Purchased a BMW M5 Comp and I can t say anything negative about the service provided. General Manager Ron Daisy and staff went above and beyond to put me into my dream car. They found me a great rate which made for a very smooth transaction. Definitely recommend Majeski Motors to all of my friends and family.

They were upfront with us and never got our hopes up with the information they had from us, they didn't judge us and explained things to us and even gave us a little advice to possibly help us. At least we left with our dignity.

Do not. for any reason buy a vehicle from them. We bought a truck from them in February/ March. Check engine light came on 2 days after getting it home. We replaced the entire evap system. Now 6 months later, check engine light is on again. We ve done nothing but put money and time into this truck. Way more than it s worth. We drove 5 hours to get this truck and they hid very important details. The trucks exhaust was literally falling apart when we got there, all they did was cut us a $500 check to get it fixed. the new exhaust alone, not including labor was $900. They also spray painted over rust so we wouldn t notice. Will never be back

Great service and friendly staff. My mom, sister, and myself have all bought cars from the sterling location! The manager helped me find the right vehicle and gave me a great price on my trade in. We Will come here for all future vehicle purchases!

A year and a half ago they sold me a car; already not in good shape but I was desperate and went for it. Have had nothing but problems, but it gets me where I need to go. Fast forward to this morning I went in to try and trade in for a new one. They made it very clear I would have to go above what I was comfortable with for payments on any vehicle on their lot. Which is fine so I left and decided to look elsewhere. Getting back into my car and driving a very few blocks I realized my breaks are GRINDING. They definitely weren t great from the beginning but they were not as horrible as they were after leaving. I couldn t figure out how they could have gotten that bad just from sitting until I remembered the banker took it for a drive to see how it rides and what it s worth. Unfortunately they went as far as pointing out that my breaks are bad & that it would be cheaper to get new vehicle and pay the extra a month than spending $700 on breaks. He specially said I shouldn t be driving my small child around with a car with breaks metal to metal. With all that being said I will NOT be returning and I m very disappointed in the fact that they would intentionally do something to put me and my small child in danger. - if I could.

My son bought a car here and detail was bad. Just took car in after having for 2 months and front and back brakes and rotors are bad almost metal to metal. The air filter was so black also wheel bearing needed fixed $1300 later now my son is safe. I will never go there again.

Fantastic service at a fair price I had my oil changed there at the location of 1901 East 4th Street in Sterling Illinois. They're in and out and finished they change the filter the oil check for anything that was needed to be replaced or repaired. I'd recommend it to a friend.

I've known Tylor & Michael a long time. When it was time to trade my last Ram 1500 Laramie, because of medical reasons, Tylor found the best Ram 1500 Rebel to suit my needs. Tylor & Michael met me at Sterling Majeski lot & I immediately had this sense of " I'm amongst family " I highly credit Tylor for finding the right truck & highly credit Michael for making it an absolute remarkable buying experience. Since the purchase of my truck, I've come to know John Watts & Dan Danreiter. All four gentlemen are considered " my brothers. Michael Morgan is a very great sales professional! he did everything he could to make us happy. He got us in a really nice ford edge with super low miles at a price that was affordable. he was patient kind and even help us with coupons for gas since the car was almost on e. If you in the market for a really nice vehicle, stop in to majeski is Sterling and ask for Michael Morgan. With a big happy smile he will get you the deal you deserve. Don't worry mike. I'll be back.

Just signed the paperwork on my new truck went to leave and realized I had missed the emergency brake cable was broken. And it was missing an interior part also. The salesman and sales manager were outside while I noticed this. They both assured me they would fix it. I stopped in twice and call 4 times. Both time I stopped in John was busy but took a second to talk to me and tell me he would get it in. Never did. The brakes ended up hanging up and I had to replace everything. The mechanic I took it to asked if I new my emergency brake cable was dragging I said yes he said if you d of fixed it sooner this would have been cheaper. Decent guys but once you leave with the vehicle they don t care one bit. Also the fact I bought a $50,000 truck with an empty fuel tank. But hey I got a $20 dollar gas card. It cost $124 to fill that day. Needless to say I would not recommend these guys. There are so many car dealerships so why settle for a company who doesn t want return customers just that one sale. The buying process they shined. Quick easy hassle free. But everything else not worth it

After purchasing a vehicle from hereyears ago, then shopping and purchasing from other dealerships since then, I have come to the realization that going anywhere else other than Majeski is illogical. Their staff has always treated me with upmost respect, even when we were not able to complete a purchase. They are trustworthy, honorable, and will do anything they can to make sure the deal is right for each customer. I've always been impressed each time I've dealt with them. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Ron at Sterling raised the price of a vehicle $2000.00 in an hours time, since he said it needed more work, after I was told it was ready to be viewed and sold. I wouldn't trust this dealership. No communication between one dealership to another.

Had previously bought two vehicles from here. When managed by other people. Now under new management completely different atmosphere. Almost as owner is a new person. Not worried about customer satisfaction at all. Will not be coming back and make sure that none of my friends or family will ever be purchasing another vehicle from here again.

1 star because I have to. I had found a good car and seemed like all I had hoped for.... Wrong. I had started my car search and talked to Kaylee who confirmed that the car was available and at the sterling car lot. I had done this 2 hours before I left my house(I am also 2 hours away from the car lot) and they had told me that they would have the car there and ready to go along with another one that seemed nice as well. Turns out that the car was never in there inventory for sale in the first place. They had attemped to sell me a 2014 chevy cruze that was in terrible shape and the inside smelled like a smoke shop and perfume gallery. They had also neglected to mention that they used hot glue to fix the rear fender of that car, that cost 14,000. I had told them that that isn't what I had been told and the manager had acted like it wasn't even a big deal, while still trying to sell me the car I didn't want. I would never look at buying a car for this establishment and would give them -5 stars if possible. They are SHIFTY!!!!!!

In March of 2021 I purchased a used vehicle from the Dixon location. One week after I bought it I had an engine issue. They agreed to fix it. Unfortunately, it took them 2 weeks to fix it as they said the part was lost in the mail. Now it was past the 15 days I had to return it. After I got it back, the next week there was another issue that needed fixed. I was told that they would fix it this time but because I did not purchase the extended warranty if something else happened I was on my own.I started doing research of my own and found out that there were three or more open recalls. After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment at a certified dealership, an hour away, I found out it was not recall related. The bill was $600 and I needed new brakes and rotors along with 4 new tires. When I got the car back the check engine light was still on!!!!! I was very upset and made a facebook post describing my situation. I tried speaking with Greg Majeski, but he would not talk to me! I spoke with John, who told me he would pay for the repair and make everything else right. The next day I set up an appointment with him as I happened to be getting off work early, which is very rare, to discuss options. Unfortunately he decided to take a walk in customer instead of me. Horrible customer service and junk cars! The lawyer I talked to said he has sued Majeski several times for buying vehicles that have been totaled and fixing them up enough to sell!!!

Traveled 2 hours to pick up a 2013 Camaro. Once arrived felt like no one to helpyou they where too busy making videos instead of helping customers, sales man wasn't even thier !!! I was told car was detailed and fuel taken care of and came with 2 key fobs , turns out car was filthy , only 1 key fob that doesn't work, couldn't even test drive car because empty on gas, to top it off waited for ever to leave to have them put a lousy 40 in gas , still waiting for key fob and money I was told to cover registration, please think about traveling out of town to deal with a lot that seems to not care about thier customers and give false statements about what they will do for you
