Great experience all around!! Story time coming up.We are a local tree service here in Springfield and at 6:30 am when we arrived at the shop we started our bucket truck only to find a fitting on an air line for our air brakes was leaking. We called truck center and explained the issue to Alex. He then had us come in so he could access the problem. He not only got our problem fixed for a great price, but also had us out of there and to our scheduled project in time to still get it completed. Thank you Alex and Truck Center for your amazing service to this small business. We will be back!

This place is amazing. I rarely leave reviews so if Im taking time out of my day to say this I mean it through and through. Chris at service is great, very friendly guy called him when i was about two hours out and he was able to get me in for a quick pm service. The driver lounge is excellent, laundry, showers, tv, couches to rest. 10/10 would recommend this location.

Friendly and courteous staff, the computer guy was very helpful and informative. One of the girl at front desk had a great personality, spoke to her over the phone and gave directions ect on how to get there since i wasn t from that area. I would recommend this place to anyone and sure would visit again. The shower and laundry room was a plus, i didn t expect all of that to be there.

Excellent facility and very friendly staff. I needed the EGR Actuator replaced and from wheels stop to wheels start was 2 hours. I've never been to a Freightliner Dealership where I was repaired this fast! Thanks to Ray who did an amazing job, from finding the system software needed updating to replacing the EGR Actuator so fast. These guys have warehouses on site with a large parts inventory which obviously helped get me rolling so quickly. If I'm within 250 miles of these guys and needing repairs, I'll take the time to get there. It will save me time in the long run. Highly Recommend This Dealership!

This dealership has done a total 180 in the past several years. I had a very unique truck set up, but Jeff and Dirk did an amazing job on communicating with Freightliner and Detroit, and got it just perfect! Huge kudos to these folks for navigating a somewhat challenging programming situation. They couldn't of been more professional!! Thanks again.

Awesome place. Friendly staff. Came in with after treatment problem. Within an hour found out def pump bad. Usually have to wait days to get part and fix. But they had one in stock. Replaced and out in 2 hours. Recommend this shop to all drivers.

Was scheduled to have service at 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday. Meant we would have to sit all night and wait in their yard. Got there around 8:30 p.m. Friday night, and as fast as I could grab a few things, they took us in that night. I was able to grab a shower there, in their super clean shower room with towels provided. Watch TV in an okay drivers lounge, and if I wasn't so tired, I could have done laundry there. Super nice people, SUPER great prices on parts/labor. This is our new Go-To Freightliner shop!!

I'm an owner operator and I couldn't be more impressed with the service department here. I needed a new radiator on a Friday morning the work of new years and these guys saved my load and my backhaul home. They were not only able to work me in asap even though they had a busy schedule, but turned an 8 hour job into a 5 hour job so I could deliver my load and get home. Andy the foreman was extremely professional and also helped me find a part number for something else I needed. Alex the mechanic did a phenomenal job with the installation and in a timely manner. Thank you guys for getting me in, out, and home.

Great work from the guys at Truck Centers Inc! I was on my way to Dallas in the middle of snow and ice storm and was having some power issues. Not only did they get to me right away but their tech had diagnosed the problem with in minutes of me being there. It turns out I had air coming into my fuel lines and that was causing the truck to sputter. He he sealed up the squeaks and also took care of my of my squeaky pulley and belts. After a shower and a movie at their nice facility. I was back on the road driving with confidence knowing that my truck was not going to leave me stranded on the side of the road. Thank you guys!

Wow!! This is one of my go to places, when I need service. They operate with honesty and integrity, I know from experience. The staff at this location, truly treat customers with respect. Every associate you come across are so nice, from Service,Sales ( Bob), and Rita ( Marga) who works the front, also the Parts department. I hate when my truck needs repairs, but this Dealership is number 1, to me. Thank y all for doing it Right.T Barr Trucking

i give these guys 5 out of 5 stars. I drive for clean harbors and was having issues with my re-gen day before thanksgiving. they got me right in fixed my re-gen issue and also discovered 2 recalls and fixed them also and i was back on the road after 5 hours at the shop and still able to make it home in traverse city mi. in time for thanks giving dinner.Every one from the mechanic to the manager were very kind and polite. the parts manager even offered me a ride to go get lunch. they insisted to take meanywhere i needed to go. So thumbs up to this crew. I hope you all enjoyed your thanksgiving as i did thanks to the professional service rendered at this location

The worst dealer in Springfield I don t recommend this shop they not professional employees just bring you truck and they finish between 4 a 5 days later or more another thing they never call you for update about the service even if the truck is ready, just thinking so much to use this dealer because is the worst in town. Found another options first before to think of them.

Bad experience. I paid $2500 for a oil change, tie rod, shock absorber and replace the main cut off switch. They kept my truck for almost two weeks. When I picked my truck up after paying them it won t start they had to jump it off. I end up having to take my truck to Volvo they assessed the situation and it ends up somebody at Freightliner install the main switch wrong so Volvo had to go behind them and correct their mistakes. I reached out to the manager Jeremy no response. To all the small companies and owner opp stay away from these big dealer ship shops they are rip offs. I prefer to deal with small mom and pop shop you get way better service. This is a lesson learn

This is the friendliest and most helpful service center I have ever been to. They were very courteous and understanding of my time. They understand that a truck driver needs to be driving not sitting around. They fixed my problem and had me out of there in under two hours. They let me know all of my options up front and did not surprise me in the end. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their freightliner serviced. Thank yall for the professionalism. Keep up the good work! I really mean it.

We had developed an issue with our egr cooler. We have a new truck that was covered under warranty so we stopped in to Truck Centers, Inc., Springfield Freightliner service center.We spoke with the service manager, Jeff, who explained there were many people in front of us, but he would get someone to verify our diagnostic code, (egr cooler issue).The mechanic confirmed our issue, they got the part ordered, which had to come from Pheonix. It was ordered Monday afternoon an arrived Wednesday morning. We were out of there by Wednesday afternoon.We were able to stay in the truck for the day and a half which was great. They have shower and laundry facilities right in the building so we were able to do chores while we waited. The staff and property are dog friendly. Lots of grass in the surrounding area, and after coming from Scottsdale, AZ our pups loved the green grass!Everyone was helpful, FAST, super friendly and made being stuck, (which we never got that feeling here! Can you believe it!), almost a pleasure!Freightliner should come to this site and see how it's done for sure! This place should be the standard!

We went here yesterday when we had some serious issues with our truck, and instead of doing what most places do, leaving us with a random rental truck and making us pack up everything for a week with three dogs, they really stepped up and made sure everything was fixed the right way! Thanks Tim and team members! This was awesome enough that we d consider moving here! Chivalry is not dead here!

Great people company I was working for left me there bourbon trucking has nothing but broken down trucks and trls broke down 5 times on one run and then ripped me off on my pay because I quit

They've sold me parts to trucks, but they've never actually fixed any problem with a freightliner truck I've brought to them. They're friendly enough, but you can be nice and lie too.

The crew here is amazing. They always call and let us know if they have a problem or if they found a better way to fix our truck. We have a new 2020 Freightliner and they was able to fix our problem. Always a friendly and confident crew. Thanks guys, Travis' Wife

Its rip off i guess nothing new for a dealer, but they are dishonest too. I came in for oil change (mistake number 1 it took 3 and a half hours and it's 450$) i also asked if they have connector for low beam, the guy sais we probably have we will see the part and let you know they chatged me 117$ for labor for screwing two wires. I wasn't told that they will change the part and i wasn't told the price. Do yourself a favor make sure to tell them to ask you before they do anything or you will be ripped of for sure

Great!We were met with a very friendly, helpful and concerned freightliner team. Everyone starting from top management to the mechanics made us feel like family. We feel glad to have purchased a freightliner and hope that other service facilities provide the same family like feeling.

Told me at would take 2 days to get my truck in the shop but they finished my repair in less than a day. Very well ran business in my opinion, that's the best way to describe them.
