The service was outstanding from making the appointment to getting the work done to my truck Tammy and Phil both kept me informed of how much it would be before any work was done so far so good after getting my problem with the antitheft system and new battery professionally serviced, definitely be back!!

First time purchasing from here, and I will absolutely be back! Matt, finance manager, was amazing and worked hard to get me the truck I needed. Victoria was amazing and a wonderful change of pace! A single woman walking into a dealership is never a pleasant experience but to be greeted by a woman who was very knowledgeable was amazing!

I had the most positive experience with S&K recently during a new vehicle purchase and maintenance and warranty support shortly after. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. I recently purchased a new 23 GMC Yukon from here. I live in Peoria and was only planning to purchase the vehicle in Springfield and have it maintained locally since I live 1.5 hrs away. Unfortunately 5 days after purchasing the Yukon and with only 500 miles on it, the vehicle had issues and was going to need a new transmission. I tried working with my local dealer and just kept getting the run around from the moment I scheduled the appointment, even on the loaner, and eventually with them not able to order a replacement transmission. Because I didn t purchase the Yukon from them, they weren t exactly trying to do more than the minimum, and I ve been going there for 9 years. They had my vehicle for over a week with no resolution in sight, and at that point I called S&K on a whim to see if there was anything they could do. Boy did they come through! They found a new transmission the same day, they brought me a more suitable loaner, and they got my vehicle to Springfield and got the new transmission installed in 3 days! I was very impressed with their customer service and I wish I lived closer to have them service my vehicle. Thank you to Victoria in sales, Rich the Service Manager, Justin who brought me the loaner, Phil who overlooked the transmission install, and the rest of the S&K team that took care of me! I highly recommend S&K Buick GMC!!

Everything went very well. The parts came in sooner than expected. They provided a ride to and from home. The work was finished exactly in the time frame I was given. Everyone was very courteous. They even cleaned the interior.

I had an absolutely excellent buying experience. I traded my 2018 GMC Terrain for a 2023 GMC Terrain AT4. This is my second purchase with S&K and I couldn't imagine going to any other dealer. Special thanks to Jim Kroll and Victoria Swalley for making this such a pleasant transition. I love my new SUV!

The service over all was good.There is only one small thing;I only needed a battery purchase and replacement and it took extremely long. Dropped Off my car at 10:30 am & picked up at 5:30 pm. I Just happened go in to the shop to check on it. I Never got a call when it was ready. Was told they did not have my contact info. But when I dropped my car off I gave it to the service person several times.Also calibrations were not reset.But we will try S & K again goingforward thank u.

The repair work is the very best and the help from Dave Hahn and the head of service is amazing, however, when your car is there overnight or for many hours a phone call would be nice to know the status of one's car. Perhaps this area could use a secretary to handle the phone for them so they can get their work completed.

Very professional and kept me informed throughout the visit of the progress on the repair of my car. Service explained the repair needed on my car and gave me an estimate of cost, which I really appreciated. The sales person I have always dealt with stopped by to visit while I was there. Blake was awesome! Fantastic people to deal with. I have dealt with many dealerships. Most hurry for the sale and give you little room to negotiate. S & K is the opposite. They make you feel like you matter. They work with you and show you that you are valued. Thank you for being the dealership you are. I can t thank S&K Service Department enough for getting me back on the road for my thermostat issue. Pulling in at 1:00 pm and done by 4:30 pm which they told me upfront it s a 4 hour job. With no appointment and driving 3 more hours north most dealerships wouldn t be able to do this and thankfully they had the part in stock. Thank you to Sean the mechanic for doing a great job as well.. you were all so friendly and determined to make this happen for me. Thank you again and have a great day!! .

We totally recommend S & K Buick GMC Springfield, IL. We purchased our 2012 Sierra pickup truck used and years ago (we love our pickup and want to keep it going for many years to come if we can) from them and have taken it back there for repairs when needed. They have always taken care of us and met our needs, we only have the one vehicle and they have always worked with us on getting our repairs done while we wait if possible or will work with you if you have to leave it. Friendly easy understanding people to work with and listen to you, just recently we were taken care of by advisor Eric and in August, I believe the advisor was another Eric. I feel they care about their customers.

These guys at S&K s auto service are fantastic! What ended up being an oil leak, a water pump leak and a 3 month wait on parts because of shortages from Covid and the union strike. Since the long wait, they offered me a loaner car to use. I m happy to have my car back and am truly grateful for their diligence and determination.

I left my car for a week with a list of things needing done. It was completed ahead of schedule, correctly. Car wash cleaned inside and out! Thanks to extended warranty I only paid $89. They had charged me too much and fixed it before I left the lot. Super nice, efficient, and correct! 10 all away around!

I wish I could divide this review into two parts.The service department did great. Listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly. 5 stars!The sales department on the hand was not so good. While waiting for my ride after dropping my truck off, I went up to the showroom to look at a new 2024 Canyon that is supposed to be on the lot. The sale guy that I approached couldn't have been less interested in answering any questions. In fact, after about 3 minutes he called to another guy on the sales floor and they left for lunch with me just standing there. I know where I won't be purchasing my next truck. BTW, it would be my 9th new/used, GM dealer purchased truck in the past 20 years. That's about one truck every 2 years.

The final result appears to be good. Only been a few days so we ll see as time goes on. The repair took three weeks due to delays in parts being obtained. My biggest concern was the only updates were when I contacted them. I checked with other sources and saw this repair could have been completed much more expediently.

They took great care to fix the concerns I had with the GMC I purchased from them. I m so happy I purchased the extended warranty when I bought the vehicle as it covered all costs of the repairs totaling $2k. Definitely worth the purchase price and the service people are always kind and knowledgeable. I ve bought two vehicles from SNK and counting.

Had a 130 appointment. For oil change. Found out they could get to us early. Called about 1130. Phil said said they got to about 11 and it was in progress. Would be ready about 1. I called at 1. No answer. Called again about 115. Eric told me that they hadn't even started it yet. I then spoke to Phil again. And he said and I quote " stuff happens and we will get to it when we can". They called me about 215. Said it was ready. Didn't matter to me that it wasn't ready early. But I felt lied to being told it was gonna be ready at 1 and wasn't.

I don't want to say what I really feel, but the buying experience could have been better. Buying a vehicle is like getting my arm broken. There are more pleasant things. Getting the paperwork done, and done right is still an issue. Should have never purchased out of state. There are 400 miles on the vehicle and the transmission is not right. Got stuck in 4th gear and had to shut off the vehicle to reset. It has to be shifted manually into 9th. Now it has to go to the local Buick dealership to see if there is anything that can be done. Hopefully they will honor the warranty. Shame on us. Should have kept what we had.

I always have my vehicle serviced at S&K Buick. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also provide a nice customer waiting area with popcorn, coffee and bottled water. And the best part, their prices are in line with the dependent shops, so why not go to the Best!

Biggest ripoff I have seen. Hope they enjoyed the $240.00 screwing they give me because this is the last chance they will get.Trying to ask the service writer a question about the bill and the next thing you know I have 3 morons arguing with me about the bill.I m done I ll take my business somewhere else!!!!!!

I was lucky enough to pull into the S&K lot when I got a flat tire. I was stressing out big time and they not only worked me into their schedule and repaired my tire that day, but also drove me to work! When my car was ready they called and asked if I needed picked up to get back to my car. Took a stressful situation and made it so much easier!

Love S&K and the great customer service. And as always Victoria for always making sure she says hello to all of her customers! It's always warm and welcoming. There was one gentleman who could learn from the rest of the staff. I asked a few of the staff members who he was and it was apparently the general manager. A simple smile goes a long way, especially when the rest of the staff is so good with customers. I know everyone gets busy but at least acknowledge your customers.

Could not replicate the problem with my truck shaking. After I picked the truck up I could replicate the issue within minutes of picking the truck up. The sensor they fixed went out a week after I picked the truck up.

Called a week before to see if they had the part or had to order it, they said they had it in stock so I made an appointment for the following week. Took it in on a Monday and Laura Buick GMC was paying for the part and when they tried to phone in the payment they were told they couldn t until the part came in and the job was finished. I waited until Thursday and called to see where it stood and they told me it was finished. I questioned why S&K didn t call to let me know, the gentleman said he did Tuesday but I looked at my calls and I didn t get a call ??
