I got my car oil changed in 20 minutes while I remained in my car. The topped off my wiper fluid level and aired up my tires.If you text the member on the receipt they will text you coupons. The website has coupons also. The coupons range from $15-$25 off the service.

Took my truck for an oil change and I can tell you, the manager James was very nice and professional. The service was quick and clean. I was looking for a place that I could trust my new truck and they are the best in town. I will definitely come back again.

They are 100% better than the rest. They actually care and help you out. I've tried going to Walmart and they've done nothing but break things. My tire pressure sensor,l and another time my hood latch. Everytime I've went to this Jefferson location they've been nothing but helpful. Really great crew!

Okay, today was wild. In a GOOD way. Not only was the service prompt, I never left my car, and I was well educated on items that I didn't know about my SUV. When I left, the manager yelled out Bay 1 is leaving and all of the guys yelled goodbye. One of them even yelled out a compliment on my hat. I have never had a friendly goodbye and waiving before. And this type of service, ladies and gentlemen, is why I pass up 5 other oil change shops and go to Valvoline on Jefferson St. specifically. You won't find this type of service anywhere else.

These guys are consummate professionals. I'm sitting here in the truck, getting the fastest oil change of my life, with only a five minute wait. They're pitching upsells, but they're not pushing- and as a salesman by trade, I appreciate their respectful approach. They're also not trying to tell me everything's gone bad, which I've grown accustomed to in an oil change; instead, they're telling me everything I've replaced earlier this year looks good, as it should! After today's visit and the service I'm getting, I'll be coming back for the next round in a few months. James and Herb took great care of the Jeep- but more importantly to me, they're doing things right here and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. You definitely don't get this kind of service just everywhere. So I won't be going anywhere else!

First time they messed up my Benz I gave em the benefit of doubt because tech was young and probably new, but today a manager couldn't even complete a full synthetic oil change. Place is a joke

Excellent service. Great attention to detail. Pure professionals. Special shout out to Doug, who went well above and beyond. I was curious about the transmission on a recently purchased used van and he went downstairs, checked things out, took photos, checked them again when the vehicle was started, explained it all to me. This man is the best.

Had a great experience at this Valvoline. I drive a Volvo that uses full-synthetic oil and the changes are usually around $100 or more. My battery was going out as well and they were able to replace that, and change the oil for less than the cost of my last battery installation. Took about 25 minutes and I was on my way! I have always been skeptical of these kinds of places. Not only witnessing but seeing the various videos out there of service techs saying they changed the oil or something but the video shows they didn't.Not here, showed up right after work, waited less than 20 minutes to have my car services and done! Had tires rotated, oil and oil filter changed, 18 point safety inspection, air filter replaced, fluids topped off.Staff was very professional, motivated, and moved with a purpose around the bay. My safety was taken seriously as my presence was announced loudly so everyone could hear it that a customer was in the bay. Everything that was done to my car was explained to me. I was impressed with the service I received being my expectations were very low with places such as this.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Very impressed with the service I received. They had a full staff and you could tell they had good communication with each other. Everyone was working hard and efficiently. They took the time to check all my signal and break lights, checked my tire pressure, air filters, topped all my fluids and explained all upcoming maintenance. Knowing these places charge higher prices for filters than auto parts stores, I asked about purchasing a cabin filter elsewhere and the gentleman told me if I bought one somewhere else and brought it by he would change it for free. It s been a long time since I have received such good customer service from anywhere and wanted to be sure they got the recognition. I wish I had the nice man s name, I think it was Dale.Service: Oil change

This is my first time ever coming here she I am thoroughly impressed. The gentlemen, Colin and Donald, who walked me through the process, were extremely friendly and informative. Remaining seated in my vehicle is certainly a nice touch. Though it is my first visit, I assure you this will be the first of many. Well done, folks!!

Efficient, professional and affordable. I have used VIOC for the past 25 years in California and on the east coast .Consistency is the main reason they have retained my loyalty.They do an incredible job here. Great crew on Jefferson St. in Spfld Ill.Tire rotation was not a good idea here.Great for oil changes but that's it.

Went over on my lunch break and they were quick, courteous, and also let me know a couple of things I needed (a back license plate light, and a rear window wiper needed replaced). I have definitely found my new place to get my oil changed!! Totally recommended them!!!

Amazing staff!!! So thankful for them as they helped me out with a problem that had happened at a different valvoline store. They had a member physically come to my house to check on my vehicle and proceeded to do another oil change free of charge and reimburse me for the past locations mistake!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was in on Saturday 07/02/22 and holy smokes is this place great. They have you wait in the car (which is awesome) and interact with you while the oil change is going on. Tim the manager was in charge of my oil change and it was fast, courteous and professional. The whole crew is great and it was fun to watch the interaction with the other drivers. Then at the end the whole staff yells Bye as you leave the garage. It is hard to find decent customer service in this town but you can sure find it here. Do yourself a favor and stop in for an oil change.Service: Oil change

Do not send your daughters alone. My daughter was harrased and hit on by the AM for the entire oil change. He wouldn't stop talking to her about how she smelled and oddly trying to guess her shampoos. The service was horrible. The tech failed to completely secure the cars skid plate. The skid plate then partially fell while driving. There were multiple screws missing so emergency zip ties had to be used just to get the vehicle home. The zip ties had to be installed on the side of a very vusy highway. There are hand prints all over the vehicle. Oil is also dripping from the motor and of course the wonderful smell of oil burning on the exhaust. We have made a call to corporate where they apologized and said we would get a call sometime. This is unacceptable on all fronts.

I bring my work vehicle here whenever it needs maintenance. Every time I come the guys are always super nice and professional. Never had a bad experience with them. I was really, really impressed! It can be a frustrating experience to be female and get my car serviced. I have been patronized at every place I've gone to for car maintenance, and most places very blatantly attempt to manipulate me into spending more money. Not here at all. They were fast, clear, kind, and helpful. When recommending additional services they didn't try to push me, simply offered, explained them and immediately moved on when I said no. They may be more expensive than some other places, but the upcharge was absolutely worth the service. HIGHLY recommend, especially for women.

Always takes longer than the advertised 10 minutes, but they do an excellent job, and the guys are friendly. They take care of what needs to be done, and I feel like they are not too pushy. Location on Jefferson is very convenient!

It was fairly quick and with the discount from calling in made it fairly cheap. They inspect like thirty main parts of your vehicle. It seems like a good over all value. I paid around 60 for a oil change with midgrade aynthetic oil. Thwy chwck your lights turn signals, battery level, wipers, air filters among other things.

Been here multiple times. Good service but more expensive than dealer. This time let them change the cabin air filter behind the glove box. Could not get glove box put back. Took three guys. No biggie. I like being able to wait in the car.
