Upon arrival for my first appointment for tires, I arrived a few minutes late and was still giving the best service possible. The cashier was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My appointment was a hour long so I was able to get some last minute stuff done while I wait. Afterwards, the cashier described what was done, explained what I had pre-paid for and wished me goodbye.

Oil change scheled for 7am. FYI they take 1st come 1st serve for the 7am. 8 am for replacing tires. I went home and they kept me updated by texts. I luke saving money and Walmart helps me to do that #localguides

This Walmart never has appointment availability does it have employees at the register to provide customer service. They never know anything about what you need. Walmart Near Target it is always fast service , they know everything and they always have employees on register.

Online showed my tires in stocks at 3 different locations and upon going to get these tires iwas told they are special order tires. I know its not the employees fault at these stores. But a little online exclusive or delivery only label would have solved a big headache for everyone.

These guys were great! Took me in without an appointment. Mounted and balanced a tire (cheaper than I thought for a low profile tire with a tire sensor), and oil change within 30 minutes. Took a little while for them to get to my vehicle because they were very busy. But once they did, the work was done in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend

Horrible customer service! Never going back!!! I guess you can t leave your car there an hour earlier than your appointment with 20 open spots in the parking lot. Guy at the front desk should be in a position that he doesn t have to think.

don't get your car worked on here. they messed up the oil on my car and when I called nobody could help me. the young man transferred me he didn't say it was transferring me to and the phone just rang and rang and rang I was 4 hours away from home when I realized they messed up my oil change. they don't have a supervisor over there right now. so the store manager was able to help out by giving me a $50 gift card to make up for the negligence. but that really doesn't save the stress and the oil. when I went back to get the card they wouldn't even look at my car and top it off...

Super nice. Got my tires on real quick and affordably. Oil change done then as well. Mentioned to the tech I had just purchased the vehicle and had done a LOT of repairs to the old girl to get her safe and road worthy. The tech took an extra few minutes to make sure the car looked good. Great experience.

Recently started getting my oil changes here. Great and fast service. Gave me an ETA which was on the dot. Complementary gen checkup was pretty comprehensive. Results were consistent with my own personal checkup too. They even inflated my tires without charge. Prices posted upfront and no hidden fees. No surprise issues or leaks needing extra time and money to fix. I used to pay three times as much at the dealer and double at the local auto shop.They also have a number of other services. Battery lead corrosion cleaning as well as headlight replacement. Really cheap.I do not see a reason to take my cars anywhere else.

Don t change your tires or service your car here. It s super slow; like 3 hours waiting time slow. This is my last time for autocare.

They always seem overly busy and understaffed. But it's hard to beat their prices, so I keep going back. There are more selections and good tire deals at Walmart.com. You can order online and have them shipped to the store for free.

They don't answer phone. Vary unorganized. Don't have full set's of the cheap Brand. Good luck on them text you when there done.

Oil Mobile 1 (0-20W synthetic) and filter replaced. The oil looked very clean after change. Adam-the service greeter was very pleasant, and answered all my questions in a friendly manner.My vehicle was in at 7:15am and out at around 9am which seemed a little long. Other than the time-to-complete the oil change; this walmart is a great place to get an affordable and well serviced oil change. They also vacuumed my driver/passenger floor mats, which was nice of them.

I came in for an oil change, quoted 30 minutes. Ive been here for 2 hours. Pat never put his mask on once. The door check guy is acting like he's dying. He must do it all the time because, literally the whole staff is ignoring it. Has been for hours. I could have went to auto zone and bought all the necessary tools, went home and taught myself how to do it faster than this. I would have left but they have my damn keys.

I went to Walmart thinking I was going to be there forever luckily I got out of there within an hour for tire rotation. Gentleman was nice enough to tell me I need an alignment which I already knew. Much different than the last time I went so this is a great improvement.

This was one of my better experiences at Walmart auto. They were close to closing and originally said I was too late to get an oil change but managed to get me in. The service technician I dealt with there was very professional also.

Good at changing oil but don't expect them to check anything they have listed like other fluids. My receipt says I declined all of that when I specifically requested it.

Absolute joke. 2 hours for a basic oil change. Tech drove my car thru the lot like it was the Indy 500. Never coming back.

They are consistently backed up for hours. I have used their services after another case of overpromise and under-deliver. Should have learned the first couple of times.

Called at 1130 was told they had no cars in the bay. Showed up at noon to get 2 new back tires on. Its 230 and my car just touched the ground

2hr wait time on tire install and not to mention the 30mins it took to get me checked in...my online order for the tires was proceesed quicker than that!

Nothing like trying to fight the madness of the grocery/home section. They make it quick and painless to get in and get out.. as long as what you need is in stock.

Estimated wait time one hr been here for 2 and still not even working on it yet!Update still it s been 2 1/2 hrs of wait time but manager did give us a gift card for the wait thank you Sarah

The worst. Wait is forever, they refuse to answer the phone, if you can find anyone whoworks there everyone says they don t know what s going on and says they ll ask someone else. When they say you ll wait 30 minutes you re going to wait 2 hours minimum.
