I purchased a trailer from the approximately 6 months ago for my side by side. I also purchased a spare tire and they forgot to mount it on the bracket on the side of the trailer at the time. Someone left a voicemail a few days later saying as much.I rarely make it over to Springfield from Jacksonville so when I just recently called to check about picking up the tire one of their salesman (Dave) said that since he lives near Jacksonville he would kindly meet me in Jacksonville to give me the tire.Very pleased with my trailer!

Bought a new trailer . Used it twice . I weigh 142 pounds . Stepped up on one of the side steps and the welding failed .Next use the door jack folded sideways took trailer into them . I was told I would get a new foot jack . That didn t happen they bent it back into place and trailer leans now and is wobblyWent back in 2 months ago and they were suppose to order new foot jack and call me . I never got a call . So I think I ve gave them the benefit of the doubt waiting patiently as I have especially considering i bought a dump trailer from them that had a cracked battery post that I had to fix . Should have never went and bought anything else from them . That was my mistakeSo beware they sell you stuff that s faulty and won t do anything to fix it !!!!!!

EXCELLENT customer service from Dave and Jeremy. I work for an out of town company, we needed emergency service and after calling 7 different companies, I was finally able to get connected with these two fine gentlemen. They stopped what they were doing to accommodate my needs and had my trailer and business turned around in no time. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

I called on a Friday, before a long weekend, After loosing a bearing set and destroying the spindle and axle end on my triple axle enclosed work trailer. I talked to Dave and Jeremy multiple times Friday (I'm sure I wore them out), Jeremy said they would be open Monday (holiday) and to bring it in and he would get going on it, and if needed he would pull an axle off a new trailer to get me going. He found a couple other problems that I had him correct also. It was done Tuesday morning, when promised. The thoroughness and quality of the work was great, and done with quality parts. I require this trailer to keep working and am always on a time-frame. I was super pleased, and The guys here were Super Nice. KUDOS Jeremy, Dave and Cody. I am Grateful and Thankful A new friend (thanks Kenny) referred me to Y'all. Great Job Guys, I would definitely recommend them.

Jeremy and Cody were incredible! I lost a hub on a run from Texas to Wisconsin and within hours got me back on the road. They went above and beyond. If you're ever in a JAM, these are your guys!

Outstanding service, great well built trailers. Walked in just to see what they had and was instantly greeted. They answered all my questions and handled my indecisiveness with patience . Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful . I do lawn care and was wearing my work clothes and was not treated any different. They have earned my business .

Coming back from Lake of the Ozarks I broke down in Springfield Illinois. Course it had to be Sunday nothing was open. Call direct trailer Monday morning and was treated excellent. Wasn t really in a hurry to get the boat back. I came back a couple days later. Dealt with the owner and Jeremy and I have to say the bill was more than fair kudos to a great company. I wish they were closer to Chicago, I would use them whenever I had a trailer problem.

BEWARE !!Took our Dixon lawn mower to get worked on it it ran it needed a belt or put back on and blades was lose they said it was Spindle so they order it a over a week later they got it Then they said that was not what was wrong it it they said it was just Bad washer and replace washer and put lock tite on it We went and to get it as they had called saying it was done they said the belt was off and they forgot to put the spring on it so we paid them $181.00. They had it over a week We went got it they said it Dropped a Val and solenoid is out Jemery said he give us a lawn mower if we rated them good or take off our 1 star rating we rated them. But because I wouldn t change my rating they wouldn t give us the free mower they offered us they are more worried about rating then Quality work My lawyer is involved

We are from out of town and we were in Springfield Illinois for a week. We got ready to leave with our tool trailer which is 24 feet my brakes were smoking. Pulled off and ask U-Haul where to go for service they recommended trailers direct. We headed for there on a Thursday morning they were very busy very pleasant people said they would try and get on our trailer as soon as possible. They got on our trailer Friday morning and by 2 PM! Very nice staff and people very knowledgeable and we will be on the road going home tomorrow again I thank them for taking care of everything for us they were very helpful and I would recommend them to anybody!! Thanks again Dave and all your staff for getting our trailer fixed ASAP and getting us back on the road. I will give you guys a five star review and again I would recommend them to anybody!Jeannie and DonPhoenix, AZ

If no stars were an option that is what i would rate this company. They had my 16 American hauler for 13 months. 13 MONTHS!! They kept telling my they were waiting on an axle, never once calling me instead I called monthly to check the status. Eventually after 13 MONTHS I was told I was better off to just come pick it up. So I did and took it to trailer masters, where it was fixed in 1 WEEK!!! Usually I can find something to at least warrant giving 1 star, but everything from customer service to craftsmanship was completely awful. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely painless trailer purchase, Cody hooked us up quickly and painlessly. Even helped out with two equipment struggles to get me on my way.

So this place invited me back because of my last review which was a negative one. Decided to give them another chance. The exact same thing happened as the last time. Went there with more than enough cash in my hand to buy a new mower this time instead of a trailer and received the exact same treatment as the first time.I received absolutely no help from the staff and felt like I was being judged by my appearance yet again.Apparently this place doesn't like it when you walk in wearing your work clothes.Extremely disgusted with the treatment I received and I will not be back for anything.I ended up purchasing a brand new mower from the guys down the street and was treated like a paying customer should've been treated.I suggest the owner of this place should train their employees on the proper way to treat every customer that walks in their door.I can't begin to imagine how much money the employees are costing this company by their rude attitudes or lack of willingness to help a customer based on their appearance.

I did my research and wanted a spartan mower. I had heard questionable things about this dealers service. After 4 trips there over 5 days, i was there to sign papers and pick up mower. To say the customer service is terrible is a massive understatement. The lady who does the paperwork told me she was losing so much money on the mower, she could have sold it 3x, and basically argued with me after she had put 2 extra charges on the final invoice. I would definitely reccomend buying a mower or trailer anywhere but this place. They wont be around long treating potential customers this way. I went down the street and spent my $8,000 at another business, i bet they didnt lose money off me. ;)

They tried. Could not get my accident trailer fixed. But kinda sucked let me know this 12 hours b4 i had to leave.. ugh. But overall friendly n respectful

Awesome experience buying an enclosed Doolittle trailer. Keith, the sales manager, was friendly, attentive, very responsive. He was also willing and able to include few extras with the trailer and made the delivery a breeze. Thank you for all the great service.

Blew an axel on our 40ft gooseneck during our long trip home after the weekend. Had us fixed up and back on the road in a couple hours. Thankful for the great service, would recommend

I rented a enclosed trailer on Wednesday. Of course it was snowing, so I didn t pay much attention to tire tread. Load the trailer on Thursday evening and noticed rear passenger tire was low. Took it off and took it to a tire shop Friday morning to see if something was in the tire. Tire shop wouldn t fix it because it was at tire tread mark. I would have to buy a new tire for $93. I check other tires and noticed 2 of the 3 are at tread wear mark. Call trailer rental Friday afternoon and tell them about it. They say bring it back and they will give me another trailer. So I m supposed to unload a 7x16 trailer, take it to them 50 miles away and load another trailer. I ask for a refund and they wont give one because they offered another trailer. Tire shop said it should never of left Trailers Direct with those tires. Had to cancel 1,500 mile trip because running out of time to go. Will not rent or buy from them again. $250 for nothing

Just bought a new trailer to haul our small excavator. Trailers Direct were the only ones in Springfield that had what we needed. Nice guys to work with. Super large inventory of trailers to choose from.

Im rating this with one star. If I could give this place a rating of -30 I would. I Bought a trailer here almost two years ago and the guy that sold me the trailer gave me the wrong trailer. I told him the next day it wasn t the right one gave me the right one but sent off the wrong paperwork. Now I ve been dealing with multiple new people that can t do their job either and keep lying to me about changing the title and plates for the right trailer this company is a joke, even the main office in MO is about as helpless as you can get. Still nothing has been done about it.

Called to get prices on several trailers looking to add to fleet... he gave me 2 prices and then told me he was too busy to give me any more pricing. One would think that someone looking to buy 4 or 5 trailers you would be a little more customer service friendly. Dont want to drive 2 hours and waste my time if you dont have inventory or prices are crazy.

Great! Friend of mine bought from them, had some minor things wrong with the trailer and they allowed him to trade for an entirely new one with no questions asked. Good quality brand and super management, yep they're good!
