I was told by a couple friends to stop by for my battery because they were best in town. I walk in and was immediately greeted by a friendly guy named Josh . He got me taken care of literally within minutes. Thanks so much. Great experience.

Nice place for all sorts of battery needs. I took in my Seiko watch and got the battery replaced. Picked up a 9 volt for the smoke detector and some ANA'S for a flashlight. Nice helpful employees as well!

Just a quick shout out. My mom's battery drained from leaving the ignition on by accident. She got it jumped and her caregiver drove it around a bit. She was just going to buy a new battery but they checked it, charged it and told her she didn't need a new battery. Could have sold her one but didn't. Excellent service and earned her trust when she does need one!

I love the service here. No appointment needed. Pulled up with my car with a battery issue at 1:35 by 1:39 they had it looked at and determined it was bad. Told me the price for a new one and installing it as I wait. Out the door by 1:49. Less than 15 minutes. Won t take our cars anywhere else for battery issues. In addition to car batteries they also do iPhone battery replacement as well as screen repairs. Staff are always polite and accommodating. Can t say enough good things about this place.

Have no problem telling you the battery is the problem, charging $95 to replace a 3 month old battery then not carrying when the problem still isn't fixed. When you call the next day to try to retrieve the "bad battery " one person says it's been shipped out, another very rude lady says you can come dig through the pallets and look for it. They use to have such amazing customer service. But after they just took advantage of my daughter like this, you really have to wonder what kind of business they are running now!!

The gentleman at the desk replaced my garage remote batteries while I waited and took my old lithium cellphone batteries to recycle. Very kind. Highly recommend!!

I got a great deal here, half the price of the corporate auto parts stores, with the same warranty. A little crowded when I was there, but everyone was pleasant and all was done in less than an hour. First class all the way! Highly recommend.

Absolutely great! Professional, friendly staff; Very knowledgeable.I took my sump pump battery in for battery acid fill (which I can't find anywhere else)... they took care of it in 15 min and only charged me $10.Also, the front desk area is well kept and nice. Cool antique battery stuff in display cases to check out while waiting. Also comfortable chairs. I almost fell asleep. Honestly I could probably just hang out there even if I didn't need anything. Just needs a beer fridge.Every single employee greeted me as soon as they saw me and asked me if I needed any help. Would love to see that kind of service literally anywhere else.10/10 def coming back

The oil change place said my battery tested bad and they could sell me one for $150. Rexx Battery sold me one for half the price. They also changed the battery to my garage door opener and my car keys! Would highly recommend them

Pulled up and there were 2 battery changes in front of me. Was still pulled in the shop within 7-8 min. Great service and super fast. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a battery for anything!

GREAT PLACE! I got a new battery installed in my work vehicle and was back on the road in about 15 minutes, no appointment necessary! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff, very clean and well-stocked business. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Great local biz. Needed new house batteries for my RV. They had a few options. I upgraded to a maintenance free battery for a reasonable price that was comparable to the online prices. I'll be back for my battery needs.

Amazing people that saved me while I was out of town on business. I called after several places couldn't or wouldn't assist me. They got me in within 10 minutes, and I was back on the road within 10 minutes. They even assisted in getting my key fob battery replaced. Will recommend to anyone willing to listen to me.

Rude customer service refuse to follow their own policy showed up at 4:30 they dont close till 6 with two simple battery installs they refuse to do telling me to come back tomorrow even though there is no cars in the shop or waiting it and even though the rule is that do installs as long as it's before 5 I have an account here and I do a ton of business between Springfield, Jacksonville, and Decatur! NEVER GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

I called to get a estimate of the cost and they were so helpful and very nice!! I went after work and they tested my battery free of charge and just as I thought it was dead. They had me in and out of there in less then 15 minutes and the customer service was just as amazing in person I will definitely go back when I need any help!!!

Okay, legit this place is amazing. I will come back every single time for my batteries. All the employees were super nice, extra helpful, and fast at that. You never get that anywhere. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also, the battery cost was super cheap! No up-charges, hidden stuff, or them trying to manipulate the cost like other places. A legit business.

Got I think a new battery. Took 4 days and 3 different charger boxes and 3 diff charge cords playing musical outlets. Two days it charged half way and once full charge in last 8 days. The receipt don t say how long or if I can exchange it.. got it the night before the below freeze hit and Christmas was in those days too.. so I m thinking did they not put a new battery in it. It s doing the same thing for the reason I took it in. Now it s about to be completely dead as was when I took it. For all I kno they wiggled a cord. zap charged it and took my 59$z. No I did not see it get fixed nire was I given any type of packaging.. the guy goes in back for about 15 to 20 minits and comes back with phone on and 40% battery. My chargers and cords work just fine for other phones. I m not even on it enuf to kill a battery. Plug it and cpl hours later I check and hadn t been charged. I got a new phone now but need a charge to transfer.. that s not the pint of fixing the problem..Did I even get a new battery? Did the guy think he out the new one in ? Or did he just go in back almost close time and sposed blizzard coming. Zap charge me take my money and send me off?? Not sure how I feel bout that..Also I been paying phone insurance since 2014 and at best they can replace my phone with a referbished one. And charge a cpl hundred. Yet I can get one refurbished same price and keep my old phone ..Can t trust anything these days. So as I m at 20% now I have to turn off till. Next day and pray none my kids have an emergency.

I had a van that had a dead battery and these guys fixed me right up! Talk about service! They have a spot where you can wait comfortably for them to get you in and out. Price was much better than the bigger shops. Stick with this family owned business, you won t regret it.

First time in I brought in a doubled up battery used for a UPS system. They immediately knew the batteries and found them for a little over $21 a piece. In about 10 minutes time they had swapped everything out and gotten everything back to a working condition. Very happy with the service they provided.

Excellent and quick customer service. I had to replace batteries in my mother's mobility scooter. I called around, and Rexx, by far had the best price. In and out in under 15 minutes.

I needed replacement batteries for my father's wheelchair. They were right on it even though I had just dropped in without an appointment. Rexx offered a similar price as some other places, but they installed them free since they didn't have to take the chair apart to do so. The other places either didn't offer installation, or charged quite a bit for it. I also didn't have to wait a couple of weeks for the batteries to come in, or for an appointment to have them installed. Great work, guys!

I received fast friendly service today from Rexx Battery. I will recommend this business to all friends and family for any battery needs. No Hustling expensive, over priced batteries here. Just straight forward honest guys. I think I was there a total of 20 minutes.They install and take your old battery when they are done.

Rexx s came highly recommended to me, and even tho there was a place closer it was worth a few extra mins to go there! They gave me a quote online and they were the best price! Thomas was super amazing! Super polite and he took the battery to my car and took my old one with him! With the money I saved I took my wife to Chesapeake steakhouse across the street. Win win all around! Go to Rexx!

Purchased a car battery for my husbands Camaro in April and just had to pay $275 for another battery and a tow to another place because his car wouldn t start. Thought is was the starter because we just bought this battery from Rexx in April! We were very surprised to find out we needed another new battery! Nothing like paying $100 for a battery and almost 6 months later having to spend $275 for another one. We have purchased here before and no problems. Very disheartening to have this issue!

I spoke with Devin last week and he was able to get my son's battery operated dirt bike in and out on Friday of last week, right on time for his birthday party on Saturday. I know this may seem like an everyday thing for these guys at Rexx but to a local client, and business owner as well, it brought a lot of pride in what our community has to offer (not to mention dad SAVED the day!!!). Devin worked with me on price so I could keep my money local, he was very professional and easy to work with. No matter what the cost saving could be elsewhere, you have a long term client.
