Been working with Matt in parts on a Honda Helix project. Made several substantial parts purchases over about 4 months and went pretty deep into the project. Matt was a BIG help with helping me keep on track to get it done. Did the whole project with HONDA OEM parts and I'm glad I did. Everything worked when the project was done.

I purchased a brand new 2022 Indian Scout Bobber 20 ABS a week ago. My husband and I drove over 5 hours each way to pick up my bike. Once I found the bike I wanted, our Salesman Dave helped every step of the way.We arrived shortly after the store opened on a Saturday morning, Dave and the entire Team were absolutely wonderful!They have an impressive selection of bikes and other vehicles along with riding gear.If you live in the area or are driving through stop by!

I bought a Yamaha ATV 300 used. They adjusted the carburetor for me and cleaned it out. Put a new fuel filter in it. And it runs just like a brand new one. I'm real satisfied with my purchase. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy nothing. I bought it as is. But yet they let me take it back and they fixed it for me for free. Great job guys

I recently bought a Polaris Sportsman 1000 from Trevor at World of Powersports In Springfield. Trevor was helpful from the start and still helped and answered my calls after hours. I had a loose wire on the atv causing the fan to not engage. I plugged it in and the fan kicked on immediately. He still sent someone to pick up the atv. His Maintenance team checked it top to bottom and brought it back. Runs amazing as it should. Something so small was not taken lightly and I really appreciate that. You will see my family and I again in the future. Thank You!

The service department in Springfield is terrible. They had my 3 wheeler for about a year and made 0 progress on it. Originally I was quoted 6-8 weeks for a top end rebuild. That turned into 6-8 months. I would call every 2 weeks and Ed would give me the same sorry excuse of were backed up but it should be done by next week. When it was finally done I picked it up and payed for the work that was done it was still smoking oil. I took it to the Decatur location and was told by their service department that nothing was even done to the motor. A year and some cash later it was finally fixed at a different location. Stay away from Ed and his service department.

I returned again hahah, really great customer service and always helpful. Even when wanting a newer faster bike Trevor, sales rep, made it extremely easy and made sure I was comfortable and was able to fill in all the gaps where needed. Overall great place haven t been disappointed yet. I recently just called about a new slip on exhaust and they said they could help, really just an all around great place.

This is the fourth time that I have visited the Indian dealership. Not one time has anybody that worked in the sales floor even acknowledged that I was there and I have stared at them a few times and they would just walk right on by. I rode over an hour on my Indian considering trading or even purchasing a second motorcycle. It appears I'm going to have to go towards Chicago to find a dealership that actually wants to talk to me and sell me another indian.

I was downsizing motorcycles from touring to a cruiser. Trevor was my salesman and knew my trade was worth more than the used Harley I wanted. The finance manager gave me a fair trade in value and the smaller bike was listed at a very fair price. I m sure there wasn t much commission made, but everyone treated me great.

TERRIBLE PLACE took my friends 09 ktm250sx to get a simple tire change, tire change was almost 200 for the whole deal, we sat for 2.5 hours while they changed and pinched this tube 2 times

Bought two motorcycles they couldn t even put the tag or help us load them. Salesman left. Pretty much try another place. Not very good service.

I dealt with Trevor while purchasing a new motorcycle from their store. He was very knowledgeable and friendly during the entire transaction. The service/parts employees were great also, they were happy to help load the bike into the truck and strap it down.

Walked right in and found what we was looking for Trevor Snow was are sales agent and although he was super busy with customers he did a fantastic job with the paperwork and getting ATV , out the door for us to take home Thank you Trevor Snow , I hope others will know they can count on you to get the job done !!!!

Do not take ur dirtbike here for tire change it was gonna take an hour then after it was done the tire wasn t even on the bead and the tube was hanging out the rim.

Had a really great experience with WPS Springfield. Came into look and Trevor S. gave us the personal attention we look for when dropping some serious $$'s. Ended up with a new Kaw 1000SX that is our "Corvette/Pickup Truck." The wife is comfy when touring, and I can get a thrill ride in when solo. Thanks WPS and Trevor!

So our saga continues with World of Powersports - Springfield, IL they called Mike today and said that he needed to come sign paper work on second jet ski as they said the loan company didn t receive the paperwork ..same sentence states he has proof they sent it. So they dinged our credit again and when Mike arrived to sign paper work the guy says the only thing that changed was the date. Well with all of the issues, thank god Mike has a brain. He says the interest is not the same the guys says oh well our finance department can fix that, but no one is in today. So he drove to Springfield from Decatur for no reason at all. I wish we would have purchased them from someone else. Save yourself, don t ever use them they are so incompetent! I can t believe this place.

My sale man Trevor was fantastic so was Andy in finance. If you buy anything from here I would have the shop double check anything they needed to put together, as my caliper bolts were so lose they fell out. Thank good I didn't ride it home. Could have crashed . Hell could have died . And when I brought it to service attention, they came across as not giving much of a care. Trevor on the other hand was willing to have the bike picked up, checked, and returned, at no cost even with me being in Bloomington Illinois. I simply asked for the torque specs and had it all checked by a shop mechanic at my job.

Called them about a kawasaki mule they had listed online, when asking about the price i told them what it was listed for online and the saleman said no we cant sell it for that price. Told the salesman it was listed in multiple places online for said price. I was told to hold on while he got a manager for me to talk with, while on hold for over 20 mins the price was changed online and a manager never came to the phone.

3-9-24 I picked up a 2023 Honda Navi everything went fine it runs good but I discovered one problem with it when I get home the keys that with my bike works on everything but the cargo box , this is no fault of world of power sports in any way shape or form , I brought the cargo box back up with the keys to see what the service department can do with it , it was a no go for a solution and they summed it up that they need to get in touch with Honda about this so it s on hold here till I here what they have to say , other than that minor setback everything went good and I m happy with the purchase.

So basically I just needed some fluids and filter. No problems and the lady who waited on me was quite knowledgeable and friendly. Seems they have quite a large inventory here.

I had no experience prior to walking in and regardless the staff of Wold of Power Sports helped me learn and make a smart choice when getting my motorcycle. Trevor was beyond kind offering to help me get my new ride home when I was not comfortable enough to do it myself. I would highly recommend this location over everything else in town. While they don't have super specific items under one brand they have a diverse selection that was both interesting to look at and explore but show me what was out there. Cannot talk highly enough about them.
