My transmission on my 2010 Audi S4 went out. I was out of any sort of warranty so a brand new 12k transmission from Audi was not an option as that is the value of my car. Transmission shops in my area were incompetent to rebuild it so low mileage used was the only option on the table.The transmission for these cars are difficult to find as they are rare. I had to dig through every possible wrecking yard in this country to find it.Todd was very helpful and met every request I had. He provided pictures of the donor car; had it pulled and on a pallet ready for shipping ahead of schedule and prior to my payment. He was willing to negotiate and included extra parts I requested.The transmission showed up and there was minor damage that would cost a couple hundred dollars to fix. This was due to the shipping company. Todd went out of his way and refunded the cost to fix it while he dealt with the shipping company!This family owned business treated me right and I have a running car again! They genuinely care and took away much of the stress I was having with getting this car fixed! Thank you from Gig Harbor, WA!

I had a short window of time and they accommodated my requests and allowed me to remotely pay and that s the only way I could ve gotten this taken care of for my daughter. I sincerely appreciate their willingness to work around what I needed and the paint matched and it was priced way better than everything else I saw that did not match.

I've bought several things from Captain Todd's and I am more than satisfied. I recently got a very nice set of tires for $150. I am a retired woman with plenty of time to look for a good deal and Captain Todd's has them!

My 20 year old son had a blowout and bent a wheel on a road trip through IL a few weeks ago. I made some calls from my home in Kansas and happened to catch the owner here after hours. He was super helpful in finding a new wheel for our Hyundai (exact match to the others). He also found is a great tire for the wheel and took the time to give make sure my son was able to make it someplace to get the tire and wheel mounted so he could get back on the road.The local Hyundai dealer would have charged us over $500 for a factory replacement wheel, and would have taken two days to arrive. This got my son back on the road the same day and saved us hundreds of dollars. Thanks again!

This place is here just doing business, customer service reflects this. They treat their used product like its disposable eg, they loaded a truck bed into a trailer for me but scratches the hell out of it while trying to load it with an over sized forklift.

$100 for used steel wheel, can order them new for $70... They apparently think people are stupid! Called another place with used steel wheels and they quoted $25. So dont get shafted call around before you go here!
