Owners are amazing people. All of the employees I have met so far are amazing people too. Family owned and operated trucking company that is still small enough that the drivers can feel like part of the family. Trucks are older than the big company I used to drive for, but their equipment is a LOT better. Everything is well taken care of by the owner and the great mechanics in the shop. If you are an O/O they do loads for you too. Very excited to work here.

The great thing about this company that differs from most companies is freedom, no invading cameras, not constant monitoring, drivers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner, and you left alone to do your job. It's a business so of course they will do check on you, but nothing like many companies I have worked or herd of. Here you make decent money and home every night. Professional atmosphere, but very relaxed, so if you enjoy the stick up the butt management, you won't find that here. They crew is pretty cool, we have the three musketeers model, all for one and one for all, we help each other, so even is you dislike a person, you can still expect them to stop and help you, it's just the culture. Everyone works, you will find management pulling loads and tarping coils, even when the weather is horrible. Now we may have older models trucks but they have a testicular fortitude that many companies won't allow, so if you company won't allow you to do the speed limit please move to the wheel chair lane and let us blow the paint off ure truck, I promise to blow it back on when I pass you going the other way, lol, that's a joke! Enjoy
