We broke down on the way to our vacation destination called several local auto places all were horrible but not Als! they were compassionate and understood we were stranded!!! he gave tow recommendations and got our truck to the shop. it was a nightmare getting to and from our vacation destination. he ordered what was needed for the truck had someone work on it and we got our truck back little after finishing our trip. i am grateful we went with Aljets automotive. they were there for us and got the job done. i would highly recommend them.Service: Transmission repair

This place is unique from other repair shops as they repair a lot more commercial vehicles than others. They also have a policy where you can actually buy your parts elsewhere and they'll install them instead of selling you the parts. It's only that flexibility that makes me want to give it five stars. But because they have so much business if you are a commercial location you'll be waiting a long time for your vehicle to be fixed

These guys were amazing - sons truck broke down while towing, they jumped in to help diagnose, then pitched in to help him unload his truck and trailer to another one. Wonderful service, they really did right by us, and honestly have more in service than they charged us for. Highly recommended local shop.

Buyer Beware. Incompetent mechanics that would rather screw up a vehicle than just pass on the work they clearly don't understand. Didn't Even check my charging system to diagnose why battery was dead. Just replaced it. Every charged me for it and sent me in my way. Car made it 5 hours off and on before stalling on a bridge in rush hour traffic. Thank God for Idot our I might have been killed by traffic. Run don't walk to another mechanic.

I have had Aljets work on my car on several occasions and every time my experience has been the same. Only the work required and that I approve is done, price is reasonable, work is top quality and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Stopped in to have my tire pressure checked and the 2 men ( im assuming one was the owner) made me feel so humiliated. I had some body damage done to my car (because someone hit me) and they made comments to me abt it that were rude and uncalled for. They were going to get my business for oil change....but after that...NO. I will take my car elsewhere for any of my car needs.

I loved the friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service. The time it took to get the job done was way shorter than I have experienced with other businesses too. I highly recommend Aljets Automotive. Thanks guys.

They are very helpful understanding and very knowledgeable about vehicles the work is guaranteed and you know it's going to be done right at a reasonable price the problem and they are very dependable

Called in for an oil change, when I stated the car they suddenly became less eager to serve me, even going as far as not being able to give me a day I could get my car in there.
