Had a muffler and tail pipe replaced. Work was done on time and within the amount quoted. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Casey's in streamwood. Staff is great. At 7:30 am there was 3 staff at the front desk receiving vehicles. I arrived at 7:30 to drop off my vehicle. There was 7 people in line a head of me. By 7:35 I was next in line. Was back out the door by 7:38.

Wondeful people, fair prices and excellent service!! I went to fix my car s breaks, the car ended up with an alarm issue, they didn t cause and I noticed the day after. Even though it wasn t related with the repair they did, they were willing to check and fix it for free! They are awesome! I highly recommend this shop!

Casey Automotive in Streamwood is honest and does great work at a great price!! They do an excellent job in maintaining and repairing my older Jeep which gives me complete peace of mind. You're the best!!

Been taking my car in for about 10 years, at the Streamwood location, Went in for an oil change. The price has gone up for full synthetic and doesn t include the oil filter! They eagerly explained why! Very helpful staff. Yes it s still reasonable @ $58 plus tax! I was in and out in a half hour, had 6 people ahead of me too! Will return again!

I m so happy to have found Casey s Automotive. I have been looking for a place to bring my Audi for a while. Great staff and mechanics. Very honest and kept me up to date on the progress on the work with my car.I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Casey: Streamwood IL. Been a customer for around eight years. Have always gotten great service at decent price. A business is judged by how many customers it has. Each time I come to, Casey. Before they open at 7:30am there always a line of people waiting to be the first to get service. The reason for the line before opening. Is because the great service of Casey.

I thought I was having problems with my anti-lock brakes so I stopped at Casey s and the man who helped me said he thought it might have been black ice I was driving on. I asked him to please check it out which they did telling me my brakes and tires are fine and they didn t charge me anything! Very honest and kind, I highly recommend them.

I have been using Casey Automotive for years. They serviced my 2002, 2004 and 2013 Lexus along with a host of other vehicles my children have had. Great guys, always know you by name (and car). Timely service, car always fixed correctly. I feel their prices are fair and they are honest. I have been coming to Casey Automotive for many years. Casey Automotive has serviced my 2000 Mercedes-Benz and 2018 Chevrolet Replaced the Camshaft, Timing Chain,Blend door Acuator all the way down to oil changes and I have never been disappointed. The work was completed sooner than promised. They are very knowledgeable and will make you aware of future repairs. The prices are very fair .See you soon Casey Automotive. Thank You

I was informed to come as early as possible because I just needed an oil change and the business opened at 7:30am and it would take about 45 minutes to complete. I arrived at 7:30 am and my oil change was done in 30 minutes and they indicated to me the potential areas that may need to be repaired or updated with my car and didn t put any pressure on me to have these repairs done immediately. They explained everything in detail also.

I've been coming here for a few years now for all my car troubles and maintenance. The staff has always been straight forward and fair with their pricing. They take care of what's needed to keep you safe on the road. Highly recommend checking them out yourself.

Went for an oil change only but they discovered I had an oil leak. They were good in showing me the problem not like others that they tell you but don t show you the problem. They explained to me what needed to be done. Even showed me on computer the diagram of the engine and where the problem was and parts that were being replaced. First time there and they were excellent. Gave me a ride home till job was done and picked me up when all was finished. Excellent attitudes!!! Will go back again. Thank you for taking care of my car

Had a great experience yesterday getting new tires and an oil change at Casey s in Streamwood. I called on Monday and got in Tuesday morning. There were two rebates on the same tires I got last time back in 2017 so I was happy with that.

Ole and his crew did an excellent job repairing the electrical problem I had with my 2012 Hyundai Genesis. I've been going there for at least twenty and service has always been quick, professional and at a reasonable price.

absolute garbage. did not fix my tire or wheels. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE IN WINTER. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU MOVE YOUR CAR. my car was stuck and I was there for hours trying to get it out, eventually, I got sick of it and went inside to get help. they said there is nothing they can do and before I left they offered to give me a shovel? I came for three separate days to get that car and you are gonna give me a shovel? after I PAID 750 DOLLARS? garbage. garbage. garbage. please do yourself a favor and do not come here. and to the front office people you truly provided me with the worst service.

Theeee best place to take your car for repairs. They are honest, dependable, knowledgeable and very professional. Lastly you wouldn t mind waiting there if you had to because the shop is very nice and clean. The agents are accommodating and friendly.

I bring all 3 of my vehicles to Casey Automotive in Streamwood. I live in Chicago so it takes me about an hour to get there. It s definitely worth the drive. This is my second visit this month and after repairs my vehicle rides as good as new. Now I have to bring my 3rd vehicle in. See you soon. Thanks again!

I am a repeat customer. Brought my car in for some basic checks on brakes, battery, etc. and they took the time to check several other things on the car and advise me of costs and risks. Work was done when promised and I'm very satisfied.

What a great reputable place. They tell me what needs to be done now and in the future so I can plan. I take my Kia and Honda only to this place and no where else. Also the customer service is great too. Best prices around can t be beat especially for the service
