Counter guy was helpful, knowledgeable. Got my correct part. No waiting. Carried my battery to my vehicle and off I went. Brought back the core, carried it in for me. Got my fee back and happy with the whole experience.

I bought bad fuel in Wood River, IL and it plugged the fuel filters on my truck. It was a Saturday afternoon and this NAPA was the only place along I-55 I found open. I purchased new fuel filters there and they let me pull into their parking lot to change them, even though I had a trailer on the truck and took most of it up. They even let me borrow a 32 MM socket to remove the filter housing and gave me some cardboard to lay on. A bunch of great people!

I needed to upgrade my 3/8" air line fittings to 1/2" and the place that I bought the hose from did not carry one 1/2" fittings. Went to Napa and they every fitting in stock.
