Walked in and got a death stare from the guy behind the counter.I realize people here are not as friendly as in the south.But that look was not professional or welcoming.They did not have my tires in stock. I will be getting them installed at a local tire shop today. A very polite, professional, tire shop.

I just had a new set of tires put on my car in Springfield, IL. They were SO BUSY but the gentleman manning the desk was so curtious and hard working, I thought that he needed a shout-out. His name is Jordan and no, I am not his mother! So hard to get good help anymore. He deserves a raise!

Took them 7 months to install my tires after I paid for them. This was a week after I showed up for a scheduled appointment to get them installed. Where in I was told that the lift is down and they can't install any tires at the moment...Well thanks for telling me so I didn't make plans to take my car across town and then flake on me. What the phone don't dial out?I will never. Never buy tires from Sam's club again.The experience I had here was the single worst rental experience I have ever had in my life.

How's the customer service? Very attentive. How's the place look from the inside and outside? Always clean.. How was your overall experience? I bought the cheapest tires they had. Were expectations met? No, I could have gotten better tires somewhere else. Will you come back again? No. Any advice for future customers? Don't tell them you want the cheapest tires.

Sam's tire shop did an excellent job with mt tires! Big shout out to Trevor and Rick who worked with me to get the best new tires, when my Michelin's were no longer available. They were extremely professional, courteous and helpful. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!

Staff usually seems short tempered. Took car in complaining about tpms light. Told that tire pressure was incorrect, they taken care of it, the light was now off, and when I questioned this was rudely told that they had done their job. I had checked pressure before going in. On starting, the sensor light was still on. Drove to Discount Tires where they scanned the tires and found bad sensor. Light off after sensor replaced. When I got home checked tires with two different digital gouges and all tires where 7-8 lbs low after Sam's had set them to the correct pressure. I don't think they can be trusted.

I went there on Christmas Eve, 430 pm, my tire was flat, front passenger side, it took them 30 mnts to fix my flat tire, 5 mnts after i left sams, the low tire pressure warning appears again, who ever did my tire he needs to get training on bicycle tire b4 he can be able to start fixing cars tires.You imagine driving on highway on your way to Chicago Christmas Eve, after they said they fixed it but they didn't,ZERO STAR ....You guys are joke

Got 4 new tires on a pick-up. Prices were comparable to others. Service was surprisingly fast -- they were done in half the expected time. Can get busy at their service desk.

I think Sam's Club is a good store for certain items. If you wish to buy in bulk, it is definitely your place it is definitely your place. Unfortunately, I think the prices are a little high for being a members-only store. They do have a large selection of many things. However, for some items which you would think would offer many choices, there may be only two or three options from which to choose. Overall, I enjoy my visits. I just make sure I keep them to once a month at the most.

They do good work. But like most chain stores there is a lot of additional pricing. The biggest benifit is when traveling. I usualy can find one near me. But you can only get help during business hours.

Don't care how cheap their tires are, I will never recover the time I have wasted there. Horrible customer service, this place is for those who thrive on frustration. Horrible, and others feel the same way.

Nice store i dont really care for the way the checkout system is designed there. But thats just my opinion strictly. It is a nice store and has good deals on items u need in bulk

Really bummed about the service, the staff is not what it used to be. I will go elsewhere next time for tires! My suggestion, use the pricing for another source.

I went there to get a new set of tires. Went inside and waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes. No one ever showed even though they saw me looking into the garage. Terrible service.

Slower than any other place ive ever been to to have tires changed. I would never tell any 1 to go here to get tires changed....
