I always have a good experience when I take my car in for repairs for over twenty something year's. Ram, Bilos and staff are always so very friendly and they make sure I know everything that is wrong with my car, what needs to be fixed and the cost of the service. The prices are always affordable and their customer service is great. Burd Auto Bay continues to give me quality service. Keep up the great job and I ll see you on my next visit.

Burds auto bay is an excellent shop. The mechanics there are honest, do excellent work and are reasonable. I have had nothing but good experiences when I bring my cars in for service. If I could give them six stars or higher, I would. They are the best.

We've been getting our car maintenance & repairs done at Burd's for years & continued to do so with the new owners. They are fabulous. We've even stopped in without an appointment when a warning light came on or similar issue. They squeezed us in to check it out and got us back on the road. We wouldn't go anywhere else for service.

We've been patrons at Burd's Auto Bays for decades, through different mechanics and now with Ram and Bilos taking over. We're always treated well, with respect, and fairly. We've had light bulbs replaced, as well as entire motors. We could go to a closer shop, but the years of trust built up is worth a little more of a drive. No one is perfect, but any error has always been promptly remedied. This is a good, honest shop.

I won't go anywhere else, when you find an honest mechanic, you stick with them. These guys work to fix the problem with the least amount of money out of your pocket.

Bilos knows what he is doing. He saved me an insane amount of money just by knowing the car and knowing how to fix it. I recently had my car at Burd's Auto Bays for some repairs and was very pleased with their work and attention to detail. All issues were clearly explained to me and confirmed before any work was done. Upon picking up my vehicle I found that it ran properly, and I have had no issues since I got my vehicle back. Burd's Auto Bay is a straightforward shop with fair pricing and great attention to detail. They have definitely earned my future business.

Several months ago, my car battery died and it seemed to be a simple fix. But then it died again and wouldn't charge..while I just happened to be next door to Burd's Auto. One of their mechanics came over and managed to charge it just enough to drive it into their lot, they inspected my car right away, found the problem(s), and replaced the battery and misc small parts with it that day! At a very comparable price without any hidden or increased charges. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful and pleasant. I'm not car savvy at all, but I felt confident here. I definitely will remember them for other work I need done!

My A/C had been messed up for awhile and I needed an oil change. I was able to drop my car off and have it completely serviced same-day for under $130! Much less than I've paid at bigger chains. The owner seemed like a really good, honest guy. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends.Edit: When spring rolled around and I tried to use my air conditioner, it did not work

Well experienced, very detailed and very friendly people. Easy to talk to and are open and upfront about what they will be doing to service your vehicle and what they recommend. They make certain any issues are addressed, handled and you are completely safe to travel the road again.

I guess this place is really hit or miss. I see lots of good reviews here and a friend also recommended it. I was having some issues with my shocks and took my car in at noon on a weekday. The owner, Bill, told me they would take a look at it and give me a call. At 5pm, they hadn't called so I called them and they said they hadn't looked at it yet. I went it just before 6pm (they close at 6) to get my car since it hadn't even been looked at yet.That's when Bill started with the lies and excuses. "Oh, we told you how busy we are and it may take a while to get it looked at!" No, Bill, you didn't.Incompetence, lies, and excuses are a poor first impression. I won't be coming back.

Burds auto bays is the best place to take your car. The people are friendly and polite. The owner Bill is amazing he has been working on my cars for years and has always treated me fairly and fixed whatever was wrong. I highly recommend this shop and they will fix what others can't.

I always bring my car to Burd's and they always deliver. Excellent service at a fair price. It's nice having a shop that does honest work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mechanic.

I was referred to Bill the owner, by someone I trusted. Since then I have experienced a "yes sir", an atmosphere of respect and care you cannot find anywhere else. They all offer such great service and experience.Once I wanted to take my car to Burd's, unfortunately, they were closed, so I went to another mechanic, from diamonds nearby who said he could fix my car. By the next day, long story short, all I needed was a new battery. but because of Mr diamond, He did something wrong and ruined my computer. It took Burd's expertise on a Volkswagon Jetta a German car that is difficult to work on. yet Burd's was able to fix it. I have been going to Burd's Autobay for over 20 year's and they are the most honest and courtliest people on the planet. I highly recommend your trust. You may even earn a lifelong friend and relationship.
