Update: just took delivery of my bike and I couldn t be happier! Had some hiccups but Amy was just all over it and so communicative the whole time. If she says she will help she means it. John is a really stand up honest genuine guy who stood by his word. Thank you sterling motors for making my first bike purchase so awesome!!I haven t received my bike yet but they had the exact bike I m looking for. I was skeptical doing things as I am 2 states away. John got a hold of me and was awesome. He already has been so communicative and answering all my silly questions. He also makes me feel confident of how smooth this process will go with shipping and such and being out of state!I don t have the bike yet and I ll update this review once I receive but from the experience so far I m more than confident it s going to be awesome!

I'll start with, I've bought many motorcycles over time but never one over the internet from another state. I had plenty of apprehension. I found the perfect bike at Sterling Motors and the price was right. I proceeded with caution. John the owner put my mind at ease through the entire process, his communication was awesome and he communicated with me right through the delivery and licensing. I ended up with a beautiful bike at a very reasonable price. I recommend Sterling Motors.

John and Amy, just wanted to let you know I got my 48 Chevy Stylemaster coupe on Monday And I m loving it! I wanted to thank you for everything it s always nerve racking to make a high dollar purchase sight unseen but you both were great to work with. I paid good money to have these guys install my apline system in my car. The owner John kept trying to blame my intoxalock breathalyzer as to why I kept losing power. Then his own employee admits to installing it incorrectly. John falsely leads me to believe he's going to put a switch in so he can charge me. Gets my payment then says we didn't need a switch. I still have problems w my system. He also loves to curse and degrade his employees behind their backs . This guy is a tool and a crook. Don't go here for anything! I suppose that $75 you stole from me was a small price to pay to see your true colors. Word of mouth gets around bud. Nail in the coffin is you weren't man enough to return my call. Don't attempt to now. You're history in my book.

My experience with Sterling Motors was phenomenal. I had a 2013 Harley Fat Bob that I had been attempting to sell for 8 months. I didn't want to go through the Harley dealership because they said their cut would be at least $2,000. I was contacted through the post I had up on Cycle Trader by Sterling Motors. I liked what they had to say so I called them up. Two days later I brought my bike out there. It sold in a week. I only had to pay a fraction of what Harley wanted, and they took care of cleaning up my bike and all of the advertising. I highly recommend Sterling Motors to anyone that wants to sell their bike. They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back to get a new bike once the baby gets older. Thank you for everything!

I can totally recommend Sterling Motors Inc. I am from Germany and I bought my new vintage car (Mercedes SL500) online at their website.The car arrived in a perfect condition and in the same way as described online. Bought a car 12 /17/22 hauled it home ran for about 5 mins and won't run no more leaks water leaks around the doors inside like a waterfall I will never buy a car again. From them didn't even get one mile on it

Every time I get a new vehicle I talk to John about some upgrades. I always find him fair and reasonable. They do good work and usually quickly. Satisfaction is guaranteed!

My experience. I put a deposit on a 2012 Harley Road Glide Ultra from this shop after seeing it on eBay and inspecting it physically. After the owner tried to pass off $35 grips as $200 grips (plus installation) I realized that no VIN check had been done. Boy, was I glad that I did a VIN check. It turned out that the motorcycle was a 2008 model not a 2012 as claimed, which in addition to being unethical is illegal.The condition of the motorcycle should have tipped me off - it looked like it had way more miles than the 20K advertised - so my fault in being too trusting. I believe there is a high probability of this being a case of odometer fraud since a lot of parts had needed to be replaced. The clutch, brakes etc. would not all have needed to be replaced at only 20K miles.Beware of this seller ! I am telling everyone in my riding group to beware of this unscrupulous business

just bought 01 fat boy, it is awesome and the price was just as good. these people are very nice and know there stuff.the sale went smooth the paperwork was quick. hey they have more bad ass bikes and fast cars. check em out.

John is dishonest!Buyer beware!Sellers Run!Overvalued vehicle to charge 1500.00 upfront commission for 1962 f250.After almost 2 years,price reductions,he decided to sell and told me to lawyer up.

Very poor customer service. Didn't even get into the store only talked on the phone and my mind was already changed. Definitely recommend doing business elsewhere if you don t wanna be treated like a piece of nothing!!!!
