Bought my last four cars from Joel and have no complaints about price or performance of any of them. Went to him this time as I am looking to trade after the first of the year and want a specific make and model. He was happy to begin the search as I was sure he would be.

Myself and my wife had the pleasure of making a long distance ( Massachusetts ) purchase with Joel of a 2012 Ford Escape. Joel was fantastic to work with. No pressure sales and stood behind what he had stated. He worked with the inspector and transport company that I had hired to review and move the Ford Escape. I've made 4 other long distance purchases since we look for very specific vehicles and Joel is at the top of my list. I will check his web site when we need to buy again.Thanks Joel for a pleasant easy transaction.

Joel is by far the easiest and most honest dealer we've ever worked with. The communication was great and the staff very friendly. Our new car looked excellent, inside and out. We're very happy we chose Laketown, and will do business again with Joel in the future.

Even thought I didn t buy anything from Joel, I wanted to leave a review for the great service I had. He answered all my questions, and for the ones he didn t have an answer for he was honest about it. He was willing to do everything I asked for. The car was in a good condition. The reason I didn t buy it was because it was over my budget.

The best place to buy your next new car hand's down honest and dependable affordable perfect cars you will never buy anywhere else!!!! Take the time to go and see for yourself well worth the visit!!!Just bought another car from Joel need I say anymore!! You know when you buy multiple cars that it is the best place in the world.. No worries.. I don't even question if I am doing the right thing. Hands down the best!!!

I drove 3 hours and 30 minutes! and I would do it again to buy a car here.I recently bought 2015 White CLA.I am typical asian (Yes I am cheap), I have been searching online for 3 months to get a good deal on CLA. I got few good deals, but those cars were involved in accident (doesn't show on carfax), otherwise too expensive for quality of the car.Tjelmeland dealer may be small and doesn't look fancy (I was surprised), BUT I can say they are the best dealer in IL. They are trustworthy and very patient. I was skeptical to pay in full and leaving without a title. So I had to call my lawyer and insurance to make sure it is valid. took more than 30 min and it was already past their opening hours. They did not rush me at all, they have been nice for the whole time. Most importantly, negotiation was smooth (I got the best deal in my 3 months of search), and the quality of the car is perfect. It has been 1 week since I got the car. Perfect!!! It takes 7 hours to go there and come back, but I will do another business with them. They made car buying experience very plesant (which is normally frustrating)
