One of the best service provided by Bryan. Brayan change my Battry at -20C. Temperature out side of the store really appreciated his dedication to work.Also Schaumburg store autozone guys say that they are not able to do it. So I call this store and they are so Generous and they fix it.

The manager who's was rude didn't want to help, I think race might be the factor. The worker are lazy AF. my girlfriend stop to have the headlights on her car look at and they didn't want to help her. LAZY!!!! would not recommend this location...

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Bryce was a great help to me picking out a headlight and even exchanged it for me when he saw I had touched the bulb while I was installing it out front! I ll definitely be returning to this place.

Amazing service! Went in and was greeted by Blake, who was patient, respectful, helpful, polite and understanding. Made my run to auto zone more pleasant and less stressful! Would recommend this location and his assistance to anyone!

I am fully pleased by the customer service at this location! The guys working there were very polite and friendly. I d like to specifically mention Jack. He was excellent from the moment I walked in to the end of my service. He was very friendly and efficient. I just needed new windshield wiper blades and he made it a very easy process! He got the right wipers according to the model and make of my car and applied them quickly but made sure he did the job right. I couldn t recommended this place more! If you need anything done, this is the place to go!

I was impressed with the assistance provided by Angel and Denny. They took an interest in my reason for my purchase which led to advice and products of help to me. They both personally evaluated and helped install and shared with me how to use the products. They were familiar with the make and year of my car. I m actually forward to my next visit knowing I will get an honest and informed reception.

Mario was very helpful and even made sure I grabbed the right oil for my car when I asked for 5w-30, he corrected me and said was 5w-20! I was glad to have his help and he even referred me to another auto zone to make sure I was able to get the tool rental I needed to change my brakes since I couldn't get it at that specific Auto Zone!

Very helpful all the employees are polite and helpful.I came in with my own battery and wasn't sure if they would help put it in because I didn't buy the battery from them...they assisted me with no questions asked Again great store and helpful employees.Young man by the name of Jon Carlo helped me,handsome ,smart,very skilled in automotive, helpful,nice.A great employee I definitely will be returning to this auto zone location

This is my favorite AutoZone in my area. For the most part the store normally has anything I need for my older car. I haven't really used any other services other than return some used oil in my actual drain pan and they have gone back and emptied it out for me. No problems there, and for anything else the staff has been helpful and friendly if I need anything. Also this store is always nice and clean. I understand some reviews are mixed, and a lot may be for some services such as battery replacement. I do my own work. My older car I'm certain no one at AutoZone would have a problem replacing it. My newer car, yes... Wouldn't really expect them to be able to do it. Honestly I wouldn't even let anyone try for free. Some expectations are a bit high. For example a Cadillac ATS battery is in the trunk. Sure if you have this car, someone is going to charge full labor to replace this battery. This is not just removing battery posts and reconnecting. If I had something like this I would not expect a free service. Of course people will try. But I would not trust a free service even if they were willing to try for something that is obviously not a normal install. I have always seen AutoZone's battery service kind of as a best effort. I have had parts and other things tested. Used the loan a tool, and for things like that I love AutoZone. Actually in my case for sometimes only needing a more expensive tool for a one time use, AutoZone has saved me money. Anyway this store is nice. Ample parking, clean store, clean parking lot, and at least friendly staff when I have had to interact with them. This pretty much goes for any other AutoZone I have been to, but this store is my "Go to" store.

I came in about my headlights not working, Jack helped me find new ones and actually exchanged them because I had a receipt for the ones I had just bought. Jack has them installed in no time and asked if I needed any more assistance. He definitely was attentive and knowledgeable and I am going to come back just for him!

The employee seemed confused and new. Sometimes, he d just awkwardly stare and he didn t really know how to do the service seamlessly it took him quite a while despite it not being a difficult task. The other person (manager?) was kind of rude. He just watched the other person struggle from the door as though he were training him, which would be understandable if it were actual training, but if it s for a CUSTOMER then you oughta step in and get the job done quickly instead of just watching someone struggle with it.Adding to that, we had to pay a rather large sum for the service so we were looking to get a discount on top of it. The manager(?) told us that any coupon would need to be from an email. There s a big sign on their entrance saying that you can get a $5 reward if you sign up for their rewards program via email. I did that and as I was in the middle of telling him, Alright, so for the coupon code, I signed up for the emai he interrupted me and said, I already told you, any coupon has to be from an email. ...If you would just let me freaking FINISH MY SENTENCE. Damn.After a long effort from the employee, the manager(?) did end up stepping in and did the service quickly and efficiently. We did end up getting somewhat of a discount but then there was an up-charge for the allocated time which we weren t informed of prior to agreeing to the service. If you ask me, it seemed like an improvisational up-charge (meaning that they made up on the spot) just to save some change, but whatever.Poor professionalism. Parts quality is great. Service quality is average. Pricing is average. Make of that what you will.

Crazy day here due to the warm weather. Ariandna (sorry if I misspelled it) was a hustler working ALL alone. Although there was a lot of people she kept a steady pace and provided amazing customer service. She definitely needs a raise!

I recently purchased a car battery from AutoZone. Unfortunately my cars battery is in a difficult place to access. Angel, a sales manager at the store replaced the battery. He was a tremendous help and deserves recognition! Employees like Angel are hard to come by. If I were the manager of that store I would do everything I could to make sure that Angel understand how valuable he is.

My front wheel axle, and lower ball joint snapped on me today driving. Needed help, and the manager Bobby was so helpful, and knowledgeable about my situation. Even had the parts in stock!!!! Didn't have to wait, and he keep everyone laughing. That's a real people person right there, autozone gotta good one.

My car battery died so and my car was stuck in there parking lot. The store manager Peter was so helpful he removed my battery, which took quite a bit of work because it was corroded. He also answered any questions I had an put my new battery in. VERY helpful and patient, this is especially nice because they don t charge you for labor. Will be coming back to this location again.

I was originally going in here to buy a taillight because mine was out but during my drive in a metal piece of something flew out from under my car. I took it in w me to the store and they identified it as my front spring. Damien, the associate helping me, said it was dangerous to be driving and I told him I didn t have a choice it was the weekend before Christmas and I had things to do. I needed to get it done that day. They didn t have the part in stock he called other stores and we found it at the actual dealer. He called his mechanic to see if he was available to replace the spring but he was busy into the week. Damien started telling my situation to his coworker who said his dad was a mechanic. He reached out to his dad, who then came into the store, and said he would fix my car. He gave me his address, I went to go pick up the part and met him back at his place and he had it done in 45 minutes. He said I was lucky because the spring had broke in a place where it could have completely ruptured my tire which made me even more thankful for all of their help. In all, I spent about 2 hours of my day from the time that I walked in the store til I pulled out of the mechanics drive way w my car repaired and couldn t have been happier. The guys at autozone were great, helpful, and in my opinion went above and beyond in helping me and helping me get my car repaired all within a couple hours. I went back later that afternoon and took them a tray of cookies to show my appreciation and they appreciated it. This store will forever have my business and I now have a new mechanic.

Had a great experience in autozone ! :D I was greeted and assisted by Leo, he helped me choose my wipers and even installed them in the pouring rain! Great service! Leo was very helpful and he greeted everyone who came in the store, very nice staff. Thank you.

I cannot say enough about the great service I received today. I had purchased a new tail light assembly from Amazon because all the brackets on my old one broke and I was holding it together with gorilla tape :-( also one of the bulbs went out. Thinking this was install the new bulb and screw it in but it turned out that the replacement from Amazon was slightly off. The store manager spend about 30 mins cutting away the plastic to make the part fit. He also analyzed my check engine light and guided me on what needs to be do in horrible, cold, rainy and down right miserable weather! Thank you so much AutoZone for your assistance.

I went look for a special tool to remove my belt tensioner my vehicle was to tight to use a regular ratchet. A young guy (Angel) very kind and professional helped me to find the right tool. I live in Elgin but I prefer this place because the stuff of this store make me feel good as a customer.

Great store, there is one employee that must work nights only it is the only time I see him there (red shirt) but he is really knowledgeable with cars and trucks. He helped me out every time I go in. He couldn t get codes off of the store scanner, so he went out and grab his out of his car. And plugged it in for me and told me what was going on with it. He didn t have to but he did. Amazing employee! I don t remember his name but he is the only bald headed guy in there! Sorry I couldn t remember his name

My dad went there to get his battery checked and he ended up needing a new one. One of their employees, Anthony, went above and beyond in helping him get his new battery and the installation process. He was amazing!

Today I came into the store looking for a windshield wiper and had no idea on how to put it on my van. Jose offered to put it on for me. He showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond! Especially before the snow comes this evening I m extremely thankful! Thank you so much Jose!

Went to this autozone and was helped by a very intelligent young man by the name of Daniel !! He was awesome!! He even helped me pull out my old car battery and install the new one right before he was supposed to be off the clock out of work !! He gave me that extra customer service experience when he could have just left !! Very Knowledgeable and very helpful ! Thank you so much!

I bought windshield wipers from this store I thought I could install them myself but I had trouble I drove back to the store and spoke to Blake who gladly came out to the parking lot and installed all three of them .That's customer service .The only thing to say is WOW .I left very happy.
