We paid for their windshield wiper and installation service. We got two premium wipers (RainX) with installation for less than $20. Last place we went was twice as much for comparable service.

Went to other tire service centers, but they wouldn't order the specific tire we wanted, so we decided to order them online through Walmart and get them put on here. The price was fair ($75 to install all 4 tires) and we were pleased with how quick the tires were shipped to the store. They said it would take a while to put the tires on due to them being larger, but it only took an hour, so it was very convenient. They didn't offer a warranty plan to us because it was for a commercial vehicle, but we didn't mind that. Wouldn't hesitate to buy tires again from here.Service: Tires

In the middle of a cross country trip when I got an alert for low oil levels in my vehicle. Went to check the levels and top them off when my hood latch failed on me. Stopped in Springfield for the evening and called them first thing in the morning and explained my situation. Was told that if I cannot get into the hood myself they will not open it for me! Only reason I was going to go to them is because they're right next to my hotel. Will definitely never be giving them my business again, hopefully when different places open at 8 am a better service center will take my money and be happy to do so.

Great service! Fit me in even though it was close to closing time. I am grateful they were able to accommodate me for my much needed oil change

I have been here twice. First time, I personally think they did not even change oil but for sure did not top up the fluids. I avoided this place for almost 3 years thought it is closest. I went to another Walmart near I55 business. Today since I have a road trip and Dodd not have lot of time came again into try out. The record shows that car vacuum but not so I went to desk and ask them to do it. I have been told to wait initially to disappoint but I decided to wait. Finally they got the vacuum done. The oil change etc you can not see you have to trust and from my both experience that I will never ever go back to this place.

Awesome store awesome techs they currently have re-opened with new hours 8-5 on Sunday 8-6 on weekdays. As of 9-1-2020. Please come on in and get that much needed over due oil changer and new tires or rotate and balance. Battery s etc.. come on in!!!

Gooder than Target. Target doesn't have an auto center. They are fast and experienced. They don't use bondo or duck tape for their repairs.

Just went in for oil change & good thing we checked afterwards....they failed to put the required amount/didn't even top off. Went back & they apologized and topped off. Lost my business now.
