The guys made it a fun time, the male assistant Manager on duty last night was great. The female was not very friendly, but she was underneath my car most of the time so no big deal, she did great at her job. Overall fantastic visit. I drove half hour after work to get my oil changed and then an hour back home and 10/10 will come back to get my oil changed here again.

Everyone was very friendly and they caught a tear in my belt I didn't know was there saving me from a disaster later! I didn't even have to get out the car which was perfect because I had my dogs with me. It was a bit pricey ($109 for full synthetic) but it was quick and convenient and I received great service so I would say it was worth it.

Was just in for an oil change. Clinton and the team here were very helpful and showed genuine care while helping me with my car. Kind advice for maintaining my vehicle and making sure I was safe for the road. Thank you for the great service I will be back again.

Awesome service here, Evan did a great job. Made sure to show me what he recommended I get serviced and why, gave options when it came to the different products he could use. Will definitely be coming back again.

This place is always friendly- doesn t push too hard to upswell and they are a team. Enjoyable experience every time I ve been in. You can tell this place is ran well. I ve had my oil changed, tires rotated, and even had my battery changed here.

I wanted to give 5 stars but the picture of there prices of there services are extremely deceiving! The full synthetic shows 67.99 and when you go to pay your charged 99.99! Now thats 30 bux and in today the prices that people are charging and blaming it on Covid or inflation need to realize they cant recoup there losses on the backs of the customers. Now dont get me wrong, I understand a rise in prices but 30 bux is abit much especially when 5 quarts of valvoline full synthetic oil is 30 dollars a jug. The service was top notch just rubbed on the price issue.There was no harm intended. Just wanted to have some updated pics of pricesnor delete existing so there isnt any confusion. THANK YOU.

This place is a joke. Not only rude but also stupid. I know that I was low on brake fluid but they checked the box that said it was ok. Don t waste your time or money. I will never go back

Family member recommended this place to me. Came in from out of town. Customer service here is top notch. Some of the best customer service I ve received at an oil change shop, ever.They got me in and got me out. I didn t have to exit my car. All of the service techs were on point and communicated w/ each other well. The only gripe I can say is they did not reset my oil meter back after changing my oil. But I learned how to do it now and it s no big deal.The customer service was so good, that I may actually start coming here from out of town to get service. I feel confident that the service techs here are going to do the job and do it right.Bonus: After changing my oil, the servicer showed me the dipstick that he change it. The little things are the big things to some people and I appreciated that.

Dangerous level of incompetence here. Do not let anyone from this location touch your vehicle. Complete lack of professionalism.

Professional and honest. Came in to recharge the AC and change the battery. Manager Clinton run the tests and told us the battery is in good condition and the AC Freon doesn t need to be recharged. He spent about an hour running these tests and didn t us charge anything.

The staff was great. I also liked the fact that the assistant manager and the manager were both on duty. They were actually helping out also. I didn't have to get the kids out of the car. I didn't have to chase my two year old granddaughter around.

Elias did me right! I m on a road trip and suspected I had added too much oil. Came in worried after my engine seemed funky and he confirmed it was a quart or two above level. Got the level straight and filled up my washer fluid and tire pressure as a curtesy. Also I watched the other techs and they were all very professional.

They are awesome and back their words, if something you buy don't work right they will replace it for free. That makes me feel better about going there with my business. The people are friendly employee. The mangers back the. Products, in my case it was my battery. They even came to my house to help out on it not working and found out that the battery I bought wasn't good. I would recommend it to anyone and I will keep going there myself

Our experience was horrible. We pulled up and were next in line. The worker asked us to move back while he was letting a car from another lane go ahead of us. We kindly obliged. When it came to our turn to go next, he refused to let us go next. The manager stood there and didn't care and allowed it then walked off. Horrible service!!!!! Will never go back again.

I like going to this place. They still have the capacity, training, and professionalism to get cars through quickly. A lot of shops have lost sight of the value of their customers time AND vehicle care. The manager here has not. Polite crew.

I went here to get my oil changed last. Well I decided to change my oil myself this time. When I got under my car to take the oil filter off, I thought it wasn t going to come off because of how tight they put it on. I FINALLY got it to come loose and then proceeded to try and remove the oil plug off the pan. Well I had stripped the head due to it being so tight. I had to get a bolt extractor socket AND use a hammer to knock the bolt loose. No way in hell was I about to take it back to them or even my dealer to have them knock it loose. Seems like a way to get more money out of people.Service: Oil change

The gentlemen at the Valvoline on Dirksen do an amazing job. They are fast and friendly and always professional. They talk to me about my car without mansplaining, and then get the door for me too. I value their thoughts on services for my car and appreciate that no matter how busy they are, the work is always done quickly and with a great attitude. These guys are always professional, courteous, and quick. It's a wait in your car location now which means you pull in, they change your oil, and then you're out the door. Can ask for a faster service than that. Keep rocking it guys!

The guys that work at this store are great. Every single person I have dealt with has been wonderful. My issue is with their shady billing policies at corporate. In 2020 you would think it would be possible to put exactly what you are charging a customer on the invoice. I went back to complain today. My invoice says 6 quarts of oil, plus one oil filter for a set price. It shows the coupon I presented for $5 off. Then there is an "extra oil charge" for a penny less than the coupon I presented. When I asked about the "extra oil charge" I was told, "all prices are quoted at 5 quarts and that is standard in the lube industry." Ok, cool. I get it. So, why does my invoice say 6 quarts? If you add an extra quart to 6 quarts then that is 7. Fairly obvious. Hopefully the lube industry can recognize common sense and simple billing without being shifty or confusing. The truck takes 6 quarts. Simple stuff.
