Took my truck to arrange for my complimentary oil change and maintenance checks on Monday. The service department support was professional, courteous and everything was completed in a timely manner. It was much appreciated! The staff were great! The work was completed with no issues.

The service manager Christine has been very helpful. I had a fairly expensive part that needed to be replaced, my warranty had just expired and she went to bat for me and reduced my expenses for the repair. It was very helpful since I am on a fixed income. Christine has been very instrumental in guiding me through this process. Kunes does all of my service work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

I had a great experience at Kunes Dodge of Sterling. Kurt took the time with my wife and I making sure we had all the details about the vehicle as well as the financial aspects. Being as busy as he was juggling numerous clients he made us feel welcomed and important. I will suggest Kunes to others who are looking at buying a vehicle.

Clean shop. Efficient and friendly service. Went in for a recall and oil change and they walked me through everything and communicated the status of my vehicle via text throughout.Highly recommend Kunes for service.

I gave a 4 star but this rating is on different things. The service was good they knew what the recall was that was good . I was in in a timely manner. But wasn't aware that they was going to fix it the same day thought I was gonna have to come back and have it done and I was almost late for work cuz I wasn't told rhey was going to fix just look and see if need parts and if it failed or not. But all the staff there is awesome. But that is what I based my rating on. Bot bad but not 100%

The work got done the staff was nice. But not sure how they run time on repairs when vehicle was at my work. Ask for paper work on the recalls being done I was told they are still running time on it and it be mailed. Been over a week and still no paper work.

Always a good experience at Kunes Ford.Sarasota Florida ford could not get my vehicle in for a month and needed to keep it for up to a week with no courtesy car. Kunes got it in right away and back to me in a day and provided a courtesy car. They re great!

Oil change , check error code and fix loss mud flap from Ford on my new f350. 3100 miles on itTruck sat outside done for some time but no paperwork...I told them I was going and they could send my bill ...got home and checked the mud flap , is just like it was

Sold me a car that didn t get inspected when purchased so we scheduled a uvi for the vehicle told me nothing was wrong even though I kept telling them I tasted antifreeze turns out it was a default in the engine after taking the vehicle back mind u 4 x and instead of fixing the problem due to their negligence on behalf of there service department for not catching it before hand they say u have to pay this amount of money even when it was there mistake so not only did I buy a vehicle but also had to pay to have it repaired because nobody could figure it out themselves beforehand

Above and beyond dealership. I was driving through the area and a nail went through my tire. They changed the tire and helped me find a place to sleep for the night with my trailer. So kind, patient, professional, and intelligent-everyone that helped me. Thank you!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

My wife had to wait over 2 hours for a oil change tier rotation and new window wipers. We both are very unhappy with the service department. On top of that it cost 198.00 dollars probably won't be bringing her car back here. I have bought 6 brand new vehicles in the last 5 years. Just very unhappy.

In the last three oil changes and tire rotation. When I got my truck back the tire pressure wasnot check. I have complained twice and this time it was the same. Different pressure in front and back. They check tread depth but not tire pressure. I used to talk this dealer ship up. So I plan on taking my business elsewhere. And will not give any one this place for service. I have more complaints but I'll keep this short.

Had the issue with the door and after the 2nd try, I hope it is fixed! Came to the shop and two different tries to get it fixed. Should have been told about this recall issue when I bought the truck.

Used to be a good experience, but last 2 times not so much. Last time Inspection sheet was blank, and this time it was pencil whipped and not actually performed. Disappointed

Had my part for months, (painting a gas door cover) called repeatedly with no answers or told should be done soon. They never called me when it was done I found out when I called them to check in again. Was told to bring my vehicle in after work it would take 5 mins to put on, I waited in the waiting area over 2 hours for them to do "paperwork" if I could give 0 stars I would!

Took truck in with TPMS light coming on. Put a new sensor on. 4 days later the TPMS light came on again and stays on. Live 12 miles out of town. . Have to bring in a 2nd time.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, from the woman who checked me in kept asking me if I am sure I have ever been there before (when you pay over $50,000 for a car a person remembers where they bought it from) to being told car would be ready between 10 and 11 am and I show up at 1 and the car is not ready. The whole experience was a NIGHTMARE!Service: Auto battery replacement

My son took my vehicle for my first free oil change and they finished within a timely manner, they also provided paperwork with all the things they checked over the vehicle and were very nice and called once they were done. The service department needs some work. The girl that sits at the middle desk in the service office was rude to me when I explained my safety concern driving my vehicle with a problem that could potentially cause my breaks to fail while we waited a week for my parts to come in. She told me she could not give me a loaner and said I would have to talk to my sales agent if I wanted a loaner. Thankfully, he was very understanding and got me a loaner right away (He is the only reason why this review is not 1 star). I had not heard anything from them on the status of my vehicle 4 days past the week that they had originally told me so I called and was informed the parts had arrived 3 days ago and was asked if they knew my vehicle was there. After my call they started working on it but who knows how long it would have been if I had not called. I then got a call later that day saying there were a couple parts that were 1 time use that they needed to order and would be there the next morning. It was 2 days later (a total of 13 days) before it was done.
