Pretty average truck stop with a decent sized lot for trucks. Lots of locals and trailer drops but still a few spots open late. Decent beer selection and good coffee in the AM.The real draw is the Star 66 Cafe. That place is a gem.

Overly burdened restaurant (when I was there) a "Karen" took her screaming center spot...No problems, the wait staff snuffed it out quickly... Hurrah, Said all the other customers!!!...Food was good American fare...Usual Convince store Robbery prices...Truck parking was here.Choice spots get gobbled up early...

We stopped here and ate. Staff was friendly and quick. We got the homemade Lasagne very good big portions. We could have split 1 berween us. The salad was lacking though. 1 slice of tomatoe and 2 cucumber with a huge bowl of lettuce.

Truck pumps are slow. 8 min only 11 gallons of diesel. Probably will take an hour to get full tanks

This location was not particularly busy, the bathroom was clean. Both Circle K s down the street stunk and had less than desirable skid marks. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Will be back next time I need a clean bathroom and a fountain drink .

Im a keep it a Band with y'all. It's a older truck stop with a plenty of parking space. Showers were clean and the employees were very nice . The Diner was decent, ate good without getting sick . One thing they need to improve is the ordor in the men's restroom . Other then that it's not a bad truck stop . I'll give them a 5 star .

The bathrooms are not maintained. I have been here for almost 24 hours and nobody cleaned the bathroom hence the reason I didn t request a shower! The place looks dirty inside. The floors haven t been thoroughly washed in years! But the staff are always talking to each other instead of cleaning! Parking for trucks is good and that s it!

The staff is friendly and fast. Slept here for 2 nights, they don't charge for coffee and truck driver prices. kudos to the pump and staff

The food has improved since the last time I've been here. The combination club was really good and the fries were as well. The soup was a different story. I don't recommend the chicken and rice soup and I'm not even sure I would call it soup. The appetizer was good, I believe it's the seven heaven or something like that. The ranch and marinara sauce was really good

Nice but the restrooms need to check the bad smell and fix the problem... not spraying Fabriz won't fix it .... the restaurant was great and the crew are awesome and very friendly and fresh coffee any time of the day....

Stopped in to wait on a truck. Spent 18 hours safely and without any hassle from loitering individuals, such as myself. Ha! Actually I don't think I saw any vagrants or the like. Clean, nice selection of food and services, showers, weigh station, restaurant to the side of the convenience store. Great, safe place to recharge.

My wife forgot her phone at the shop on our way to Chicago Friday May 27, pm time we was not sure if it was forgotten at the Road Ranger or where in the shop might be forgotten at the bathroom So we called the shop we were told ( yes ) we found your phone and it s safe until you can pick it upWe came back in our way home from the road trip Monday May 30th 4:20 am, A young man was at the cashier the same guy we saw on May 27th he welcomed me after a presented my self and handed it to me my wife s phoneSo I wanted to tip him kind of appreciation for his honesty The young man refused to take any tips or what so ever as reward.I was embarrassed

Place is only good for parking and bathroom duties. 3 guys can't understand when someone is using the Cat scale app not to touch the cat scale inside. I park my truck their on my time off. I WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY IN THEIR AGAIN.

Gas station restrooms are less than desirable the last few times I have been here. Clientele not flushing toilet and trash receptacles are pulled off stall walls. This used to be a well taken care of gas station.

Not a bad place to find. It has some parking in the main lot, about 30 spaces I guess but there is an additional lot just behind it that would accommodate quite a few trucks. The place is a mom and pop type which is a nice change from the main chain truck-stops. There is a route 66(?) diner there with a Subway. I ate at the subway which was pretty well standard which is not really a bad thing. There restrooms were fairly clean and the over all of the place was fairly clean. It's not a bad place to stop at.10/9/19 I stopped again and are at the diner. I ordered NY strip medium with eggs over easy American fries and toast. The steak was closer to medium well as it had no pink in it. The eggs were over medium instead of over easy. The toast, will I guess it was good for that kind of toast but it was way too dark for my liking. Prolly won't eat at that diner again.

Wow!!! Fabulous restaurant!!! Not often one finds such a place anymore with truck stops turning into glorified gas stations with fast food. I was there at noon and it was busy. But waitresses were hopping and service was great. Cooks were also moving with the fast pace. Beef tips were excellent. Well done everyone

I stopped in for some drinks for the road. Grabbed from their 2/$3 display, but when I looked at my recipient I was charged $1.99 each. When I showed the both the clerks on duty the sign one of them took it down but said they would be unable to refund me for the difference because a general manager was required for all refunds. This is the dumbest policy I've ever heard. If you are running a register and able to take money, you should always have someone on duty that is able to refund money. I told them I didn't even want the drinks at all at this point. I ended up getting in contact with the general manager the next day, but I had to go out of my way to come back, and the refund I was issued wasn't even the full amount that I paid. They didn't refund the tax, just the amount of the items. If I had been on a road trip and never been able to come back, I would have just been overcharged and couldn't do anything about it. This is terrible policy and I likely won't buy anything inside this place again. It's covenant for gas, but after this I'm not going inside unless absolutely necessary.

The bathrooms were clean and warm. The travel section/ gas station was pretty clean overall. It is dated and the exterior could certainly use some cleaning. But this facility met our needs of refueling and bathrooms.

Nice and clean station.My semi Airlines broke, went there to get some parts and fix them my self. Glen the guy at the register offered me to stay at the pump to fix them so I wouldn't get wet because of the rain that was falling at the time. Then he came out to help me out without me asking him. He mentioned his dad was a true trucker (Harley davidson and everything) and he understood the struggle. All I can say is that his dad raised him right! And I'm pretty sure he is proud of you Glen!! Can't thank you enough!

The floor is dirty and itbis not attractive and it is dirty. The only thing which makes this place very interesting is the restaurant attached .hopefully, after a good food you will forget the dirty and negative side .Now I think it is more road rangers than pilot so need to have road rangers design now which is always superb and very attractive .

I stopped by on 4-23-22 to use the bathroom. The guy at the counter was so nice that I decided to eat there all because that guy made me feel welcome there.

Dirty place, lots of cockroach, moskitos and insects in the parking. Watch the lights and you will see what Im talking about.Open the doors of the car one minute and you will have a new family with you for the whole week.Better to go to Loves just 15km north.

1.90 for a 20oz refill coffee and the restroom is very dirty but there is good news... Skip Road Ranger and go to the restaurant next door, Cafe 66 has great food and great service.

This store is so raggedy and disgusting. It needs to be shut down! They hardly have any product. Showers are disfunctional. The building itself is falling apart. It was so bad I asked the cashier if I was at Flying J. He said it's privately owned.

This is not a normal truck stop restaurant, the service was spectacular and the place has a clean and friendly grandma's home kind of feel, I got the liver and onions with a side of soup and green beans and out of the 32 states I've had liver in, this was by far the best in both portion size and pure quality, this restaurant and it's workers would shame most 5 star places so don't ever assume anything when it comes to food because the least expected places can be the best, thanks for a great meal and a pleasurable time I'll never forget this place anytime I'm in the area again this 10$ meal would have worth the price if it were 30$ utterly impressed #eatgreatexit108

I stopped there for fuel and food. Both cashier and store manager went beyond expectation for a driver. Awesome atmosphere and friendly service. Great job and sweet service.

Friendly staff but they try to charge full price for breakfast sandwiches that are supposed to have egg but don't. They claim they can't get eggs but restaurant in same building has eggs so I call bs.

Hubby & I stopped in for some Subway & was told it was closed til next Saturday due to no help & the person who works Saturdays called off today. It says OPEN from 9am-9pm but is usually closed before 6pm, if OPEN at all.

No buns for the hot dogs. Subway closed at 9pm. 1 piece of pizza that looked like cardboard. Told to go to the diner. Checked the menu and almost everything is 10 dollars. Went in, in the morning and Subway is still closed ,don't open till 8am. Breakfast pizza, again cardboard. Forget the diner, not at those prices. And they stopped carrying V8. I'll try to avoid this place from now on.
