Have taken almost every one of my cars there to be done. Always comes out perfect and never any issues.

Absolutely terribly experience. Lazy and incompetent staff. I will never be taking another car there again. I have taken 2 cars there previously and recommended business to them, but I will never again be recommending them to anyone.I went in person to get a quote for window tint on everything but the windshield on a sedan. The staff would not leave their shop to give me a quote, and instead opted to look out the shop window from behind their counter 40 feet away to give a quote. They quoted me $370 and I scheduled my appointment. I drop my car off the night before my appointment on 01/10 and the following morning I get a call saying that because I have window tint on my car, it will cost extra to remove it and install the tint.If the lazy staff would have actually looked at my car, they could have given me this information before I dropped my car off. I did not want to pay the extra money, so they suggested a common practice was to double layer the tint. They would install a second layer of tint on top of the existing tint to achieve the look I want. I agreed.When I went to pick the car up, they told me they took a single cut of window tint and applied it to all the windows to get the 5% look I wanted. The only problem is the original window tint was not even all the way around, so the front two windows were not 5%. They fought and argued this, and I gave up and decided to deal with it. With window tint, there is always bubbling while the tint cures. Usually you want to wait 5 7 days to see how it looks. My appointment was on 01/10/245, and I waited until 01/26/24 to return.There were bubbles on EVERY SINGLE WINDOW, SCRATCHES AND WRINKLES ON THE TINT. AND IT LOOKS TRASH. After going back in person, I was FINALLY able to get a staff member to actually look at my car for the first time this whole process. He made excuse after excuse on why I was wrong and they were right. He was most likely the one to install it and was embarrassed. He should have been. He then informed me of a crucial detail that was not told to me when starting this whole process. Because the idiots at Street Art lied to me about the quote and what services it included, they convinced me to go with the double layer window tint. STREET ART DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK IF THEY INSTALL IT ON TOP OF ANOTHER TINT, AND THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS UNTIL AFTER IT LOOKS TRASH.Please for the love of god do not get your windows tinted at Street Art, there are so many better shops around town that actually care about your car and how it looks.

Everyone was chill laid back I had a 3:00pm appointment got there about 15 min early and they got right to work on my car. I was in my car leaving there about 3:35pm. I have been taking my cars to this place for years the price has went way way up. But I have never had a problem with my tent. And that alone is worth paying the extra . money

UPDATE: I wanted to add remote start & back up sensors to my Ford Transit & returned to this business to have the work done on February 13, 2019. Approximately 3 hours after my arrival the work was completed & working. They even took the time to explain the functionality of the new equipment. As with my previous visit they were very professional & very nice. Highly recommend. JMHO!!I was purchasing a 2018 Ford Transit; but, I needed the windows tinted darker. The business I have previously used could not get my "high" top van through their doors. The dealership suggested Street Art & made the appointment for me. I took the van there on January 24, 2019. The person that did the tinting was very professional & very nice. The job was done to perfection. I'm pleased with the work & the look. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! JMHO!!

Got a reminder text yesterday and a call last night confirming my appointment. Dropped my car off before they opened at 9 and I got a call at 10:20 letting me know it was done. This is before and after.

Had windows tinted on September 20th waited two weeks like recommend for the film to cure before I even washed my car, I didn t roll them down for 6 days as well. Bubbles in the film did not go away, I let them know and they did attempt to correct the issue but the bubbles are still very much apparent in the film from re-tinting. I asked them to correct both front driver and passenger window and they only did the passenger. Customer service is great but the quality of the work is horrible I guess that s why they offer a life time warranty. I will just have to find a different business to correct the issue.**************************************************************************On 11/9 The owner, contacted me personally about my review, he listened to my complaints and frustrations on the phone. The same day, he allowed me to bring my vehicle in and he looked at windows and inspected the issues himself. He agreed that the tint wasn't the quality he normally saw from his guys. I brought my vehicle back on 11/10 had the front passenger and driver re-tinted, Brandon looked over the work before he let me know that it was completed and looked at it with me when I arrived. I was very pleased with the way the issue was corrected. No one is perfect, but the issue was handled in a timely and professional manner. I will continue to use Street Art for window tinting services. The tint turned out perfect this time around.Service: Vehicle window tinting

They did my fiat under the quoted time of 2 hours in about 30 min great people very friendly. Definitely my go to place for window tints

These folks have taken care of me for 10+ years and never once have I been disappointed. I have had easily 5 vehicles through there for tint specifically. Most recently had a windshield replaced in my f250 and on my way home I thought I would stop by and make an appointment but due to unforseen circumstances they had me in and out right then and there within 40 minutes for what I was looking for. Thanks guys.

Big change in business practices compared to the previous owner who refused to warranty a tint issue. They were able to get me in and out same day and Laura was awesome to work with. I would certainly consider them for your auto accessory needs.

My husband brought my brand new Toyota Tacoma in to get a new grill and bull bar installed while I was on vacation. He sat there for 5 1/2 hours while they installed items. When I came back from vacation I was excited to see my mods. Couldnt believe when I inspected my truck the fine scratches on my grill and a pretty good scratch , screws weren t tightened, my front end collision light won t turn off because it wasn t hooked back up right after he took it apart. And the worst was the 4 dents in my hood and the gouge in my fender flare. The owner said she will look at video and we were welcome to look too. She said it took 1 hour and 40 min to view video in fast forward and she denied they dented it. So I told her we wanted to view it. She was cooperative and we set up a time. She said it will take a hour and 40 min so be prepared. We sat there for 10 min watching in fast forward and a customer came in. She paused it and we stepped out while she waited on customer for 10 min. We went back in her office and finished watching it for another 10 min and it was done. So 20 min it took us to watch video that took her 1 hour and 40 min at same fast forward speed. We only saw actual time he was working on it. Not breaks while it just sat. So she was nice enough to share the edited version. She got upset when I told her the way he was flipping my grill around around on the cardboard that that s how the grill got scratched up. She said that wouldn t of done that. I thought ,Let me take a piece of cardboard and rub it on a vehicle and see if it scratches? She had a excuse for everything. She offered to fix the screws that needed tightened down and that was it. I wouldn t trust bringing my vehicle back in again. They are shady and not honest. Stick with tinting only from this place. Even so , they did good with tint but left drip marks all over door panels. Would not recommend!

Our experience with Street Art was excellent!! The service was impeccable and our windows turned out better than we had even expected. We weren't sure how dark to tint our windows and they went over several options that would look good with our vehicle and it's current tint. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for window tinting or adding accessories to your vehicle.

I've brought mine and my husband's cars in here multiple times. Not for why you'd think. For great reasons. First, I got my car fully tinted at 35% (four door windows, back windshield). Then when my husband got his new car in January 2015, we brought it in since I liked mine so much. We only needed the front two car door windows (20%) and added a visor strip this time. We ended up having to get the visor strip redone this January because we had to have the whole windshield replaced. Boom. $20, new visor strip. Then I liked that so much I added it to my car in February and now here I am in the waiting room getting my back windshield tinted to 20%. Three of these visits were walk-in and they have ALWAYS been accommodating. I would hate walk ins, so I've always walked in understanding if I have to wait or it couldn't be done (never the case). Not one negative thing to say. You get tint, you wait for a while. You see bubbles? Wait it out, they'll probably settle. Mine did. So don't freak and please don't do it yourself. Support local business and pay for great service and products. I'm totally thinking about getting a remote starter for both cars, so we'll see what happens :)

On September 4th I called another window tinting company, left a message, and never received a return call. I called Street Art, they answered, and I had an appointment to have my car windows tinted set for 1 week later.Fast forward to Sunday, September 9th, I get a reminder text about my upcoming window tintng appointment. Very impressed.The owner/employee had told me I could drop off my car Sunday evening, which I did. My car was finished on Monday at a little after 11am! Great service and great price!

I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received at street art. They don't stand behind their installs and aren't willing to fix the problem with the original install comes loose. Tim doesn't appear to know what he's doing when it comes to vehicle mechanics. After they tried twice to reinstall I was handed my remote start system in a box and was told I was wasting their precious Friday time. He was the one that made the appointment for the install. I'll never be back.

I had my front car window tinted and they did a wonderful job and so I m going to have them redo my two side windows in the front coz another place did it, and not to happy with their work so I m going to have street art take care of my windows.

Stopped using them a couple of years ago when they damaged the steering column cover after a remote start install. A couple of days after install I found that the cover had been taped closed because the clips holding the cover closed had been broken. The owner spoke to the installer who denied damaging anything (of course). He then said he would repair the piece just to settle the issue but stopped short of taking any responsibility. After several calls over several weeks and promises of "I'm going to take care of it", I just dropped it. I even did all the research of where to get the part cheaply and gave it to them. I've spent thousands of dollars at Street Art over the years between multiple vehicles. There are other options in Springfield.

Had a remote starter put in oh, they got my car and in a very timely manner had it done in a couple of hours and I love it. Good friendly service. Would definitely go back.

I have had 2 vehicles tinted here, my family has had 4 done. Drove 100 miles to have my new 2017 Caravan done. (Pics posted) Always professional and friendly, I will certainly be back.

Very poor quality an very bad at tinting of windows poor quality of product an effort. They didn't even finish what they were supposed to do but yet still charged full price.This place is not what it use to be. Cheap is not the way to go. I picked up my truck an took across the street to luech had completely redone an he done a awesome job luech uses high quality and my truck shows it street art is just poor quality place of business

I have had several cars done at street art and I have had nothing but great customer service! They even fixed my mistake that I made days after tinting instead of charging me to re-do the whole window! Great people!

Great service and stands be hide their work! This is my 3rd trip around and havent had any issues with my tint at ALL. And if i did the people were kind enough to retint or fix any issues that occurred.

Tinting was great, love the tint on my car. No bubbles and had it finished earlier than expected. The employee at the counter wasn't very helpful and wasn't very customer friendly.
