes depending on if it was a turbo or not, well come to find out, Marco and his crew installed the wrong size fuel pump and it took a little over a year to really figure out that that's what he did! I feel that if you are reading this, you need to be aware of MJ Automotive and their tactics of doing business there in Streamwood! I will never bring another vehicle of mine to their shop for repairs! I had to give a one star here on Google, If i had a choice of no star, that would of been my choice!

I was at another dealership for an alignment and they couldn t figure out why my wheel wasn t straight after. I called here and they saw me same day and figured it out. Service was fast, I was updated each step, and my car was fixed without feeling like I was getting ripped off. I will be back for ALL car service from now on!

Marco was amazing and so was the tow truck business they work with. I just moved from a different state and I was down on my luck when my car broke down. My car was towed within 15 minutes. The tow truck company recommended this business. The mechanic,Marco, was very understanding and went above and beyond to get me back on the road at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this business, as the collaboration between the two businesses made everything 10x easier and Marco gave an exceptional experience.-VerenaService: Transmission

Great service and very reasonable price. Marco is the best person working there. He gave me an more estimate over the phone but charged me almost half the price according to the nature of the work. I highly recommend MJ Auto Services.

My family and I have been bringing our three vehicles to Jose and Marco for years now. We have never had a problem and they always have our vehicles in and out for quick and quality service. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone but MJ Auto Service.

I had a bolt fall off my brake knuckle and knew it would be a quick fix if they had the bolt on hand. Was glad they weren't too busy to get me in and out quickly and that it was a fair price for an easy fix.
