I have ordered both over the phone and on the Casey's App at this location and both have been a flawless experience. The food was ready when I arrived and fresh out of the oven. As with any location, your service will be impacted by how busy they are at the moment. Even though they were quite busy when I arrived for pick up, I was able to check out fairly quickly and be on my way. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I never make any reviews but compared to the other Casey's this one is trash. Maybe 1 day out of the week they have pizza ready during lunch hours. The "sandwitch lady" according to them doesn't come in till 1 when everyone's lunch is already over. An they wouldn't make me a sandwitch. Y'all are constly losing money because there's literally nothing ever in there or ready. So many people walk in and out simply because there is zero pizza. It's like you can't comprehend the fact your near factory's and pizza needs to be ready and pizza ready to be replaced. This Casey's is a complete joke in comparison to others. Seems like they need to rehire all new employees and get new management cause clearly no one there working is capable.

It took forever to get my items paid for because you had two of your employee's fighting. When we got there they where fighting in the parking lot went inside fighting then outside fighting. It was a horrible look for you guys. Makes me questioned was more important to you guys customer service or work disputes in front of your customers.

I have been going to Casey s in Sterling for a few years now. They have done great work on my cars, and keep me informed on the progress. They do provide a detailed report with pictures every time I bring one of my cars in and I believe they are honest in those reports. I recommend them t anyone looking for any auto maintenance.

Ordered food for delivery. Took over 1.5 hours to show up. One pizza was correct. The other pizza and 2 liter were not. Completely forgot the potatoes. Driver returned way later with breadsticks and not what we ordered. Last time we order from there. It was not the first time something similar had happened but I always give the benefit of the doubt. Disappointed is an understatement!

Took over three hours to get my order and it was cold and the drinks had been shaken up. When I called three times requesting my order no one ever apologized or tried to offer an explanation. To top that off I was charged for a free item. Definitely not ordering from them again!

Their customer service SUCKS! They're far from friendly! One worker is too busy listening to his earbuds and singing than giving good customer service. There are a couple of employees who are friendly. They all need a lesson on how to be friendly and give good customer service! Apparently they need new management at this store! I only use this place because it's close to home and convenient.

This is the absolute worst caseys I've ever been to in my life. I sat there and waited over 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and then at the 30 min mark I go in to check on the food and they had JUST put the pizza in. So I wasted over 30 mins of my life and canceled the order. I would just go to dixon or rock falls for caseys pizza. And the employees kept lying and saying 10 mins and were very disorganized and had no idea what they were doing.

The delivery time on my order was approximately 35-45 minutes, I ordered a taco pizza, a pepperoni and sausage pizza and cheese sticks. It didn't arrive till over an hour after I placed the order, they didn't send taco sauce or sour cream for the taco pizza, and the cheese sticks were burnt to a crisp. I highly advise ordering from the rockfalls Casey's.

If you order on the Casey s app they won t make it if you click pay in store . They won t make it if you show up, talk to someone and directly place an order either.

My delivery was in point, it was made fresh and flush with ingredients . This will be my new order out joint. Thank you to the guy who took my order and to tha person who made it. A tru true thru an thru delux pizza.

I was scared to death !!! I have NEVER been so frightened in my life !!! I was minding my own business trying to simply pick up a pizza. I found myself adjacent to the donuts when I looked over and saw an extremely large woman bee-lining it towards my direction. I froze in fear. I started looking for paths to make evasive maneuvers. A fast break to the doors was out of the question. She proceeded to get closer & closer. I felt like the last chicken in the bucket at a Weight Watchers convention. I began to to sweat in fear. At that very moment my life flashed before my eyes. Could this be it ? Is this how I'm gonna go out ? Just as all hope of survival was lost a voice from over my shoulder could be heard ...."Sir your double pepperoni." I turned towards the voice as I layed my eyes on the pizza box a second voice said ..."Ooooooooh jelly-filled !!!" This was my only chance !!! I reached for the pizza and the ticket knowing the donut diversion was my ONLY hope for survival and freedom. I very discreetly maneuvered towards the cashier as to NOT startle the donut hungry beast who made me feel like I was extra crispy and on Oprah's "fridgerator-kill agenda" list. I traded cash with the cashier and proceeded towards my car NEVER looking back except for the one time as I held the door open for an elderly lady who was entering. I got in my AWD Caliber RT & proceeded home with the pizza on the passenger seat knowing that one day I would be able to share my near death experience with the local children in my neighborhood. One day these events will be folklore and prized as a hero style survival story that only a seasoned person like myself could have ever endured.OH YEAH ....THE PIZZA WAS AWESOME !!!

The hiring manager of this place needs fired! A good 85% of the employees here are rude and have no personality. Half of them never smile or give any sort of greeting at all. Again the hiring manager needs to be fired!

I swear they only make sausage pizza to put in their warmers(if there is any in there) and there's so much sausage on it I don't think they even put cheese on it! I could go on about this place but no point.

Food never is out on time new kitchen manager is totally unprofessional complaining about his job and swearing to whomever on the phone or swearing to the employees or about employees, totally unsatisfied, Route 30 will always be my store.
